Thinking about doing Crib Goch. This is just a perfect reference of what it's like. Have a look at this rock face here. It's down near vertical. So yeah, just bear that in mind if you have got it on your bucket list, cause it's pretty steep, but the views are absolutely stunning. I'll catch you guys in a bit.

Set a rather ambitious goal of 50,000 followers by the end of this year. And I'm absolutely blown away. I've just gained 30,000 followers in the last two weeks. That means I'm now on 50 five k. So I've absolutely smashed my goal, and that is thanks to all of you guys that have dropped follow. I appreciate every single one of you and I think I need to set a new goal. How do I heat my van? #vanlife #offgrid #travelblogger #vanconversion

Only is less than 13 degrees outside. So I'm gonna show you how I heat my van up. It's underneath this bench seat here in a most all the shoes I've got going. And it's this bad boy here. This is a diesel heater. It sucks air in from here and from outside, and then it passes it through a chamber which uses diesel, ignites it, heats it up, and then pushes that hot air out through this vent into the cab area. This thing will also heat up my hot water. So back there, there's actually a radiator. And if we follow this through, there's a second vent in the bathroom here. So if I switch into heating hot water mode, it'll pass through that radiator, heating the hot water up. And the shower ready for me to have a nice toasty shower. But I can also use it, obviously, to heat this area. By changing it in this little box here. And that's how I heat my van up on them colder nights. Thanks for watching. I'll see you in a bit.

This right here is my off grid van. Let's go check it out. So I've got the kitchen at the front with a nice tile backsplash, lighting and access through into the cab. We've got a full bathroom in here with a hot shower, a toilet and even a window in the bathroom if we turn the lights up a little bit using the remote. We've got a nice big sink, a huge fridge freezer under this seat, store all of my food and even a sitting area inside. Got a nice cozy bed at the back that can pull out into a super king. And if we turn the roof lights off, we've got a project set up in here for those rainy days if I pop round into the back. And if you do want to achieve a van like this, check out my van build guide. If we come round into here, open this up and switch on some lights, you can see the fully off grid electrical system, meaning I don't need to go to any campsites at all. We've also got 100 litres of water for the hot shower and the sink so you can stay off grid for at least a week. What goes into a sick van projector setup. Let's go through it. So obviously you're gonna need a projector. This is just a cheap one on TikTok. Any will do. I then got a Fire TV stick. You can use the built in software, but the Fire TV sticks gonna be better. Then I've got a speaker. This just connects to a Bluetooth. I can pop that anywhere and it's ready to go. But how is this system powered? And I'll show you. Open the door up. I'm currently in Wales. It's nice and sunny right now. I've got 700 Watts of solar up here. And if we pop into the back, I've got my inverter down there. They giving me my 2 40 volt power for the project setup. Thanks for watching and I'll catch you guys in a bit.

This is still got to be one of my favourite additions for the van, this swing in the doorway, so that I can get all these amazing sunset views. Look at it. You just pop yourself in there, snug as a bug. And if you come inside, got my favourite TV show on, so I can binge watch that. Got my little cooking area, life sourced. You can even sit in this the other way as well, so if you just wanna have an extra seat inside, there you go.

I think I may have maxed out coziness level inside this van. Because if we close the door, look how beautiful the scenery is right now. Go through four little things in a van that make a big difference. Let's do it. So, starting off, as you come in, just a nice little rug. You're gonna have dirty shoes. Give them a little rub on here. Makes it feel homely. Just get a little rug. No. 2. Look at this. Some cozy bedding, especially when it gets to winter. This is just gorgeous, doesn't it? I can't wait to hop in there tonight. I've not used it yet, so it's gonna be amazing. No. 3 is having a big sink. See, some of these vans and the sinks are tiny. You can't even fit the frying pan in it. How are you supposed to wash it properly? Please tell me. And finally, we're gonna have to go with this. I know I say this a lot. A big fridge. Look at this bad boy. 100 liters dematic one. Couldn't recommend it enough. I've got them both on fridge mode right now. So that's why there's a branch in the fridge. Calm down. This one's on 10 degrees this side. Just because it does draw a lot of power, and in winter, I can't be freezing stuff. Just how it is in van life. Just chilling out inside my van. And then I look out the window. How crazy is this? Look, I'll show you. Look at this. The. The rain coming out of those clouds above the sea, the mountains in the distance over there, you can see it coming out the clouds. That's just crazy. I'll show you the van. Into Wales and you got a big van. Just be careful because they are liars. I just came up this road here. They told me 13% ingredient on the sign. I'm not being funny. I've been up 25%. It was steeper than that. I was wheel spinning coming up this thing further back there, which is crazy. So just bear that in mind. Because some of the roads, I don't think they're properly signed. I don't know who signed them, but yeah, she's a heavy boy, girl, whatever she is. I don't know. You tell. Let me know. I'm not named this yet. So give me a name for the van.

Is this not what it's all about? The view? Slowing down and taking time to appreciate the things that we actually have? I mean, this is my van here. It's not too bad, but one of my favourite additions is this chair. So that I can appreciate views like this no matter the temperature. I can put on a coat, it doesn't matter. I can appreciate a gorgeous sunset on the Welsh coastline every single evening. So, yeah, if you're gonna get a van, make sure you appreciate those views, too. Don't be sitting inside the van all night. It's not about that. I'll catch you guys in a bit.
