I appreciate each and every one of you. Showing up for myself has already changed my life in multiple ways. I'm glad you're here. (lil surprise at the end) | 173Β k | β | x | 25Β k | sam. 3 oct., 14:42 | 4,4Β k | 294 | Good morning. My name is Jay. I'm walking every day for my life. Currently 70 pounds down and counting. Feeling good today. Saturday, there's nobody on the roads. I can walk in the middle of the street. At least the middle of the street isn't, uh, graded, so my ankles don't hurt. And I'm feeling good, feeling strong, enjoying this beautiful, cooler weather in Texas. Feels good, man. Feeling good. You know, I just want to show my gratitude today. I appreciate everyone being here, commenting, being positive, sending me messages. I'm never giving up. I wanna be the person who shows that there's a way out of depression, anxiety. You just gotta get out there, change your environment, move. I'm just grateful to have this platform to spread positivity to people. Maybe that'll encourage them to get out there, encourage them to change their life. Because if I can, you can. Absolutely. At first, changing is gonna suck because it's new, it's gonna be uncomfortable. But if you keep pushing through, good things will be on the other side. I can tell you that from first hand experience. Show up for yourself, see what happens. You have nothing to lose, right? Oh, my god, they're babies! They're babies! | 1:22 | - | original sound lucidbluejay
Shifting your perspective helps you see other paths you may not normally see. Keep showing up when you donβt want to, when the mind yells at you. Only then will you know true strength. | 29Β k | β | x | 3,9Β k | ven. 2 oct., 15:59 | 299 | 83 | Good morning. My name is Jay. I'm walking every day for my life. Currently 70 pounds down and counting. Feeling good today. I'm taking it a little slow. A little zone 2 action today. Since I feel so fatigued, I decided that I was just gonna take a walk. A brisk walk. Nothing super heavy. And I'm enjoying this beautiful weather, man. Texas is finally getting some rain. The breeze is nice. Enjoying this walk. Feeling good. Just gotta change your perspective on things. You'll be. You'll feel much better. Gotta change that mindset. Mindset's gonna be the first thing. That way, you can do what you need to do. The end of the day, you'll feel much better for it. Don't forget the reason you began in the first place. To become a better version of yourself. Sure, things are gonna take time, but we got nothing but time. We have one life. So you wanna make sure that you live it to your fullest. Why not? You deserve to. We deserve to. So keep it up. | 1:02 | - | original sound lucidbluejay
Donβt allow your past to dictate your future, there are unlimited possibilities in life to move forward. Be the author of your own book. The pen is in your hands! | 35Β k | β | x | 4,9Β k | jeu. 1 oct., 15:07 | 470 | 86 | Hello. Good morning. My name is Jay, and I'm walking every day for my life. Currently 70 pounds down and counting. Feeling sore, tired, but I still want to show up. Feel better now that I started walking? A little, but I feel way heavier. Exhausted, maybe. But I'm gonna keep pushing through and keep going. Everything that you want is on the other side of that uncertainty. Get up, start moving. Plan, but commit and actually do. That's gonna be the difference of you achieving your goals. You don't work on your past self, then how are you gonna move forward? Me? I turned into the person that I needed when I was a kid. I am power now. So everything you want is on the other side of that door. Of being uncomfortable. Fear is what's holding you back. Get up, get out, get uncomfortable. And if you say, oh, I'll start Monday, oh, I'll start Tuesday, and you lie to yourself, that's what's holding you back. You're not being truthful with yourself. The best time to start is now. There is only ever now. | 1:09 | - | Epic Inspirational SILVANA INSPIRA

Changing your environment to nature helps with depression. Studies show that being in nature and birdwatching compounds the benefits to mental health. #mentalhealth | 11Β k | β | x | 1Β k | mar. 29 sept., 01:44 | 52 | 32 | Going on walks every day and seeing changes fix your depression? Absolutely. Absolutely. Because you take in nature. So they say that depression. If you go out into nature, you will feel so much better. You know, even looking at birds. What I would do at first, instead of walking, I would sit in the backyard. We have a huge tree. I think it's like two or three stories tall. And I put a little chair under there where I sit under the tree, and I made that my little spot. So whenever I was stressing out, whenever I was overthinking, I would just go sit outside and just look at the tree. And there would be birds and things like that. So I would just watch them for a while. I would cry, I would scream, yell, whatever I needed to do to get it out. Because if you suppress your emotions, that's gonna hurt you inside. It's gonna kill you. So you gotta take care of your emotions, man. That's one of the biggest things in life. Emotions are big. Emotions are hard, I'll tell you that much. | 0:59 | mentalhealth | original sound lucidbluejay

How do I get motivated to get up and out when I donβt want to? | 17Β k | β | x | 1,1Β k | lun. 28 sept., 01:24 | 65 | 20 | What do I do on the days that I don't wanna do anything? As in like, if I don't go, if I don't wanna go walk, when I don't wanna walk, honestly, I, I talk, look, I, I talk to myself. Exercise days. Oh, man, it's tough. I talk to myself. I have, like, I, I tell myself, it's that inner voice that comes up and it's like, dude, your body is tired. You don't wanna do this. You just wanna lay in bed and relax. But now I've taught myself to just quiet that voice. Just tell it to be quiet. Shut up. And I get up. I get up. I just do it. Look, it's, honestly, it's just getting up. You gotta get up first. Don't even think about it. Just be quiet. Go get ready. And I do. It's hard. Yes, it's hard. But it must be done. That's why, that's why I tell everyone, you gotta work on this, this, this first before you start doing exercise, before you start eating different. The mind is, is very, it's very powerful, but it can also work against you. | 1:07 | - | original sound lucidbluejay
Changing your environment is essential to mental health. The brain looks for the easy way out. | 6,8Β k | β | x | 467 | dim. 27 sept., 16:10 | 32 | 4 | What's your best advice for someone that feels hopeless about ever changing themselves? Hmm? Honestly, if you feel hopeless, it's your mind that's gonna keep you going back and forth. It's gonna keep you comfortable. So instead of thinking about it, you actually have to just get up and do it. That's really. Don't even. Don't even think about it. Just get up, go outside, just start walking. And you can do your inner work while you're walking. That's what I do. That's why sometimes I wait till, like, a mile in to start my video, because I have to work through my inner self, and I have to think about what to talk about, too. But, you know, it's just get out there and do it. Honestly, you gotta find good things in life, things worth living for, you know? And honestly, now, you know, I'm living for me. I'm living for myself. Have I ever been depressed? Absolutely. I was diagnosed with treatment resistant depression. I was diagnosed with ADHD, combined types. And I also was, uh. Excuse me. Diagnosed with anxiety. Hey, you have a good night? IPO. So it's insane. I mean, like I said it, treatment resistant depression. You see, me now, I don't think it's resistant. You just gotta change your environment. You gotta do something about it. Your environment is what keeps you comfortable. | 1:33 | - | Dawn Of Life Cove Harrison
What made me want to change? Live 9-26-26 | 11Β k | β | x | 1Β k | dim. 27 sept., 05:35 | 75 | 9 | Inspired you to walk? Awesome. That's awesome. That's, that's what I want, man. I just want people to become the best version of themselves. I want them to be happy. Cause I was the complete opposite of what I am now, you know, there was a lot of self hatred, a lot of anger towards myself. The way that I can explain it to people is there was a switch that went off on my brain. Literally from negative, from one day just switch. The next day it was just positivity. It's like I, I know I'm negative, I, I already know what's waiting for me. Might as well just turn around and do something different. So I had to fortify myself mentally. I had to go through what I had to go through. I did a lot of inner work and I decided, you know what? I need to shock my system. I need something different. Because the same thing that I've been doing, which was staying in my room, eating all the time, just being depressed, losing myself in video games and media, social media, things like that, living vicariously through other people. And I just thought, I don't wanna do this anymore. I don't wanna be like this anymore. | 1:16 | - | original sound lucidbluejay
I'll be going live tonight at 8pm CST. Ask any questions you may have. Celebrate those non-scale victories! | 59Β k | β | x | 9,4Β k | sam. 26 sept., 14:29 | 1,1Β k | 184 | Hello, good morning. My name is Jay, and I'm walking everyday for my life. Currently 70 pounds down and counting. Today is day six in a row of going a mile and a half everyday. I feel good. I can't believe when I started. I used to get winded just walking straight to the driveway. I'd have to take a break and sit. Look at me now. A mile and a half without stopping. Don't be afraid to push past your limits after a while, otherwise it'll get stale. But the main thing is showing up when you don't want to. That's gonna be the difference between achieving your goals or not. It's easy to not show up. It's hard to show up. But it's even harder to show up when you don't want to, when your body is telling you not to. And don't forget to celebrate those small wins. My win this week, I was able to go a mile and a half every day. So I bumped my mileage up from 6 miles a week to 9 miles a week. And this is gonna be my new normal for a while. Also, just wanted to inform you guys that I am gonna go live tonight on TikTok at eight PM central. Any questions that you guys have, please put them down in the comments so I can have something to start with tonight. And I'm also gonna take a rest day tomorrow because on Monday, I'm gonna Start my weightlifting. So I got a couple of dumbbells, I got some resistance bands, and I'm ready to make this next change. And we're gonna keep on showing up. | 1:21 | - | original sound lucidbluejay
Break the cycle. It begins with you as a parent. Check on your people. Mental health is very important in today's age. #mentalhealth @walkingwithdini | 8,9Β k | β | x | 745 | ven. 25 sept., 16:06 | 49 | 9 | My name is Dinnie, and I'm gonna walk a mile a day till I reach my goal weight of 250 pounds. Wait a damn minute. I'm not Dinnie. But a lot of you guys in the comments were getting confused on who's who. A lot of you were calling me Dinnie, but me and Denny are homies, and we decided to just have a little bit of fun today. We're gonna manage each other's channels today. And, Denny, I hope you take care of my crowd, and I'll take care of yours. And, Denny, I got your mail today, brother. Hey, Dinnie. Army halfway check in. Feeling good. Continuing my walk. But I wanted to talk about something very important. I saw a video yesterday of a teenager on the edge of a bridge in my town, and I felt really bad, because what must that child be going through to think that there's no way out? So I'm here to tell you to check on your people. Check on your kids, man. Make sure they're okay. Remind them that they're not a burden. Whatever problems they have, you'll be there for them. Remind them, don't let them feel alone. Unfortunately, in this world full of social media, there's gonna be a lot of bad things that we see. And just be there for your children. Love them unconditionally. Breaking the cycle starts with you. Everything you've gone through, all the suffering, make sure you don't pass that down onto The next generation. Let's set them up for success. Alright guys, that's another mile down. I want to thank you for walking with Danny and we'll see you tomorrow. Remember, no one walks alone. | 1:39 | mentalhealth | original sound lucidbluejay
Let's keep pushing forward everyday. Don't allow yourself to overthink. It will keep you still. Remember why you are doing this. β€οΈ | 61Β k | β | x | 11Β k | jeu. 24 sept., 15:14 | 906 | 217 | Good morning. My name is Jay. I'm walking every day for my life. Currently 70 pounds down and counting. Today was one of those heavy days for me where darkness came out to play for a little bit. It was causing me to overthink, and I almost didn't believe in myself that I could get up and walk today. But. And you should remember, too, all of the pain, all of the suffering, everything that you've gone through to be where you're at now. You're still alive, you're still breathing. You still have an opportunity to be better than yesterday. And not that many people get that. And I'm grateful that I worked up the mental fortitude to tell that dark inner voice to shut up and get out. I told myself the same thing, and that's why I'm walking now. Because you know what will happen if you stop moving forward. Don't forget why you're doing what you're doing. It's to become a better version of yourself every day. Show up, put in the work. Some of you are asking how I find the motivation to get out there. The thing is, you won't really find motivation. I was always over preparing, always overthinking of what I should do while never actually doing the thing. You can't allow yourself to overthink, otherwise that's gonna hold you back. You're gonna be overthinking, thinking, thinking. Your mind's gonna make you feel like you did something. It's gonna keep you comfortable. So Just get up. Move. Don't even think about it. | 1:29 | - | original sound lucidbluejay

Today's a good day cause I wanna announce my partnership with Anderson Fitness Institute, powered by Straxion supplements. Now, a lot of you kept messaging me, try this, try that. I made it two weeks. But then I figured it out that these are a tool for you to use in your everyday life. However, there still comes a point where you're gonna need education in order to continue moving forward. So we've been working on a platform on school where there's free education, free meal plans depending on your caloric goals. Education about how your body works, what it needs to survive. There's individual classrooms that you can go into and you can educate yourself for free. You know what they say, if it's free, it's for me every day. If you want something personalized, there is a plan starting at $9 a month where you get personalized coaching, nutrition, exercise advice. Comment the word lucid and I'll send you the link over if you'd like to sign up. It's completely free. You'll work towards becoming the better version of yourself. I'll be there. I'll be there to guide you, whatever you need. But let's show up together for ourselves. We're trying to make a positive impact in the world while helping people. Step one to your journey is awareness. Learning how much to eat, learning how your body works so you can set your self up for success. π #selfimprovement #motivation | 3,7Β M | 70.7Γ | x | 419Β k | dim. 20 sept., 14:56 | 16Β k | 7,9Β k | Hello, my name is Jay. I'm currently walking every day for my life. 70 pounds down and counting down here today after that 2 mile walk, feeling tired, feeling sore, my back hurts, my ankles hurt. But I wanted to show up today just to see how I feel, and then I can work with that in the long run. My body's telling me that I need to take a rest day tomorrow, so I'm gonna listen to it. So I had a couple of questions as to how to begin your weight loss journey. I think the first thing is starting with awareness. Knowing how much you eat, knowing how much you put into your body. Now, say a typical bag of Hot Cheetos or chips, you know, it says on the back 150 calories, but we don't see is that there's three to three and a half servings in that bag. So easily you're eating four or 5 hundred calories just in that single bag. And a lot of us don't even pay attention to how much we eat either, so it's easy to overeat. Step one to changing your relationship with food is awareness. Be aware of what you're putting into your body. Be aware of how your body works, the chemicals it releases. Did you know grelin is the chemical that signals when you're hungry? And it happens that way because we train it to have three meals a day, so that a lot of time You're gonna get that hunger signal, but if you wanna fight it, you can drink a glass of water, give it about an hour, and that feeling will go away. I Learned that myself after trying a five day, uh, after trying an 11 day water fast. But I failed the day five because I didn't do enough research. But we're gonna move forward. And again, step one, awareness. | 1:47 | selfimprovementmotivation | original sound lucidbluejay
Link in bio. Thanks to all military members and civil servants around the world who are fighting silent battles and still choose to serve their loved ones even after dealing with trauma. I stand with you. #ptsd #veterans #988 | 60Β k | β | x | 6,3Β k | sam. 19 sept., 15:33 | 362 | 90 | Hello, my name is Jay. I'm walking every day for my life. I'm 70 pounds down and counting. Today's message will go to supporting veterans who are struggling with their mental health with PTSD. And PTSD can come from any number of things. It can be from their training, their day to day, even being out in combat. Of course, but the military teaches you to become a machine, to just do, don't think. But the problem is that they don't set them up for success for the long term. They don't teach them how to be aware, how to turn it off, how to reintegrate into society. I did some research here. I did find a charity. It's called the Headstrong Project. And they assist in helping veterans get the mental help that they need. It doesn't matter if you were discharged dishonorably, it doesn't matter who you are, as long as you served, they will help you. Their studies have shown that over 50% of veterans who found help with them, we're able to find success in the long term. And this is on. This isn't only just for veterans. This is for the police officers, this is for the firefighters, for the civil servants of society. So I'm gonna go as hard and as long as I can here for them to show solidarity that I am with them. If we could come together to donate to the headstrong project. I'll have it in my bio in My link tree, the first result that pops up. And if we can just donate to them, they'll help people in need. The people that are suffering silent battles. The people who are afraid to speak out for themselves because of the way society treats them. I stand and I carry some of your pain. I walk with your pain on my back. I want nothing more than for people to become the best versions of themselves, to be happy, to learn to live, to love for life. The only way that we're gonna do that is if we come together, support our people. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Help is out there. | 2:36 | ptsdveterans988 | original sound lucidbluejay

And I just wanted to show that, you know, losing weight is very simple. You just gotta eat right and get out there and move. So without further ado, let me get on the scale again. You guys are gonna be the first ones to look, and then I'll view afterwards. What does the number say? Can you tell me? 4 77. 4 78. Wow. So, looks like it's going down. 4 77. That makes it. What?
