introducing the internet’s most dramatic and goofy nugget🩵 #pitbull #dogsoftiktok #introduceyourself #foryou

This is Wesley. Wesley is an almost 10 year old Pitbull. So basically just a baby. I've spent almost the last decade learning all about his very important likes and dislikes. For starters, he does not believe in mornings. He prefers a slow start to the day, and most of the time you can find him sleeping like a grandpa. He also does not believe in neighborhood walks. He finds them cruel and unusual. He much prefers to lay in the grass and admire the view with his stuffy. He treats every bath like an ASPCA commercial. He refuses to make eye contact and instead insists on staring at the wall the entire time. But put him in a pool and suddenly he's a completely different dog. He turns into a little fish and would swim all day if you let him. Belly rubs? No thanks. He's more of a booty rub kind of guy. His favorite position is face down, booty up, and he's Learned that this is the easiest way to convince dad to give him anything he wants. Wesley has also decided that raising kitties is occasionally part of his job description. He has two Kitty brothers, Wyatt and Benny. But enough about them. This video is about Wesley. He's spoiled, he's dramatic, he's a little ridiculous, and after almost 10 years together, I wouldn't change a single thing about him.

this is your sign to take a shelter pup on a date :) #shelterpup #adoptdontshop #doggydayout

Wow. We are taking a shelter pup on a little date today as part of their Doggy Day Out program. There's two pups right now that are eligible in their program, and one is like a little labby looking dog, and then the other one is a Chihuahua mix, and I have no idea what I'm getting, so I'm really excited. Oh, this is such a good boy. So this is Michael, and he is a six month old mutt. He's the sweetest little boy and he's so good. We're gonna take him to the park. Cutie. We're almost there, little Mike. Okay, hold on, baby. Yeah, good sniffers. So he does have a prayer. Come on. No. Come on, let's go play. Let's go play. Oh, wow. You love water, don't you? The boy is exhausted. Oh, he's such a good boy. Sit. Oh, my goodness. That was a very good sit. Next stop. Wow. Oh, you gotta pay for that. Got a ball! Got a ball, you handsome boy. I love you. That was the fastest two hours ever. Come on, buddy.

best day ever!!! #engagement #souldog #surprise

Wesley does NOT do mornings… unless breakfast is involved 😅 With him turning 10 this year, I’ve been trying to be more mindful about the little things we build into his daily routine. One thing we never skip is his daily Probiotic! It supports Wesley’s digestive health with multiple probiotic strains designed to support gut health, making it an easy part of our everyday. @nutramax_labs #morningroutine #Proviable #ad

Here's my dog's morning routine. As a pup who's in absolutely no rush to start the day, Wesley has never been an early riser and would happily stay in bed all day if it weren't for one thing. You ready to go eat breakfast? That part he takes very seriously. It's hard to believe that Wesley will be turning 10 this year. And it's made me even more intentional about the little things I do to support his well being. One thing we never skip is his daily probiotic. My vet recommended it and it was one of those things I felt really simple to add to our routine. I like that it's a multi strain probiotic with prebiotics and knowing it's from Nutramax gave me the confidence in that choice. I just sprinkle a capsule onto his breakfast, mix it in and that's it. It's an easy part of our routine and one of the little ways I try to be more intentional about his care as he gets older. After breakfast, we usually head outside for a potty break, soak up some sunshine and fit in a little playtime. And after all that excitement, Wesley decides he's earned his midday nap.
