Hello gays, and bros. This is your local teen author, Rixx. And I just- I'm almost finished with draft one of my series and I realised that the the first part of it, it's so fucking bad and the pacing is so fucked up. I need to rewrite the entire thing again. Like at least the first part of it. Like, ooh, I don't wanna publish a bad story. I'm doing this for you guys. I still have a lot of time. tell myself that.

part 2 is here! @Taro @📚 Joanna Quinn Author 📚 @Riah Noir @Irene | Aspiring Author @Annie Vu • Writer 📚🖤 #booktok #authorsoftiktok #teenwriter #authorsupport #writing

YAYAYAYYAY NEW BOOKS I've got so much fanfiction to get thru too 😭 #readersoftiktok #booktok #authorsoftiktok #bookhaul #bookrecommendations

Hello gays, hoes, and bros. This is Rixx, your local teen author. And I wanna show you my book haul that I got from like that big ass bookstore in Pavilion KL. Okay, let's go. Okay, first up we have Starside. So I heard about Alex Aster talking about this on TikTok and I saw a light in her eyes and I decided like I should read this book. I have a bias for stars, so I should read this book. And but like the reviews I've seen about it just really polarizing. I've either seen 5 star or 1 star reviews. So I'll be the judge of that. And then we have the Hurricane wars. I bought book 2 on accident. So this is me buying book one. Okay, these two I'm super excited about. This is Hungerstone, a sapphic romance, like gothic sapphic romance. And the other one, okay, This Vicious Hunger, like the cover is just so beautiful. Anyway, see you guys. Thank you.

I saw this trend and I rushed my ahh to finish it. #bookrecommendations #originalcharacter #ocart #booktok #teenwriter

This is journaling and I hate journaling sm 😭 #booktok #journaling #teenwriter #authorsoftiktok #handwriting

I hope you guys enjoyed this video, should I do more write with mes in the future? #writingvlog #booktok #authorsoftiktok #teenwriter #writing

hi, I'm Rixx, your local teen author and I'm gonna have a little write with me today. while everyone's fcking sleep. Okay, let's go. Okay, first, we're gonna have a little drink of water because if I go down to make coffee, I will wake everyone up so, um, stay hydrated. Okay, and since I don't have my laptop and I won't for the next month, I'm gonna be using my iPad to write on. You see these yellow lines? It means I haven't done shit yet and I really need to do them. Okay, now you guys are just gonna watch me write. I'll leave you guys right here.

That's not even the worst thing she's done lowk. #booktok #bookrecommendations #fmc #tragicromance #readersoftiktok

It's not though, js saying. The FMC is a badass, hell isn't literal, the dude is more than just a booktok shadow daddy because he'd hate the term shadow daddy anyway and yes, a corporate milf is involved. #booktok #bookrecommendations #fmc #fantasybooks #readersoftiktok

You're in for a ride if you take all at at face value, because it ain't happy at all 😔 It's a lit fic tragic romance with celestial fantasy. Poetic prose and darker topics ahead #booktok #bookrecommendations #tragicromance #romantasy #readersoftiktok

MY WIP ASTROPHEL & STELLA YALL. #reader #bookrecommendations #booktok #romantasy #tragicromance

Don't take this lightly, despite me being an octopus and all. #readersoftiktok #booktok #romantasy #tragicromance #bookrecommendations

Here are just some things I warn my readers before starting my book, Astrophel & Stella! do not, and I mean do not, trust the fluff. It may be cute, but as you go on, some of the descriptions will make you gag. not be pretty.

When I mean transfer of publishing rights, I mean in the event that a teen author turns 18. Online, I hear that there are some possible options (kdp as a prime example): creating an independent account to sell your book there, which removes all preexisting reviews since it's counted as a new listing. Or contact kdp. I personally have an extremely paranoid nature and it would be devastating if it doesn't work out in my favour. 😭 Thus all this fuss on a topic I rarely see. #writing #teenwriter #authorsoftiktok #kdp #selfpublishing

Attention teen authors out there cause I really need your help. I've been doing research on KDP and Ingram and things related to self publishing just to get my book ready before then. And it's come to my attention that I need to be 18 in order to create an account. And although I know there's a lot of teen authors out there who are minors and still are self published authors, I'm wondering like how did you get past that? I know that you could use your parents bank account and tax number and all that have them manage the account for you but still like won't the transfer of publishing rights be really messy?

#creatorsearchinsights when I mean I'm good, I mean it in the sense it has never been a problem for me. If I figure my own tips out maybe I'll make a follow up vid. As for the aroace comment, I have long suspected myself to be part of the aroace spectrum 😭 it might as well be true. #aroace #romancebooks #booktok #authorsoftiktok

You know, ironically, I feel being Aroace, um, or in the Aroace spectrum or just not caring about romance at all in my life has literally made me such a good romance writer. I don't know why. I feel, maybe some people in the community might be able to explain this. I just feel I can see and classify everything as an emotional bond. That's why it's just so easy to get through it, you know?

I hope you’ll stay along as I try to accomplish this 😭 #booktok #fantasybooks #bookrecommendations #oclore #teenwriter

I’ve written smth in the end too, stay tuned for pt2! #booktok #fantasybooks #bookrecommendations #oclore #teenwriter

I was so shocked when I got mpreg DMs for the dude on the right. What part of him looks like he lays eggs? #booktok #fantasybooks #bookrecommendations #fantasybooks #ocart
