Every time I invite ginger, she always gotta do the most. Oh, the 11th day of treating my dark spots. Treating my dark spots. And no, I'm not talking. Alright, let's get down to business. I got the ginseng cleansing oil. Next we're going to use some dermologica microexfoliant. I mixed it with some glycolic acid by the ordinary. Kojic acid, turmeric, honey and ginseng mask. There's a few, you know, who you are, out there that are shocked that I rebranded to beauty and wellness. When in actuality, I'm shocked that you're shocked. Cause beauty is actually my roots. I became a licensed cosmetologist back in 2,011 when I was 21 years old. You do the math. No, no, no, scratch that. Don't do the math. Don't do the math. The ginger and ginseng duo. Hmm. Oh, I still feel it in my chest. Vitamin D by Symbionta. Listen, don't just think vitamin D is good for your bones, okay? Because it's not. It's also good for your gut, okay? Some people don't know that, but let me tell you be. Let me be the one, okay? Let me be the one to let you know that vitamin D helps your gut. Get ready with me to do my makeup. As you can see, my eyebrows are already done, the eyelashes are done. The eyebrows have to be done off camera because if not, it would be a hot mess. These dark spots are trying to make an exit, y'all. I will first serum spray. This is Essence Jelly Grip hydrating primer. I'm going to be switching between drugstore makeup products and non drugstore makeup products. Put a little primer on my oily areas. This is Maybelline's Fit Me Matte and poreless foundation. This is in the shade warm coconut. I mean like a porcelain doll. Do you see this coverage? Next gonna be some bronzer. This is by road in the shade anklet. Next a cream blush. This is by Ilia in the shade A Fine Romance. Next I'm gonna be using Essence Silky Blur Concealer. One is in the shade 2:40, the others in the shade 2:30. I'm going to go in with this say city set setting spray. Say City Set setting powder underneath my eyes. This is by essence. It's their flawless skin trio. A little powdered bronzer by Sephora's bronze bronze Glow palette. This baked blush by Milani is in the color Sparkling Rose. Milani's translucent setting powder and put It underneath my eyes and all over my face. Really press it in a little highlight on the bridge of my nose. Now we buff it all the way. And for my lips, I'm just going to put some of this road peptide lip tint on in the color ribbon.

However, today it's time for me do a deep cleansing, and I'm going to be using this Indian healing clay, which is just bentonite clay with some activated charcoal. I'm going to be doing my skin, my scalp, and my hair. It's time to get this party started. I'm gonna add in our clay, then we're going to add in our activated charcoal. I like to add in distilled water and then give it a good mixy mix. But first I'm going to add this Olaplex No. 3 into my hair. My hair has already been shampooed, and then I'm going to give it another shampooing after I rinse the clay out. It's been 10 minutes since I put the Olaplex in my hair. Good, cold, refreshing ginseng ginger shot. And today's little drinky drink that I'm going to be sipping on while doing my skincare is this beet juice by Wonder Beet. I got this. Good and cold as well. Okay, beloved, this is day eight of treating my dark spots. Jensen Cleansing Oil. The best way to get rid of and or prevent blackheads is to double cleanse or triple cleanse. Starting off with an oil cleanser, and today I'm doing a triple cleanse. I'm going to be using this Estee Lauder Day wear, which removes pollutants, makeup, and sunscreen. And then I'm gonna follow it up with this. Tatcha Matcha foam cleanser. That clarifies. This is a ginseng, turmeric, kojic acid, and honey mask with just a little bit of water peptide eye prep. We're going to leave these on for 15 minutes. Tatcha lip balm, Tatcha Kissu Lip mask. Does anybody else like to sanitize their skincare bottles? Because I feel like you have to disinfect and or sanitize at least a few times out the week since you're touching the the bottles and then touching your face. If you've been following since day one, you'll be able to see the vast difference between then and now. I certainly can see it. The dark spots are making their way out of here, but let's keep going until they're completely gone. This is my kojic acid, turmeric, ginseng, and honey mask. I consider myself a pretty brave chick, you know? But there are some things out there that do frighten me. There are people out there that really, truly terrify me. And those group of people are people who can wear jeans without any underwear and people who can free bleed while on their menses. Like how? First off, let's start with the jeans. Edges between the concealer and the bronzer, edges between the foundation and the blush. Edges between the contour and the foundation. Some more setting spray to create a barrier between the powders that I'm about to use and the cream slash liquids that was used prior. Let it dry. Powder, bronzer. Some bronzer on my eyelid. Powdered blush. A little loose setting powder for underneath the eyes. A light press powder combined with blush for underneath the eye. Going to buff away the excess powder with a complexion press powder. A little blush on my eyelids. Translucent setting powder all over the face. A nasty ombre lip. Finish up the eyes. Last but not least, setting spray.

Don't be afraid of the root. It's delicious. Lima vitamin C, vitamin C tonic. You can literally find everything I just consumed at your local Asian market. This is day five of treating my dark spots and I see a vast improvement from day one. Turmeric, some honey, and I'm going to turn the notch up a little bit today and add kojic acid to my mask. And if you're unfamiliar with kojic acid, kojic acid is really good for hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Following up after the face mask, I'm going to use my toners. This is the pharmacy brighten up and the ordinary glycolic acid. This is so random, but can y'all please stop cruising in the left lane on the highways? Jensen Essence like there is a lot of people who just be chilling in the left lane while people are actively trying to pass. Ginseng serum can't nobody pass? Be stuck behind the trucks because you got the 1 2 few people who's just chilling without a cure in the world. Wonder why people are driving up on a tail in the left lane. I'm going to combine my bold and dark spot fix with my Caudalie Vinoperfect. Slowing everybody up, can't nobody get to where they're going. Before I get into my face mask, I need to shave my face. This is a saffron mood booster shot. First I'm gonna add my oil. This is 100% Argan oil. Day 4 of treating my dark spots. This is ginseng, turmeric, and honey. Imma let this sit between 10 to 15 minutes. These are my current favorite lip balm treatments. I have Eatem Ole Henriksen Tatcha. I have the Tatcha Kissu Lip Mask and then the Glow Recipe Gloss Bomb. By themselves, these lip balms are a movement. But when paired together, therefore, if you want your lips to be hydrated well, to rise and supple, these are it for me. These are it. Now that everything is rinsed off, I'm gonna go in with my pharmacy brighten up toner and my the ordinary glycolic acid. Glycolic acid, brighten up toner, ginsenoside essence, ginsenoside serum. I'm going to combine the Bolden Dark Spot fix with Caudalie Vinoperfect, Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist, Tatcha Serum Stick, Tatcha Lip Mask, water cream. Last but not least, sunscreen.

So I brought out the soursop bitters. The soursop bitters has been brought out. Lord, give me strength. It's bitter. Very. But its medicinal properties are absolutely phenomenal. Chef's kiss. Oh, my goodness. Oh. Oh, I'm melting. Oh! This is what I imagine Gotham City to taste like. Absolutely menacing. This is what plankton is putting in his food that makes it taste so bad. Day three of getting rid of my dark spots. I missed a day yesterday. Yesterday would have been day three, but here we are. I know I gotta be consistent if I wanna get rid of these dark spots. And I know you probably wonder, like, Kim, how's it possible that you get blemishes? Well, there is a certain thing called a menstrual cycle, and during those menstrual cycles, I get a blemish here and there. I'm gonna give this some time to sit, and then I'll be back. Lactic acid pharmacy. Brighten up toner with the glycolic acid. Ginseng essence. Ginseng serum. Call the Lee Vinopal. Perfect. I decided to use the Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist right before the moisturizer. Usually this is right before the Essence Water Cream, Tatcha Serum stick. Normally I'm using the Rare Beauty Eyebrow Gel in clear. However, that's not drugstore. Here we go. Running it through my brows. Hold on now. I was concerned at first because it didn't seem like there was much of a hold happening. It seemed very loose. But after you let it dry down a little bit, that's where the magic happens. It's an under eye brightener, but I'm going to Use this for underneath my eyebrows. Brows are done. Now it's time to get into the meat and potatoes.
