Claude just released live dashboards, one of the most practical and useful updates he's had in a long time. Let me show you the power of it here. This dashboard right here actually pulls in live data from stripe, Quickbooks, Gmail, Google Calendar and Slack all in one page. I'm actually using some demo numbers here because again I vibe coded this here in Claude so I added this little extra but when I switch to live data is showing my real numbers for my real business here and as I scroll through, you could see any email that's waiting for a reply, any Slack messages that's waiting for a reply, what's going on with my calendar, what's going on with our revenue, what's going on in our bank account from Quickbooks, all of that in a single dashboard so in this video I want to share 7 different dashboards that I made using this live dashboard and this is very different than what Claude was able to do before before you could give it data like a CSV file and he made you a dashboard, but it wasn't updating live. This is literally updating live and is fully shareable with anyone with a link if you just press share on top and then once I show you the dashboard we made, we're gonna create this. This is an entire command center and it's gonna have all our dashboards in a single page so these are connected to maybe 20 30 different apps across all the seven different dashboards. And to make it easier to follow along with the video, I also put this together with my team here. So every prompt I use in this video to make the seven dashboards are included here. But I built 20 different live dashboards when I was testing it from things that I think are the most practical. I'm going to explain exactly how you build them, what plans you need, what kind of connections and plugins you need for that. But this resource here will kind of walk you through it in text format here. But the best part of it is down here where you're going to find the exact prompts to use the purpose for building the dashboard here. Some of them even have screenshots on exactly what they end up looking like. Just copy and paste the prompt into your Claude account and it will build the dashboard that's very similar to mine here. Obviously, you will have to give it connections to your own app so it pulls in your live data. You don't have to upload anything else, just a prompt and that connection. And I'll show you with the examples. So that entire resource is available for free. I'll put a link in the description. I'll put a QR code here on screen so you could grab it for yourself. By the way, we just launched a brand new way to implement AI at work I'm gonna mention that at the end of the video is a free platform so to build these live dashboards it works the same way as building any dashboard except you don't have to press plus sign and upload anything all you have to do is give it connections with different apps so it could pull in that data and with each of them that I'm gonna build I'm gonna show you which app that he needs connection to and all you have to do is type in a prompt and I typically try to use a best model available as I'm recording this and then I typically use it extra thinking just to get the best dashboard possible and you could change the design you can make it light mode, you can make it dark mode I'm gonna start with this one here so this one is using Gmail as this connection and it's gonna be your inbox command center. I've actually already saw a couple emails here in the last few days that I had this live that kind of fell through the crack and this kind of reminded me to answer so this is the prompt to build that out so you just have to copy and paste this. The prompts are going to be relatively simple here some of them have a little bit more context but I'll show you what these end up looking like and if you haven't connected anything to your Claude account Just yet you could go over here and go to customize so this customize section brings you to this page where you could add skills and things like that but connectors are what you want there is also something called plug ins in this case you don't want plug ins you want connectors here and these are the top connectors right now so this is where you'll come back to with every single prompt if you do wanna build that dashboard for yourself and remember at the end we're gonna put them all in one command center all the live dashboards in one so I don't jump around between different dashboards unless I wanna share just one specific thing with someone then I could do that but this is how you go ahead and connect something so I connected Gmail these are some of the different things I've connected that I'm gonna show you as examples and I'm only showing you things that I also connected myself but if you want to show all they have literally hundreds of different connectors maybe at this point thousands of different connectors so pretty much any app that you could imagine is probably on this list already and it's not a complicated MCP kind of a back way to connect to these it's literally pressing plus logging into that platform with your cloud account and that's it the connection is made to that's how I made the Gmail connection okay so this is The dashboard and the only thing I'm doing extra here that you won't see is I added something to use sample data here so I could actually demo this for you since these are private company information here otherwise but the live data is literally updating based on that connection to Gmail so what this ends up pulling is it's gonna show you how many emails are waiting for you it's gonna show you how many conversations you've had and how many you've replied to it's gonna show you how much time you spend here in replying and it's going to show you who's sending you emails and it kind of breaks it up day by day but remember these are completely customized so if you want to add something to it, if you want to change the design you can so if you already have brand colors and you want to stay on theme with anything else that you want you can make these dashboards look the same I like this dark mode so I made pretty much all of them this way which is my default design style here in clout I just actually switched to my live data here and I just hit the number so I added another button that just blurs the numbers here so I can kind of show you what's going on with my actual inbox command center but this one I started with because it's the easiest one and pretty much all Of us have either Gmail or outlook that we could connect to to pull in our email and get a good visual overview of it. I'm gonna jump into this one for our second example here. This is the Stripe Revenue Pulse so this one is if you use stripe it will become your command center stripe obviously has their own dashboard but this is again fully customizable so I decided to add boxes where I want to and the prompt again is pretty straightforward but you could see in the prompt I have the details on what I specifically want to see not what stripe wants to show me or trying to figure out how to customize the stripe dashboard. This is going to pull in the direct stripe numbers but I'm going to show it the way I want okay, and this is what the dashboard looks like with our sample numbers here so you can see all the four boxes that I wanted to show on top show up over here but it's going to show me my MRR through time are growth here, new customers versus churn customers and revenue here over time so you can see month by month and again you could add as much as you want and it shows a product breakdown of the different things you sold here too. Now if you have a similar business model, this next one is churn versus retention so again it pulls in from stripe So the only connector I have with this one is also stripe, but it pulls in the data here in a different way so it shows you your customer growth over time so you could from the same source create multiple different dashboards here and then you could again combine different dashboards into a command center which we'll do at the end so if everything with stripe I wanted to make multiple different things for multiple different types of views like this one versus the one I showed you previously you could easily do that too. The next one I want to show you is for pretty much any business owner this is for profit and cash command center so if you have Quickbooks, this is the one for you the connector needed is only Quickbooks you can combine stripe and Quickbooks and other ones too so I have an example coming up where you combine a couple of different things but this one just requires Quickbooks and the prompt for it is again it's gonna build a dashboard profit and cash center here and I told it specific things so that's kind of the part of the prompt that you could customize for yourself I'm gonna give it specific things I wanna see and you could even be a lot more detail, you could tell him where to put the boxes and all that inside a clot. And here's what that dashboard looks like so it shows you the Cash in the bank, your runway here, your net profit here and it shows you revenue by month over month it shows you where you spend your money. So this is again very useful information which is easily accessible in Quickbooks but I like this one pager better than any PNL or balance sheet or anything I've seen inside of the way Quickbooks present this information. Now if you want to figure out how to optimize your time more, I think this one's a really good one. This is called a calendar time audit and this only requires Google Calendar here. They do have other calendars you could link to. I kind of build the same thing here but it's going to build me a live dashboard with Google Calendar and it's going to show me how much meaning is taking up my time here and how I could get more focused time back. So this shows you how many hours a week go to meetings, how many of focused work you've done and how much time you have open and he breaks it up here week by week so this is gonna be super super useful if you're actually active with your calendar and you can pull in things like this in order to build something this specific and useful for you. Now this next one is to see your search visibility in AI. Hubspot has a product for this I built this one here with href for example So it pulls in all this information here and I use just again the sample data here, but it shows your sites, it shows your competitors here, and it shows how you're doing over time versus your competitors as far as AI citations over time. So this becomes a really useful dashboard if you have one of these products that shows AI search visibility. Okay, I named this next one Founder Morning Cockpit. This is where you actually combine multiple different plugins for the same dashboard. So I added Stripe, Quickbooks, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Slack. And this was the prompt here to create that. And this is what I ended up getting. Here's the money that is pulling in from Quickbooks and stripe. This is what's going on with my calendar. So showing the meetings I have is showing my email from Gmail, the Slack messages, because it's also connected to Slack, all here in one dashboard. And because Claude's memory is so good, all I did was open a new chat and I said, make me a dashboard as my command center with a side panel that has all the dashboards we just made. And he added the nine different dashboards. I didn't even really list the dashboards, but you could just list the dashboards for your command center. So the morning cockpit is the one I just showed you before this one. So we put that front and center. Google is finally back in the AI race with the release of Gemini 4 Argon today and I've been testing it non stop for the last few days. They gave me a little bit of early access so I could show you ton of different examples of what Gemini 4 can do one of the biggest jumps I noticed with this model is the way it could create things like 3D worlds how it actually renders real physics it could generate full games that actually have a different platform I'll show you designed to make games with just one prompt without any coding and I have a mix of 12 different examples I want to show you some with coding some with practical work like creating presentations with this new model. They also have a new section inside of Gemini called tasks that's close to chat GPT work where you could hand back to you finish work and if you have a Google AI Pro or Ultra plan you do have access to Gemini 4 Argon right now. Now I'm gonna show you the Gemini app here for this video but Gemini API also has Gemini 4 and these are the pricing for the Gemini 4 model. They have a discounted introductory pricing right now. You can pause it here and see the pricing and it's available inside of Anti Gravity which is their coding platform from Google. Now a couple weeks ago Gemini also released Gemini Skills and if You watch any of my videos, I always use skills inside of Chat GPT, inside of Claude and now inside of Gemini. So my team and I actually put together 25 of my favorite skills for Gemini when Gemini Skills came out and I think it's gonna be perfect for you to use with this new Gemini 4. Skills are basically a set of instructions that let Gemini do repeatable tasks without you having to repeat yourself over and over again. So that guide will give you all 25 with the prompts to build them yourself and it's free to access so I'll put a link in the description and a QR code here on screen so you could access it. So when you jump into Gemini here, this is your model picker is still in the same place and you'll see 4 argon right over here and it does have different thinking levels too so I have set mine all the way to high, low, medium and high is the 3 as now. It's extremely fast and I've compared it to Claude with a couple examples I'll show you and it's mind blowing how fast this gives me results. Now you also have task which I'm going to show you in a little bit with some of the examples we have coming up but right now let me start with this first demo. I want to show you how well it understands pictures and turning things into 3D objects. So I have this Van Gogh picture, I uploaded it and I told it to turn it into a 3D room. Now my prompt is kind of long and I'll explain in a second why, but I ended up having to say build this in canvas in an interactive app and then run it here in previous format. And the reason is it actually gave me different file formats and I'll show you an example of what it ended up giving me. But this time it did create it right inside a canvas. Let me open this up. And this is the result it gave me here this 3D room from that single image, that JPEG here I could walk around it. Here it has particles from the painting here floating in space. I mean, it's incredible the amount of detail this has. And the reason why I had to really build out that prompt is when I use the simple prompt to turn it into a 3D room, well, this has Nana Banana built in. So it thought from this simple prompt that I was asking for this. So it just kept generating images. And then after that where I kept pushing, it kept generating this HDML code where I would have to download this and run this, which was fine, but I wanted to just have it inside of the Gemini app, which is capable of doing with what I showed you in the example. So that's why I build on on that prompt this one was a super simple prompt just to build me a 3D Rubik's cube that could be solved in one click here let me go ahead and scramble that one and I could change the speed here let me try fast you could solve one click at a time or click on solve this way I'll try to solve the Rubik's cube showing you all the different steps that it takes for this next demo I uploaded this floor plan here and I asked it to basically turn this floor plan into a 3D house I could walk through but I included a lot of different details just to see if it could follow a lot of this including the way I would use the mouse or the keyboard here to walk through the house okay, this is what I ended up getting and you could see the floor plan is on the screen and it shows me if you see that little yellow highlight where I am inside of the floor plan so this is right the kitchen is over there the dining room is over here and then here's the main bedroom let's see bathroom yeah, I mean he got all of that right and he included some of the things I asked for like the TV on the wall and some of the things that were just in my prompt and not in the floor plan now this even has Night mode here. So let me go back to the front door and walk in night time. I mean, look at the details. Then I wanted to test this physics. So I wanted to create a city and then use a wrecking ball to break up all the buildings here. So 5,000 bricks. Okay, so already I could tell it's failing. This one, the physics doesn't look right. I mean, there's clearly floating bricks here. I'm not even swinging this and it's already causing some major damage. The whole city is falling apart. Maybe is this power swing option that's causing it here? Let me go to different section. Reset city. Nope, the physics doesn't quite look right. I try to make another version of this that was a little simpler. And this is the version that he gave me. So the ball swings a little bit differently. You almost could run it through the city. The physics was better. There's like no floating bricks here, but it's still, you know, not 100%, but you know, a lot better. The one cool thing about this one, let me rebuild the city. You could actually change the POV of the camera so you could look from like Street View here. That was pretty impressive, but not as visual as the other one. This was just a simpler HDML file, but the physics was a little bit better. But either way, I think in physics is still not where it needs to Be I mean these bricks shouldn't be floating around like this. Now this one I asked it to turn this sketch into a playable game that looks exactly like the sketch here. Again, the first time I tried this here with a super simple prompt again, I used Nana Banana to generate this image for me, which is a cool image, but that is not what I wanted to do. This is not something I could play so it didn't follow my prompt when they're this simple. Then I used the prompt format that I've been using so built this in canvas as an interactive app I could play writing this preview here and this time it got it exactly right. It's exactly like my sketch here. I could jump around little bit like Mario here and let me see I could get to the end. Yep, that looks pretty good. This one I wanted to try a more practical 3D model. So I have this roof here and I wanted to see how much weight it could handle in different sections of it. And I turn that into this 3D model over here and this has bunch of different settings but you could spin around in 3D format here. You could look at the 2D view you could look at it from top view and spin around and then change all these different numbers. So you could change the load on the roof here in different parts and I Think this turned out pretty good too. Now I tried it for a little bit of a normal use although this is designed for your most complex tasks so that's why I've shown you a lot of coating examples here but this one was to plan a party for me so it's gonna use search and it's gonna put together something for me and it created a Google sheet for me comparing these five different venues and when I click the link this is the Google sheet that it created for me so the nice thing is with Gemini and this is why a lot of people use Gemini even though up till now they haven't had the very best model is because it has access to these type of things although the other platforms like blood and Chat GPT do have connectors this works a lot more natively than anything I've experienced here because again it's owned by the same company here so they usually don't require any kind of third party connection okay for this next one I asked it to create ancient 3D Rome where I could walk around and look around and this turned out super cool let me just see it has different lighting here oh that looks really nice high noon that one is a little over exposed let me try this one and you could jump into different section as fast travel let's see let's go to the Coliseum let's go inside the Coliseum, that looks so cool. Now this one, by the way, I ended up building in Claude, but just so I show you this comparison, the Gemini version took maybe 5 minutes or so to make this whole thing. Let me show you what Claude made. Now this is Claude with Opes 5.5. And I had this set to extra for the thinking, but this took well over an hour. It took 10 times longer than the other one. But it does have few of the same settings. So for example, I can change the lighting over here, but I can't fast travel on some of the other things Gemini decided to add. But this also looked pretty good here. So I was able to walk around and check out some of the other sections. But I think again, Gemini, I really did a much better job here this time I asked it to basically create a music app or a music studio here that it could generate its own songs. And it created this really nice looking app for me. And if you've ever used Garageband or things like that, well this has a lot of the similar settings that those type of apps have. Let me play a song here. Let me see what he made for us. It's pretty cool. Now for the next one, I created this roller coaster park here and it's interactive. You could add different things to it. For example, like this food Kiosk here, put a fountain over here and let me see first place ride. Oh wow, that is pretty cool point of view from the roller coaster on top. Yeah, that turned out pretty good. There's some glitches here but again, this was just off a very first prompt here. I haven't even tried to fix anything and I saved the hardest prompt for the end where I wanted to build an entire computer for me with apps that work inside of that computer. So 20 working apps, including a paint app, calculator app here, different games. I asked for three different games so he could decide that on his own. And here is my computer. Let me move this window. So we got a file manager and these are the different apps that he created for me. So let's see one of the games here. I'll open this one. Fully functioning snake game here. What else did it make us? Paint Studio here. Here just looks like Microsoft Paint. Here's a simpler music maker here, a mind sweeper. Oh well this one takes me back and it looks like a bunch of other apps and you could actually open multiple different apps. It opens multiple different windows. I mean this is crazy. This is one prompt here and he built it in just a few minutes. And because Gemini 4 is so good at coding, if you go to labs dot Google slash playground, you're going to see a Brand new place where you could create games using Gemini here and you could jump here you could explore all these different games here that other people have created you could also press create here and create yourself your own games this is a really cool app they put together here inside of their Google Labs now this one I use inside a closet all the time where I give a bunch of different file types so there's text files, there is a word DOC here there is a PNG and I asked it to basically turn this into a really clean presentation for me now I've tried this so far with chat and I tried it in task these are the type of things that you want to turn task on and it was taking far too long in fact I let it run for 30 minutes and I still didn't have a presentation so I'm running it with chat here to show you what it gives me now with chat this literally only took a minute to go through all those different files and he gave me this here so maybe I was doing something wrong with that task option but I will make a dedicated video as I use task more and more here because that's gonna become a really big part of Gemini here so this turned out good now the design is not great but I didn't give it any type of design references so The one thing you could do is, let me go to the settings page right here. If you go to the skills tab, you'll see all kinds of different skills that you could add. So with skills, you could create one for Powerpoint presentation and give it a reference Powerpoint as a design template. I've actually built a lot of these for repurposing different content to get it to write like me to do executive summaries and things like that. This one I actually covered in a dedicated Gemini Skills video when this came out. And that resource I mentioned in the beginning of the video has my 25 favorite skills. So you really want to start combining these skills with Gemini 4 and with the task option to get the best results if you're going to use Gemini more and more. one of the most powerful and useful parts of ChatGPT is ChatGPT work let me show you the power of it I got on a call didn't take a single note and as soon as I hung up I had the summary from the call action items follow up email ready to go I also gave it a folder of 12 messy spreadsheets and he came back with one clean report and spotted exactly which customers we're slipping away it turned that into a live dashboard so my whole team could open it too with just a simple link and on top of that ChatGPT just rebuilt the entire app and the entire website so I'll show you around there and I'm gonna focus on lots of different examples related to ChatGPT work this is gonna be the ultimate guide to ChatGPT work I have over a dozen different examples and I'm gonna share every prompt that I use in this video too and my team and I also put together a free guide for this video this is going to be 9 copy and paste prompts that you could use right now with ChatGPT work to get real jobs done some of it I'm going to include in this video as examples and they're gonna include things like daily briefs weekly status reports really practical things you could use in just about any job and this guide is fully updated for this new layout with the new models that ChatGPT recently released too is completely free I'll put a link in the description so you could follow along with the video let me just quickly show you the new layout this is similar to the ChatGPT app too but here on the website on the left panel you'll see a whole different type of layout and you'll access a new chat from here to access ChatGPT chat and then to access work you're still over here now they haven't combined these two experiences in Claude chat and work are now combined into one and it decides which one you need here you still have to decide if you want to just chat or if you want work and I'll explain with some examples why you may want to choose work and a lot of different things where you want an output and then on the left panel you also have ChatGPT dot so it says your dot right here now that's totally different than ChatGPT chatting and ChatGPT work dot is a proactive AI agent that actually goes and find things that it could help you with now this one actually messages you first typically so I did cover this in a different video they also still have agents and projects and they have created something called spaces so spaces have everything organized into a whole different type of layout which I'm gonna explain too as we go through this video and then you have plugins right here so ChatGPT work really becomes powerful when you give it access to different things through plugins so Gmail for example or Google Drive here your calendar Adobe this new one meetings which I'm about to show you too these are really really useful plugins now with ChatGPT work it is technically available in even the free plan but only on the desktop and is very very limited so it's really designed for the business plan and the Pro plan I'm on the business plan here and they've also released brand new models here that works really well with work so I'm gonna use GPT 6.1 but again if you're watching this later always try to use the latest greatest model with ChatGPT and then the reasoning effort here could be changed with the slider so I usually have it on medium but if I have harder tasks sometimes all the way to max but typically I sit at medium and high for just about anything I do in ChatGPT and you also have ChatGPT Codex which you could access if you download the app so that's still over here on the left side and this is the page for it and this is to build things so you have still ChatGPT ChatGPT work ChatGPT Codex which you access right over here and then ChatGPT dot which on the desktop of name mine Juno which is the proactive AI agent so really four different chat GPT experiences right now are available okay for the very first demo I want to show you how to clean up data and then turn it into a dashboard that you could share with someone so my prompt is basically going to tell it to look at the 12 different spreadsheets that I'm going to give it add a summary tab compare each one so it's gonna use Excel to do a lot of this and the reason why I like to use the desktop app for this one is because inside of chat GPT work on the tab here it can access things on your computer through projects so what I do is I typically choose a new project and then I name the project but I also give it access to a folder where my files are and this is only possible through the desktop app that's why I like to use work typically on the desktop app versus using it on the website now if you have already uploaded files to your ChatGPT you also see this files tab so this will be able to pull in previous files that you've uploaded to it but typically I keep those on my computer and do this through that project setting now while this is working one of the most confusing part about this is well when do I know when I should use chat or when I should use work well typically chat is when you just want a back and forth conversation and you want to answer right away work will take more time especially if you change the reasoning to think longer but you get finished work back something that is not going to be as good inside of chat so for anything where I give it work and want something back in return a finished document I use work for that okay so it only took two minutes here to create this Excel sheet for me and he also put it right on my desktop here in that folder so if I look at it this way this is a spreadsheet so we got a summary page this is the order page this is the sources that he pulled that information from so again that was 12 messy spreadsheets and it created one really nice clean one for me here now you have couple ways to make changes to it on the left panel here you could just keep asking a questions could also branch it into a new chat if you want to take it into a different direction and they also have this request edit option so this one is nice cause you could just click right here and select a very specific thing you want to change sometimes this gets a right more than you trying to describe where that is in the page now I'm also a huge fan of interactive dashboard so I asked it to turn this into an interactive dashboard you can do this in chat but remember I'm doing the clean up here I combined the files I got my Excel sheet and now I'm gonna do this dashboard thing I don't have to jump in between different tabs here to do that okay in a couple of minutes it created this nice interactive dashboard for me so this is easily shareable it actually makes a public link here you can press share from here and you still have this tab on top here with the Excel so you could just compare the two here to make sure all the numbers are right and then share this with your team now for the second example I want to show you how to compare two different files and see what's changed I actually want to do this with this 2,026 contract versus this 2,027 contract and the thing is this is something you could do with chat just fine but I found with work it's actually able to do a lot more than what chats able to do this actually opens the file right on the computer it checks the changes against your own numbers and it could also hand you back a finished spreadsheet or a finished document in return and it still has access to that same project to that same folder so I don't even have to upload anything here and I ask it to check those two different contracts for me and in a few minutes it created the spreadsheet it's really easy to see the changes this way and it shows the pages and the clauses they show up in as all this useful information here so if you're still using regular chat to compare two different documents I think you might want to give work a try for that okay for demo 3 let's do slides because a lot of us have to make presentations and you typically have the same presentation template but you have new numbers you gotta add it to a new information the work is perfectly set up to do exactly this so it's basically telling it to make a presentation using a new spreadsheet that I'm gonna give it again everything is in that folder so I don't have to upload anything but if you did want to you could just press this here and you could upload it you could also attach if you're using the desktop app from your Finder window here and this is just a demo presentation so just to see the colors and the fonts and the logos and the spreadsheets will add the new numbers into it that way and it took three minutes to created this Powerpoint presentation here and you could see it's the exact same design as before but it has the new Q4 numbers here and everything looks great and he also included speaker notes here from that spreadsheet that had the new data now I want to show you this plugins page now ChatGPT gets better with plugins but works specifically gets a lot better ChatGPT dots gets a lot better because it gets a lot more context right so there are some popular apps here that you may want to give it access to the one I'm going to demo in this one is going to be Gmail because I wanted to be able to read my emails summarize my emails and write a draft reply to emails I'll show you actually the prompt I use so it doesn't try to send the emails without my permission if you go to this popular tab here you could see a huge list of them by the way I have Google Drive on mine installed I also have calendar installed I have a bunch of them installed here and there's some other ones a brand new one that just came out I want to show you towards the end of this video too now the way you bring in the plugins is you could do it from here you could just select it and bring it this way or you could just type in that mention sign and type in the plugin so in this case I want to bring the Gmail plugin and I'm going to ask you to write a short email check in for each of the accounts here using their first name here and I said save it as a draft don't send anything and ask for approval if approval is needed here and this is a spreadsheet that I have which is the contact list but it's also in that same folder so I'm gonna see if it's gonna be able to find it in that same folder here I'm gonna leave everything else the same okay and if I jump into my Gmail I have three drafts sitting here there to three different people addressed by their first name and the subject line and they're just ready to send directly from here for this next demo let's see if you could actually find us new customers new leads we could turn into customers and regular chat could do research to some extent this actually does it in a whole different way so I'm going to use this prompt find 10 independent coffee and bakeries in Chicago that could buy coffee from a local roaster put them in a spreadsheet with names neighborhood websites and a one line why each one is a good fit for me and it created this nice list for us here it added their website the neighborhood they're in why it's a good fit here I could even try to get it to crawl and find more information like their contact information I could then use the Gmail plugin to have a draft an email here to introduce myself to them or to try to set up some kind of meeting with them so this is a great way to generate leads here and then use the other part some of the other examples I showed you to turn that lead into a customer too next let me show you template creator so templates are one of my favorite parts of work you could take a document you already wrote it could be a proposal it could be a quote it could be a presentation and you could turn that into a template so you never have to explain that job or that task again so I have this proposal here and I also have this pricing sheet and if I tap in the mention sign and start typing in template there is something called Template Creator so if you choose this option you could say turn this proposal into a reusable template give it a name here and always use our pricing sheet to go along with that okay now that template has been created here you could always edit these templates too but let me start a new chat and I could bring in that template right here I just type in template you could see the new one wholesale template proposal and I could say this customer here wants 30 pounds of this roast so in about two minutes I got a new proposal here and it's for this new client here and he pulled in our pricing here and this is ready to download directly from here next I want to show you sites this is one of the best parts of work because you could actually build real websites and they will have a link and you could even give them a custom domain so they could have a very specific URL now if you type in the admention sign type in sites you could bring this in here now I'm gonna build a site that has the dashboard where I could share a link with my team but you could build public websites you could build your regular website like this and I told it all the different things that I do want to to be shown on that dashboard and you could see with sites it does create this public facing URL here this is what the dashboard looks like and if you press share here and chat you could also invite individual people to it this way now next I wanna show you spaces because if you start using work more and more you really need to use spaces to organize things a lot of times as you have more and more projects you still don't really have things self contained or organized on your computer for example so this is a really nice way to be able to organize things the way you could do that is if you select this new option right over here you could create spaces you could create folders you could create pages from here so this becomes your entire database for everything that you have in your account now you could also create spaces with a prompt inside of any previous chat that you've had so I could say create a space give it a name here and turn this conversation into a page with a short summary so all these could basically give you a lot of context all your chats could live in a notion style or Google Drive style space here inside of ChatGPT and this is the type of page that it created inside of the space that it created for me so you could see that's the space name here this is the page they're all really easily editable so if I wanna add images if I wanna visualize it here I could describe different things I want to add like graphs and things like that to it I could press the plus sign and insert different things like entire files here so the more you start using work and this new ChatGPT the more you're probably gonna start using spaces here now next I also wanna show you the mobile apps so if you have the ChatGPT mobile app on top you'll see chats which is what we've always had but now the work option is available and it could actually do the work for you so this is one of the newest update they've added where you could send out really any of the tasks that I showed you just from your phone and one of my favorite option is you have the new voice option too the updated voice that they recently updated so if you press that option right here on the bottom you could just describe to it with voice on the go what you want done inside of work and then you could come back to it on your computer later on for the next one I wanna show you schedule tasks so work could also do things that you ask it on a schedule rather than right now and you could always go to scheduled right here and you'll see anything that you've created as a schedule task but I usually like to not create them from here because then I have to type instructions I rather do that inside of chat in the work tab so I asked that every Friday to basically recap my Gmail here and send me a short summary so this becomes a scheduled task and then the short summary this could happen in chat but if you want it to be in different formats or if you want it to kind of create a website for you or anything like that this is where the work tab really takes shape once they get scheduled here you could open them from here you could see it writes the instructions for you here in full detail and you could also decide how often these repeat this is set to be every Friday but you could do this on interval or daily or weekly for example and you could pause it anytime from here now the next one I want to show you is brand new I actually use different apps to get this done but the meeting plugin will take notes from phone calls that you have right on your Mac this is only available on the desktop app on the Mac right now and I have it in my business plan and my Pro plan so if you jump into the plugins page right over here you could just search for meeting and this is just rolling out so if you don't see it you probably don't have it yet on your account so the way this is gonna work is you set up a meeting here so you could do this with Google Calendar okay so what you will see inside of your ChatGPT is it pulls in any meeting that you have on your calendar so I have a zoom meeting I could press join here and it will start taking notes it's actually taking notes right now so if I jump into my zoom anything that happens here as long as this is running ChatGPT in the background is going to be able to take notes from it so this is the result that you get you get the full transcript over here so everything I said was transcribed on that call and I had the call on zoom it's not like I had the meeting inside of ChatGPT ChatGPT was just running while I was talking and it was able to create this page for me so these are the things I talked about so that's the summary any future topic here it looks like it's still personalizing the transcript and everything is shareable from here or you could just copy and paste it and this gets saved to your spaces so this also creates these pages here that gets saved to spaces so they're really easy to go back to or use them as context in any upcoming chat that you want so that's your ultimate guide to ChatGPT work again make sure you grab that Gemini has finally added skills and if you've seen my Claude and Chat GPT videos skills are one of the best ways to get the most out of those apps and this is the one feature I actually use myself every single day. This is where you teach the AI how you wanna do something one time and then it does it every single time after that and Google was one of the big 3 that didn't have this option well they changed that today and skills are available right now inside of Gemini and inside of Gemini Spark too and if you don't know what that is I'll point that out too in this video and I'm gonna share a lot of practical skills in this video so I'm gonna actually build 10 of them in this video 10 of my all time favorites. I also have built this inside of Chat G P t and claw 2 and before we create our very first skill here I also want to share a free guide with you that I put together just for this video with my team and it has the 10 skills from this exact video you could copy and paste the prompt that I used to create this skill or the actual skills file too. You could actually download those but I also included 15 more skills for a total of 25 different all time favorite skills that I couldn't fit all in This one video and it includes other resources all about building skills so I'll put a link in the description to that guide so you could grab it for free so inside of the Gemini website here you have chat and then you have Spark Spark is basically an AI agent that goes and does things for you so if you use chat GPT that's chat GPT work for example Claude also has co work well spark is the Gemini version of that that could do different things for you but you'll find skills right over here and again skills works with spark and it also works inside of Gemini Chat you could also press settings right over here and skills could be accessed from there too. Now here it's gonna help you create skills couple different ways one is you could create with Gemini you could also create manually here so some of the examples that I'm gonna share in that document I mentioned actually has all these so you could copy and paste the title, the description and the instructions and then you could create it that way but manually it's way too hard to create it that way if you don't have a resource the other way to create it is you could also press the upload option and this lets you upload a file or a folder typically what skills are or a dot MD file that's gonna be the main instruction that you're gonna Give Gemini to follow but sometimes skill have other files too so that's why sometimes you may wanna include an entire folder if you find skills elsewhere. It's also gonna give you some recommendation of different skills you could build and then if you click create with Gemini this is basically gonna set up an interview format when you answer questions and it will help you create a skill based on what you wanna do I actually like to create a skill just from the new chat window right here and I could do that with a simple prompt that starts with create a skill and then I could tell it exactly what I want. So let's get into the very first demo right now. This skill is going to create a meeting recap so if you hold any kind of meeting and you take notes or transcript from that meeting, this is a good skill to build so whenever I give you a meeting note or a transcript turning to a recap that has three different sections and with these skills you could really dial in how you want that recap to look like so every single meeting has something that is very consistent across your work. Now once it finishes up it says the meeting recap skill is save and active here and then this shows you the instruction that skill has and all the different things I asked for over here. And this is a pretty simple One but a really handy one so now every single time I start a new chat I could type in the slash sign here and that's the new one I just created so I could pull in that skill into chat this way and then I also have to upload a file in this case it's a transcript from a meeting lots of different apps like granola that could do that and this is the transcript here it's a text file and as you could see I did not type in a prompt, I didn't give it any context, I don't have to explain what I was looking for that's the whole point of the skill so you could just bring the skill, give it the file and it will give you the output that you want every single time in the same way and one of my favorite parts with Gemini is when you press these three dots it could draft it directly in Gmail here or you could save it directly to your Google Docs from there. This next one is probably the most handy skill you can create and that's a skill to write like you to teach it your writing style so it can mimic it so the prompt says create a skill called write like me and then I told it I'm gonna give it three emails that I attached so it could copy my tone and how I structure my sentences and so forth Now the key with this is those 3 emails. The prompt is actually pretty simple but you wanna really take your time because the source you're giving it to train it on has to be what you want. Okay, right like me skill is completed here. Let's go ahead and start a new chat again. I'm gonna type in slash bring in that and this time I'm gonna say reply to this email and I'm gonna paste an email here and it's going to know how to reply to this email. The one key about write like me is this is for emails. You could actually make multiple skills like this for different things. So if you want one just for emails to clients, you could specifically make one just for that and based on my training data, the email is always going to be short, it's going to be pretty straightforward and direct and it doesn't sound AI at all. Now for this next example I'm gonna show you how to actually add a skill instead of creating one with chat because a lot of times you may find a skill that someone shared with you. The guide I mentioned in the beginning of the video has ton of skills you might wanna bring in and you might find some online too. So you can actually go over here. I'm just gonna go and extend this out and we're gonna go to the skill section and we're gonna go Ahead and upload a skill right here. So basically each skill at its core is a skill dot MD file. This is just a text file. It's a set of instructions here. He also has a name and a description of what that skill is. So this is one for the proposal writer that I'm gonna add right now. And then you typically can have other resources with the skill. So this one shows the pricing and the services for example as a CSV file and then I just have to select how many files I want to use in this case just these two here, drop it in this box and it fills the title, the description here and the instructions for that skill and I could create a skill from here. So if you do find things online, this is a much faster way to create skills here and any of these skills could be edited too. So you could edit with Gemini, you could edit manually to make it your own here and then you could always download and share and replace the skill from this page too. Now to demo this one I actually want to show you something new. I want to show you how to use two skills at once so if I type in slash here I'm going to bring in the proposal writer skill but I also wanted to write like me too so I could do this back to back like This now this prompt is going to ask for multiple different things here, but I could include it in the same prompt with these two different skills. So he gave me the proposal here in text format and he also gave me the email here to send to Rob. And then I followed that up with give this to me as a PDF here that I could download and it created a PDF right inside of chat. Skill No. 4 is to create a executive summary. So if you have a boss or if you're the boss this is the one that you'll probably use all the time. I get send long reports all the time and I typically use AI to summarize it. I typically don't read all the way through every type of report that I get. So this time we're gonna actually create something better than that which is gonna be a executive summary then just a long report that typically people are not gonna read anyway. So I'm gonna create a skill here called executive summary and I said whenever I upload a long document give me a one page summary with three different parts and these are the parts I care about here. So I'm gonna go ahead and create that skill. Okay, now what I'm gonna do is I have this 14 page PDF here I'm gonna upload that to chat and I'm gonna bring in this skill this executive summary skill and I Didn't include any additional prompt here and he gave me the recap and I typically like to save these on my Google Drive here so I exported to DOC. This is what it ends up looking like and I could easily edit it but I typically just like to have a folder for these type of things in my drive and by the way, you could do the exact same thing here inside of spark so if you switch over with this toggle to spark instead of chat you could basically do the exact same thing and these could create different types of things for you so in this case I wanted a PDF format and this gives you nicely formatted pdfs like this too so use spark if you want your output to be something that it creates. Now this next one data snapshot does the same type of thing but it's when you upload a spreadsheet or any kind of data file so this will tell you in plain English what that document is all about so I'm going to go ahead and create that skill with this and with the Excel file uploaded with that skill pulled in it created a really nice and easy to read summary here and he also created a chart that shows us the data in a different way, in a visual way. This next Gemini skill will create a weekly status update so I'm just gonna upload some notes that I took Throughout the week on things that I got done and it will create something for my manager here okay now I'm gonna pull in that skill here and I just have some rough notes from the week I'll send this out and the nice thing about this skill is it will create it in this format every single time so every time I come here I could copy and paste it, send it via email or on Slack and it will look like this every single week and keep things consistent. Now this next one prep my meeting is gonna prepare you for your upcoming meeting so it says before a meeting when I give you a background file write a one page brief with context this is also great to share with other people that are gonna be in the meeting and for this one I usually have just a couple of files handy so one is going to be kind of the client brief here who they are, their contact information, what they want, what the proposal is and this one is just a email thread so you can copy and paste your email threads into a nice organized text DOC like this and you just upload those two onto chat. Now the one pager is gonna give the context what we want out of the meeting what to watch out for and who's attending the meeting now with these type of inputs the reason why I get It in text format like this is because I usually click draft to Gmail directly from here or save it from DOC but again using spark will give you pdfs and things like that that's not going to be a consistent thing out of regular chat in Gemini so I usually use spark for that type of output for No. 8 we're going to create a brainstorming skill and I also want to show you how to edit and skill after you create it so I said whenever I ask for ideas give me exactly five bullet point list each one needs a quick pros and cons and put a one line recommendation on top so now if I ask for fall promotion ideas here it's gonna always give it to me in that format recommendation on top the 5 here with the pros and cons listed but let's say I don't have enough examples here I actually want 10 so I could ask for more here but with skills you want to actually update this skill so the next time you use it it will just give you 10 you don't have to do a follow up so I'm gonna go back to settings over here and I'm gonna go to skills and the easiest way to edit a skill from this page is edit with Gemini instead of edit manually so I'm just gonna add I want 10 ideas instead of five and if your skill is simple You could just edit it manually so I could change it to 10 ideas here and I could just copy and paste the other idea formats in the way I want here. So sometimes it's easier for simpler skills but the Gemini chat is also another way to do it. The next one is an SOP writer. So if you have to make SOP's, you know they're really handy but they're kind of annoying to create well this one will create a repeatable SOP for you. So I just said when I describe how I do a task, even if it's messy, turn it into a step by step process. That's what SOS are and then it's gonna number the steps, it's gonna say who each one is assigned to and if they have to use a specific tool to get that job done. By the way, if you create a lot of skills you could just type in the skills name, how it starts and it will find that skill for you so it has a search option and for this one I'm just gonna explain how I do a process so what happens when a client signs up? Do they get a welcome email and then what happens after that? And it titled it here nicely, it formatted it into sections here with bullet points so much better formatting than my messy notes and this one is to repurpose content whenever I upload a piece of content turn It into the following and I just told it what I'm looking for and for this one I have a word DOC and I'm gonna use repurpose and write like me skills I'm gonna combine those two and here we got our LinkedIn post our X post and our newsletter blurb so if you're just starting with skills especially in Gemini I would use a combination of those 10. I wouldn't build a ton of skills by the way I would only build skills for things you're gonna do every single week for everything else you could just do normal prompting and I also have 15 extra skills plus this 10 for a total of 25 in that guide that I mentioned so if you want to build them that's a really easy way to build them you could just copy and paste the prompts I have there or download the skill file again that's LinkedIn the description. ChatGPT just released dots and I think this might be the biggest update since the release of ChatGPT. Basically when we first got ChatGPT, that was to get answers, right? You talk to AI, ChatGPT answered you in text format. Couple years later we got ChatGPT Codex, we got ChatGPT work and we started getting real work done with AI. So you give it a task and it came back with finished reports, spreadsheets and complete apps. Well, now there is dots. A dot is an always on AI agent that lives inside of ChatGPT and it has its own computer. It understands what matters to you and it takes initiative and it keeps working on your behalf even when you're not in chat. So it's not about giving it a prompt and getting a response. What you do is you could give it a responsibility and it figures out what needs to do next to get that done. I was part of a group that had early access so I've been testing it and I think this is the biggest change since the release of ChatGPT. So in this video I wanna show you how it works. I wanna show you kind of the three step process that I went through when I was testing it. I wanna show you how to set up your own dots and give it a real goal. And I wanna show you how it takes initiative, meaning it messages you. You don't message It so it's a whole different type of AI than what you're used to so far and since I had early access my team and I actually put together a free guide just for this videos and this guide has different examples with your dot so you could actually start using it right now and he has starter prompts that set off that responsibility for it and this is a completely free guide you could access I'll put a link in the description and I'll put a QR code on the screen as well and by the way dots are rolling out today but gradually they're gonna go to the pro plans first and they're gonna start with the higher tier so you have to pay the 200 dollar month plan and they also have a new 500 dollar plan too and it's also available in the Business Premium seats and enterprise if your enterprise has this turned on and a couple of other things they mentioned on their website this is powered by the new ChatGPT 6 Astra so it's going to have the most powerful AI model available to it right now and if you haven't used plugins before basically ChatGPT lets you connect to 4,000 different apps and they learn from your feedback over time so this is an agent that improves over time and they will work towards a goal 24 7 they basically have their own computer right so you don't have to have your Computer running for them to be able to work. Now right now you have one primary dot in your ChatGPT account but the way they envision it is they want dots to work together on your behalf so having different dots kind of going off there as different agents with different tasks and different responsibilities and getting worked out for you. And I'll also link this below so if you want to read more about the safeguards that set up for this access and permissions they set up for this and the review and approval process I'll link it below but I want to really dive in to my Chat GPT account so I could show you this in action. Okay, so inside of the new Chat GPT app you'll see a new section on their new chat is called your dot and then when you name your dot it actually changes the name over here. Now I'm blurring a lot of this out just because this is actually using the context from my own emails and Slack channels and Google Drive. It has access to ton of different things but it's really up to you how much access you want to give it. I'll explain that in a second and I'm going to reset mine here. The other thing I wanted to show you is couple of new things you'll notice inside of the new ChatGPT app. For example there's a whole section called spaces here I'll make a dedicated Video but it's a different way you could organize your files almost like your Google Drive but inside of your ChatGPT account and in their demo right now today was Dev Day open AI show ton of different examples of things that are coming to the app but I wanna make this video more focused on dots so what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna go over here and I'm gonna go ahead and reset this so I could show you just from scratch now the first thing typically it's going to ask you to do is you need to give it access to stuff to make it useful so the more context it has as much as you're comfortable with the more it's going to be able to pull into chat the more retroactive is going to be able to message you about different things it finds so so far when I was using it it read my emails it actually read attachments in my emails like contracts it found issues in those contracts and it told me things that I need to point out it actually found things on my calendar it was able to find me flights it was able to pull in things from my Google Drive that I needed an update so all those were already connected so if you have plugins connected in your ChatGPT account already it won't be able to pull that in so you can see it looks like a text message Thread here and the first thing it's gonna ask you is it's going to ask for a name and you could give it a name now a couple of other things you'll notice here is you could actually start a message at any time with this little icon now this follows you around on different parts of the web too so it's not just in the ChatGPT account so if I go on a website for example you'll see it over here and then you'll see this other icon this basically starts a voice conversation so you could send it a voice command here and you could do this on the phone too now while I was testing it out it does couple of different things one is if I don't say anything to it it will say something to me so it will go through different things that it has access to and it will find different things you could help me with now let me show you how you do that so over here you could give it access to your computer so you could allow access but by default it does have its own computer but if you wanted to take actions on apps on your computer you could give it access there too so I'm actually gonna I love it access that way you could look inside of folders and things like that and if you go to the plugins tab right over here these are All the different plugins that ChatGPT has access to and therefore dot could have access to so I give it access to ton of different things here on mine but again this is based on what you're comfortable with. Now let me ask it a question here. I'm gonna ask it what you could help me with that chat G P t work or Codex can't do. So right now this may get a little bit confusing but hopefully I could clarify this. You could chat with ChatGPT that's your regular ChatGPT where you get an answer right? That's good for a lot of different things and then you jump into ChatGPT work where you want it to create things for you like a presentation or a spreadsheet and then Codex is for typically building different things so it could be video animation or entire websites or platforms or apps dots is different than all of that so let me see what kind of answer he gives me here and this is what he told me there is a lot of overlap my main value is keeping track of things I'm following through without you having to restart a ask each time and it's also pulling some personal things here from memory so it does have access to your chat GPT memory too so it's pulling some things from that and it says I wouldn't claim those things are impossible the difference is having one ongoing assistant across work and Everyday life with access and approval control he also decided to create a personal scratch pad on its own to keep track of some things that I have going on and it says this is a place for project and decision you want to move forward with so it could keep notes to itself this way and this is something by the way that's gonna show up in spaces more and more so these are interesting but let me actually show you a demo here I wanna give it a goal or a responsibility and then have it go to work so I could show you some of the things that it does in the background here and I wanna actually do this with kind of a fake company otherwise it pulls in too much of my personal information this was actually really hard to demo so right now I'm gonna give it a goal to do a launch for a product so this is kind of a fake product I made for this demo and I'm gonna give it a folder worth of documents here so it has access to everything now you could have this in your Google Drive and it has the connector or the plug in that it goes and grabs those things you can't always just grab and drop it like this as you would inside of ChatGPT or ChatGPT work too so kind of works the same way there now one thing that hopefully they Improve on is right now it's actually working it did message me but it's not showing anything like thinking or working or anything like that so sometimes I was a little confused if it was doing something but it is actually doing something and it's working all the time it's actually on 24 7 if you don't want it to be on they do give you an option here you could pause it at any time here and you could also reset it so it becomes a new dot. Now if I go back to my prompt by the way I ask for 3 custom rules draft anything but never send or post anything never change the price and anything that could move the launch date comes to me first and he went through and he set up those rules he asked for my okay here and he already found some issues here like a pricing mismatch between a couple of the different documents he asked me a follow up question and now I'm gonna actually not say anything and let it go to work because I wanna show you the best part of this so far from my testing which is when it takes initiative and it lets you know what needs to be done okay so about 10 minutes passed and it actually found something here that it could help me with it says I'm also rewriting the three social poster after that he found some issues with Those and I'm also reviewing and rewriting your email reflecting this new update and here is the word DOC that we wrote here with those changes. Now while it's working on this task which it will keep working on and it will keep messaging you over the weekend for example it messaged me a handful of times every single day and at the end of it it asked if it wants me to get less messages and it could prioritize only the most critical and then give me a summary of the rest. I did reset it for this demo though so you can give it multiple responsibility as long as right now we have this one dot that could do multiple different things so let me give it one other one this is the prompt I'm actually gonna use this one so this will always have my next piece of content ready before I finish the one I'm working on and this is from that dots resource by the way so if you want these prompts or these use cases they're linked below and I'm going to ask you to go check my Google Drive here for those scripts and you could also combine these type of prompts with ChatGPT skills so plug in skills and dots that's how you really get most of these type of workflows. Now he found my 5 scripts here that I just mentioned he also found something about the video I'm recording right now So he did give me a note and a link for that and it looks like it's working still. So he did find some news here, some meta announcement about metaverse, which is very similar to this dot option that I'm recording right now. But it's from meta and this will keep working. But the one thing I did notice is I thought over the weekend especially, it was sending me too many messages. It was finding too many things to do. So you can actually guide it and tell it, hey, just give me a recap once a day unless it's urgent. Now I'm hoping soon they'll release this to more plans so more people could use it that don't have the Pro plan or higher. But this is really the promise of AI. This is when you have a real assistant that is proactive, that is doing things for you, that takes a responsibility and runs with it and then just tells you what he's doing throughout the day and throughout the week. And I'm working on more in depth videos here on the day of the release. I wanted to introduce you to it to show you a little bit of hands on on what he's capable of. ChatGPT is a completely different app than it was just six months ago and most people are still using it like it's 2023 just like an AI chatbot and right now is one of the two most powerful AI tools available alongside another tool called Claude which I've covered ton of times on this channel and the three things that changed the most recently with ChatGPT not many people are using yet the first thing is we are now at ChatGPT 6 there is a brand new model that powers ChatGPT called ChatGPT Astra and he's one of the smartest AI models ever created the other upgrade that completely changed ChatGPT is ChatGPT work this is where an AI agent goes and does the work for you so you just give it a prompt and it gives you a finished result like an entire report entire presentation sometimes an entire folder of different things that you may ask for and we also recently got ChatGPT skills that's when you teach ChatGPT how you do a task one time and then it does it exactly the same way that you taught it every single time and you don't have to repeat yourself and your team could use this too so in this one video I'm going to walk you through this entire ChatGPT app and the way you're going to use it today not the way you would have used it six months ago or a year ago and I wanna start with the free plan and then I'm gonna switch over to a paid plan to show you some things that are not included with the free plan I highly recommend that you stick around for that section even if you have a free plan because the paid plan that starts at $20 a month it unlocks a lot of different things so even if you're a complete beginner this is gonna be useful but hopefully for people that have been using ChatGPT I'm gonna give you some refreshers and then we're gonna show you some new things and before we get into it my team and I put together a free guide that goes perfectly with this video it's called ChatGPT at Work Bundle it's actually five different resources that we put in one bundle so you get an ebook that has 100 prompts you could use today and we also have a checklist to show you how to actually clean up AI created content before you send it to anyone so it doesn't look like AI wrote it and there's other templates and guidelines that I think you'll find really beneficial if you're trying to master ChatGPT this resource this whole bundle is completely free I'll put a link in the description so you could grab it okay let's start with the setup and I wanna first point out something that could be pretty confusing especially to beginners but even people that use ChatGPT all the time so when you jump into ChatGPT if you are using a free account here you'll only see this little option here where if you click it it uses something called think so what does this mean well there's two different types of ways ChatGPT works one is just a standard way and one is basically a thinking mode it goes and thinks it may take a little bit longer to answer you but it almost always gives you a better answer but that's pretty much it for the free plan but there's something called a model picker where you decide what model of ChatGPT you want to use you won't see that in the free plan so just for this example let me jump into the paid plan to explain that and then we'll come back here to the free plan now I jumped into a paid plan inside of ChatGPT and instead of having that think icon right here you instead get this slider right here so the way this works is ChatGPT has a bunch of different models available so this is kind of the standard one that you get but as you go higher here it says medium high extra high and then this is the Pro ChatGPT 6 version of it here so these are the thinking efforts but even if you click over here on top of that you could actually change the AI model that is available now as you get to even higher plans than what I'm showing you here I'm using the business plan here it lets you really choose which model you want to use but they've really really simplified this process for simple things you use this and as your task gets more complicated you go this way and for the hardest tasks you're gonna Wanna go all the way here to this pro version which is gonna use it's called ChatGPT Astra now why wouldn't you just use this one all the time for everything one is slower 2 it will use up your credit so even if you have a paid plan you might hit a limit if you use ChatGPT all the time okay so that's the very first thing just to show you the big difference between the free plan and the paid plan here and the models and the thinking efforts the second thing I want to show you is here back on my free account if you click your profile and go to personalizations there's a couple of things I want to show you that are very important so the first one on their personalization here is if you scroll down you want this to be turned to blue so you want the enable memory option turned on now this is when ChatGPT gets a whole lot better because it's going to remember things across different chats inside of ChatGPT and the second thing I want to show you is if you scroll all the way up here there's this setting right here called Custom Instructions this is where you tell ChatGPT what you wanted to do and this will do it at the account level inside of every chat you could also do this there's something called projects here where you could have set up different things that you talk about to follow a set of instructions but this one's important to set up because everything in your account will follow set of custom instructions now in my account I've actually added a ton of different things but you could start really simple so this one is a useful one use simple and clear language avoid complex vocabulary and write in a conversational tone I also like this one keep your answer short and to the point don't include anything that I don't need you could also have a back and forth conversation with ChatGPT and tell it you want custom instructions for that account and then have it interview you and then after a handful of questions it will give you text you could literally copy and paste and in our resource we also have more guides on this too and since I mentioned memory I should mention this tab right here so if you click on this this turns on something called temporary chat so these are things that you don't want to be added to your account it won't save it to history it won't alter its memory in any way when you use this but one of the most useful parts of this is this option here so you could actually still use this which is kind of an incognito mode chat but it still can be personalized or you could just unpersonalize it if you don't want it but either way it won't save it to your account okay now let's talk about projects because this is honestly the feature that I would have wanted when I first started using Chat GPT this came out a little bit later and projects the way they work is they're basically folders inside of ChatGPT where you could put in files you could put in custom instructions just for that project and every chat inside of that project or folder will already have access to all those things and keep things nice and organized inside of your ChatGPT account that is definitely how I recommend everyone to use ChatGPT is by creating projects and going back to those projects about specific things they work on so let's go to the left panel here there's a lot of different things here we're gonna go through a lot of them in this video but project is what I wanted to show you so over here if you press the plus sign this will have you first name the project you could also pick a little icon for your project here and then you could decide how a project retains memory so by default this project can access things outside of this project so your whole ChatGPT account most of the times this is actually useful but sometimes you may want to contain that project so the memory is just that project's memory and not your whole ChatGPT account and then create that okay and then inside of this project if you go to project settings here so projects have a set of different things you could change so memory we looked at but we also have a set of instructions we could add it and then we could also give it access to a library of different files and those will be things from this sources tab down here so I'm gonna add a couple of different things here now this talks about our service the pricing it has a proposal and it also has a brand voice which you could have a back and forth interview with ChatGPT to help you create these type of brand voice documents I'll just show you one as an example so this brand voice talks about your tone how you like to talk things that we always do and things that we never do so this is what I came up with for this fictional company and I uploaded this this is something you could add to that custom instruction section too instead of doing it this way but these days it knows how to go and find that file when it needs it inside of a project so I'm going to ask it to write a proposal here and everything else it should know from the sources so this could be my project every time I wanna do something with green line and proposal creation and you could create bunch of different projects this is my free account but on my paid account I have bunch more projects there and just like that is created a proposal now this is again is telling you to upgrade to the business account so if you do these type of things the business account which I will show you with some examples coming up makes a lot more sense it has a lot more capabilities with ChatGPT work which the free account does not have access to right now but this gave us what we wanted it matched the tone it has our brand voice it also knew the pricing without it being included in the prompt next I'm gonna jump into my business account to show you what I think is the biggest change to ChatGPT in 2026 and this is the one I've been using a lot more this is the one I'm the most excited about this is called work here you'll see a tab on top so chat is when you could do the things I've shown you so far you could do research you could create images you could do a lot of different things inside of chat work is when you actually get things from ChatGPT and this goes and does the actual work for you and gives you a finished product at the end and by the way ChatGPT does have a desktop app so if you download the app this becomes even more powerful because it could actually access folders on your computer instead of you having to upload all kinds of different documents to ChatGPT so let me show you how I like to use ChatGPT works so again what I do is I always start with a project here and I create a new project so I'm gonna create that project from here so same as before but now we're gonna do this inside of work now with that project you could add files from here or you could just press the plus sign and upload files from here now for this example I have a folder of customer feedbacks actually different emails that I've copied into text files and some online reviews and some phone calls that were transcribed with AI so I'm gonna give all those inside of this chat as the context for the chat and I'm gonna ask you to read all the feedbacks find the top three themes customers keep bringing up and give me a one page war DOC with a summary and a simple chart showing how often each theme comes up now remember in the beginning of this video we talked about models sometimes when I do analysis like this I do like to bump up the model again you have the same slider here but this time you could see you could change the model here instead of work so let me leave it to high but we're gonna go ahead and choose Astra so you could see different models now came up so it goes Luna then Terra is better then Solly is better and then Astra is the best one but you can also change the reasoning within each one of those two and this is why works gets a lot more powerful you have a lot more manual control than you did from what I'm showing you so far and here's the results so it took a minute and a half again that really depends on the level of thinking you set it to if I set it to extra high or max it would have taken even longer but this wasn't complicated enough of a project for me to do that but this gave me exactly what I asked for now for the next example I want to show you the power of Astra when it comes to analyzing different things cause I found a really obvious and big improvement from the previous models here with ChatGPT 6 now when I'm not creating and I'm just analyzing here I'm gonna go back inside of chat and hopefully at some point they combine these two so you don't have to make the decision Claude the competitor to ChatGPT has actually just now announced they're going to merge the two and it will decide for you so you don't have to jump between the two so this time I uploaded Excel sheet here and I said use this data here and then tell me which one is shrinking and if there is a seasonal pattern that I could plan around and then I asked it to make me a clean chart if I asked it to make me the entire slideshow or the Excel document or the word DOC I will probably use word but for these kind of things chat is fine and by the way for this one I did use the maximum effort here just to show you how long something like that takes so in this case it took almost six minutes but it will give me the best possible answer I could get out of AI today or at least out of ChatGPT but he did give me the full answer I was looking for and then he also created that slide now this is one of the newer option inside of ChatGPT in the paid accounts and it's called ChatGPT Skills and I want to show you how to create it because it will literally change how you use ChatGPT you will still on the left side see something called GPT's so this came out back in 2023 and what these GPT's allowed you to do is they let you create a little mini version of Chat GPT to do repeatable things for a very specific project or task well I no longer use GPT's at all and I don't think you should use them either because I think chat GPT skills has replaced what GPT's were meant to do so if I go to this plugin section right over here you'll see plugins and you'll see skills I'm gonna talk about skills for this section but I'll mention what plugins are plugins allow you to connect to apps you already use so you could bring in the context and information from those apps into your chat so I've been uploading files for example I have to copy and paste emails for example well you could connect to Gmail or you could connect to your Google Drive or to notion or to Slack and bring all those context and information into every single chat and into projects inside of ChatGPT so plugins are definitely useful you can see I have a whole lot of different plugins available and installed on my account and this is what skills are you teach ChatGPT one time with your own instructions with your own examples and from then it knows how to do that task the same way every single time so you could share it with your team so everyone gets the same result this is perfect for presentations and proposals and things like that now remember earlier in the project section we made a proposal and it was okay had all the information but now every time I have to re explain myself even though that project has the context the prompt has to tell it how it should be every proposals not gonna look the same as the last one it's always gonna be a little bit different right so we're gonna need a skill so you could repeat it the same way when you press the plus sign you could create skills with a back and forth chat you could use the editor here or you could upload skills skills are technically a file called a dot MD file at least a good portion of skills are and you could upload those dot MD files onto your ChatGPT account the other way to make skills is you could also go to the new chat window here and you could just tell it that you want to make a skill and it will be able to do that right over here and it looks something like this I just ask it to create a skill so it will then go call the skill creator to do that and then I told her what I wanted to do this is to create that proposal here and I uploaded the three files that it needed and it did create that skill and typically this is what the skill looks like so it has multiple different files but the main one is called skill dot MD and it has a description here set of instructions on exactly what ends up happening again a repeatable task that you want to do more than one time and now with that skill we still want to follow with our format of going to that project so everything keeps nice and organized in that project but now we could use that skill here and then create a proposal every single time with a new chat and that skill okay now to use that skill all you have to say is use the Green Line proposal skill and then tell it what you want here and if I send this out inside of this project and inside of any chat in ChatGPT it will be able to pull that skill and then with that format it's going to create this type of word DOC every single time in this format with all the right information and with my tone of voice now this one really sets ChatGPT apart from the competitors so the closest competitor to ChatGPT right now is Claude but Claude is missing one huge thing which is a model that could generate images inside of your chat well we have that option right here this option creates images will create images from a text prompt and it's the very best image model in fact it just got a huge upgrade just a couple of weeks ago and I'm gonna do this inside of the same project but I'm gonna actually upload a sketch that I have and it's a simple sketch this is optional but I wanna show you how it incorporates things that you upload to it along with the text prompt although the text prompt usually does a pretty good job by itself and here's the image it created and it followed the mockup exactly the right way the other thing you could do is you could upload the image you want here instead of generating the image and it will create the rest of the flyer and use your actual image and the best part is this also replaces tools like Photoshop to some extent right now I could make edits to it with text for example let's say I wanna change the price I'm gonna say change the price to 2:49 and here we got the new price but let me scroll up it kept everything else exactly the same this was the most frustrating part when you use image generators with any AI tools it actually created a brand new flyer it didn't really look exactly the same way as the last one that but this just did the edit for me now using ChatGPT for search is great it has search by default and it will go just give you the answer pretty quickly but they also have another mode here besides web search which is deep research now this works entirely different than search not only will it go through hundreds of website not just a handful it will also spend maybe 10 sometimes even up to 20 minutes doing really in depth research and give you something that is far more comprehensive than anything else you could get out of AI and here's the result of that research here I'll just kind of scroll quickly through it but I do this all the time for just about anything I'm trying to research along with my normal search but typically this is far more comprehensive and I could have a back and forth chat with it and a lot of times it will show all the sources here on the right side so I might jump in individual sources but as you can see you went through quite a bit of sources to give me this and it only took seven minutes here and on top of that it could also analyze things inside of your own Google Drive for example if you use that plug in and connector to give it access so it could combine a lot of different things that way and I also want to show you a handful of really useful things inside of ChatGPT one is if you press the three dots in any chat you could branch the chat so if you decide to take the conversation different way but you also want to continue the thread that you're having well it branches the chat basically it creates a new chat for you to continue the conversation without losing your prior thread the other one is if you type in slash inside of any new chat here it pulls in pretty much all kinds of different settings here so you could change the model directly from here if you wanted to do it that way you could move things from chat to project you could change your personalization here your intelligence you could turn on temporary chat and you also have voice mode so this lets you start a live conversation this is really handy inside of the mobile app voice mode is one of my all time favorite things inside of ChatGPT so you could talk to ChatGPT on the go in some of the paid plans you also have something called ChatGPT sites so with ChatGPT sites you could type in a prompt here and I'll show you an example of what I have and it creates a sharable website so here's an example of a website I created here and look how cool and interactive this website is here just jump in between different eras of AI and these you could publish so if you press share this can create a link on the web here and when people go to that link it's an actual website here on the web so anyone could use it they're mobile friendly and I'm gonna cover sites in a different video in more detail but there is a lot you could do with this option now you also have this agents page and what agents are able to do is they could basically connect to different things you already use so for example this one could connect to your Google Calendar and your Gmail and things like that and then it could do things for you like in this case it could prepare a brief for anything you have coming up that could be things on your calendar or your inbox and create a friendly to do list here's one for marketing for example so this works across all kinds of different apps like Canva for example Adobe Microsoft Teams here and these are the capability this one has and these are just templates you could also create your own agents here by just having a back and forth chat some of my favorites are a daily focus planner so it goes through everything I have going on and basically creates a to do list for my day to keep me focused now this one I created a dedicated video for it so I'll include that video over here make sure you also check out that resource I mentioned for this video that was that chat GPT bundle so you could take a lot of resources ChatGPT Astra or ChatGPT 6 came out a few days ago and I've been testing it non stop. So I have ton of different examples to show you in this video. I also had chat GPT put together this presentation with the new model to show you everything that is new with this model, including things it could do inside of chat GPT work for example. And I actually stopped making model release videos because I felt like every new model just was incrementally better. But having used ChatGPT 6 extensively now for a few days, I could tell you it's actually a massive upgrade. One of the biggest upgrades I've seen in AI in a long time. So what exactly is new with ChatGPT 6? Well, it's actually really good at keeping longer projects in memory inside of any given chat. And that's kind of related a little bit to its context window. So it has a 1 million token context window, which is good, but that is not really changed from the soul model that we just had. But it's a lot better at retrieving information in that context window. So if you could see right here, it's went from 73% from a previous model to 96%. So that is something that is very tangible. And you're gonna see that when you use it. Next is when it comes to using the browser or Chrome or different web apps. It was extremely slow for a long time. I Always covered it in videos and I thought it was a little bit of a gimmick. This is really the first model that's good at computer use and using the Chrome browser. So you'll see that the way it opens up Windows. This came out a long time ago. They had that kind of agent that was browser based, but it just didn't work well. This is clearly something that they've been working on. Some of the mind blowing examples, and I'll show you a few I found online here is the ability to use apps. So you could use apps like blender. Blender creates 3D objects. I've actually made tutorials for YouTube about blender. It's very difficult app to figure out. Well this just goes as and uses it. You don't have to learn blender. And it could create all kinds of realistic scenes and 3D objects. And Unreal Engine. That's like a world builder. A lot of video games are based on Unreal Engine. It could also use that and other apps too. There was a bunch of different benchmarks. Obviously very clear improvement versus the previous model, but when they compared it against fable, especially the new fable 5.1 model, it still beat it in just about every category, including coding. The way it works is also different inside of ChatGPT, so you could correct it in the middle of a task. And it won't abandon and start over again. So it'll kind of build on what It's already done on the finished work. If you're going to use it for coding, it's going to be very expensive. Right now, Astra is $10 per million input and $50 per million output token. But anytime you use the very best model, typically those are in line with those prices. But you can see the sole price, which is also a really good model, is a 4 and 20 versus 10 and 50. As I'm recording this, this has rolled out to pretty much all plus Pro, business, and enterprise plans. It's not available in the free plan right now, and it's going to be available inside of ChatGPT work and inside of Codex as well. And by the way, this was created with one prompt inside of ChatGPT work. And it created this 10 slide presentation, and I didn't change any other slides. I actually thought it did a really good job. Up to this point, every time I've made a video about a new model release, I've used CLAW design, or just claw, to create the presentation. And I always thought it'd be ChatGPT. Today, it did not be ChatGPT, and I ended up using the presentation directly from ChatGPT. And by the way, if you're like me, you probably jump between ChatGPT and Claude, sometimes Gemini. So I have a resource that I put together with my team right here that compares all the models. We just updated this for the new ChatGPT 6 Astra here. And it has the fable model too! And what's useful about this is this tells you which one to use and when to use it. Because even though I'm about to show you some examples with this ChatGPT 6 where it's gonna seem like the clear winner, there's plenty of cases where Claude and Gemini are still more useful. So this one breaks down every different AI chatbot in detail here and tells you where they excel. It gives you a ton of different prompts that you could copy and paste that are specifically designed for different models. And he specifically points out different areas where one model outshines the other models and why you may want to use it. And as I mentioned, this just went through an update with the new model, I'll put a link in the description where you could access it for free. let me show you some examples of some of the test I ran this through. And I want to show you a couple of different examples online. Especially when it comes to how he uses blender and other open source apps like that. But I said create a pixel perfect version of Ultima 7. Ultima 7 was an MS DOS game way back in the 80s. One of the very first games I ever played. And let me know in the comment section if you've ever played Ultima 7! And for the model? So I ended up using Astra, so GPT6 Astra is called and then for the reasoning. This depends on what subscription you have, but for almost every example I'm about to show you I use Max and there's one more called Ultra that I did not use. Max is extremely slow. Some of these took over an hour. But extra high high are pretty much for every task. I would leave it kind of on high or even medium. But they have a light version too, so the reasoning does make a difference. And it does have a speed adjuster too, so this will use up more credit. I did start making this video with the business plan. Ran out very quickly after a few examples because I use pretty elaborate examples. And then I jumped to my Pro account and I did not run out inside of my Pro account. Okay haha. This is the first draft of this Ultima 7 game I got and it published it on a dot site. So ChatGPT has something called ChatGPT sites. It publishes things. It's not pixel perfect. Ultima definitely doesn't look like this, but in some ways this actually looks better and it's a lot more smoother then the version that I've played recently. There is a version you could play like an MS DOS simulator right now, but it works the same. I walk up to someone, I press E. I could talk to them, I could ask them question. It sets up a task for Me here or a quest for me here. And, um, yeah, it's really, really smooth. I actually played this for a little bit. And he even knew the logic. I mean, he even knew the characters names based on that game is super, super cool. Then I try to create this Van Gogh painting as an SVG here where. Where the parts are moving and you could see there's subtle movement here. And then I asked it to speed it up, and this is the result I got. This is actually a downloadable graphics file. SVG file right inside of chat here. This was pretty impressive for this one. I just asked it to make it 3D version of our solar system here. And I mean, look how incredible this graphic is. It just looks amazing. This. This is again a ChatGPT site here. Just get around and it has a bunch of different settings here. I could just go to the orbit of each planet here. I could zoom around. It has these filters here to jump between different planets. And I could also speed up time here if I wanted to. Yeah, this is super cool looking. In a different prompt, I asked it to make just a 3D Earth here where I could zoom in to the different parts. And let me just show you how cool this is. Look how far this could zoom in. I mean, this looks like Google Earth here that I recreated. And let me just zoom into part of the city. I mean, look how well that zooms in. I mean, it's a little bit glitchy here, just because, again, I'm just using this on the dot site, and I didn't do any type of follow UPS. It also lets you go all the way to the moon. Oh, let me see if I could find earth from here. Oh, there it is. Now, this prompt, I asked it to recreate the 1996 version of the Space Jam website, and it's done a really good job doing that here, where I could jump into the different pages, and it kept that nostalgic feeling. I've done this before in previous testing. I've done this with a claudopus testing, older ChatGPT testing, and it was actually never had this, like, 1996 feeling to it. It just kind of was more modern. But this kept that original look. And then I asked you to then, in that same prompt, make a new version, what the updated version looks like. And this is the updated version here. And then it created a tab here where I could kind of compare the two side by side. And again, this is the best result I got. So if you're making any kind of website, ChatGPT with the new model, with ChatGPT sites might be the way to go. Now, let me show you this prompt here to create the classic power of 10 film. That's where you Could zoom into an object here. And I had a pretty in depth prompt, and it took 35 minutes with the max effort. Let me show you this one. Okay, here is the opening screen. Basically, the way this works is you could zoom in and you could zoom out. So first let me kind of zoom in, just to show you. You kind of zoom into. So someone's cells and molecules here. And let's see how far we could go. That's pretty cool. And you could see this slider here. That's cool. Let me zoom all the way back out. Back to the picnic. And then let's go all the way out now. Solar system. Let's see if we get all the way out to the galaxy. Okay. And then out to the universe. This is super smooth, by the way. I'm just rolling with my mouse here. Yeah, there was that little thing with the hand that clearly changed to a different image, but this is by far the best result. But you can see that little glitch by the way, that I had in couple of other apps that I built. But overall, really impressive. This kind of interactive city game that I've tested out in different models, too, turned out incredible. I haven't seen anything that looks nearly as good and as complete. A lot of times, the cars would just kind of fly off the road or go nowhere. They actually turn where they're supposed To. And let me just fast forward. I want to show you when it turns. Tonight. I actually tested out a bunch of different like building a home here and the way it updated in real time. I mean, the night view look at the cars light showing is so detailed. And I had this running for quite a while. And the logic of the game worked pretty well too. I also tested this inside of ChatGPT Codex. Here. So I asked it to create a pixel perfect version of doom. And uh. I mean, it looks pretty good. It's definitely not pixel perfect, but I'm not sure if some of that has to do with any type of copyright. But it's kind of the same logic as doom, and it works the same way. It's been a long time since I played this game, but yeah, works pretty good. Now let me show you a couple of examples. This could use blender, so it was able to take a Zillow listing here and create this 3D graphic. That's what. Or this 3D movie. That's what blender can do. But it's extremely difficult to use blender and figure it out. Even to build like a simple box is not that easy. And this did everything. It did the modeling, it did the texturing, it's doing the animation. Here. And if you want to see any of these posts here, you could go to these profiles. So you could kind of See more about the context of how they put this together. And a lot of people have tested this out where they take a photo of a house and then turn it into a model. Here's another example where they took a drawing, old drawing here, and then use blender and chat GPT6, and then got this. This one's really incredible. Five hours with GPT Astra, and you got yourself a super detailed forest here. Look at this one. This is a V8 engine. Look at the details and the interactivity this has. This one's really cool. Let me just show you this in full screen here. This is. Looks like a website with an interactive game boy in the middle of it. And this person spent a lot more time over six hours to create a first person shooter and got something pretty impressive here relative to my doom game. And I could go on. There's so many impressive examples. I think if you test this for yourself, you are maybe for the first time, see a clear leap from the previous model that we're using. And I'm also working on comparing this with the fable model. Fable model also very impressive, especially the new 5.1 model. Also, ChatGPT has something called ChatGPT skills. And a lot of people I talk to don't know that ChatGPT has that. They know about it inside a Claude. But ChatGPT skills are super powerful, and I covered them in a video. Right? Over here. ChatGPT recently got one of the biggest upgrades it's had in a long time and for some reason it is very hard to find. Let me show you what this update is. So if you go to ChatGPT and if you go to plugins, this works on the desktop app, in the new desktop app and on the website too. And if you go to plugins, this right here is called ChatGPT skills, but it's only available through this menu and then on top of that, it's not available to every single account. It's only available right now to couple account types. So you have to have a ChatGPT business or enterprise plan to use it. They still don't have it for the plus and free version. Now if you don't know what skills are, I'm going to explain that and I'm pretty sure this is gonna soon roll out to all the different account types. That's why I wanted to make this video, but it might be worth upgrading to the business plan. It's actually a $25 per person to get the business plan that gives you access to this and a bunch of other things too. Skills are basically a set of instructions that you save that teaches ChatGPT how you want a very specific job to be done. So if you were to hire a new employee, for example, right, you give him a playbook to do different things, right? So every one of those things would Be a skill so how to write an email in my voice could be a skill how to create a report that looks on brand could be a skill what a dashboard should look like when he creates a dashboard for you that's a skill that you could teach it and in this video I'm gonna show you my 5 top favorite skills and I'm gonna share a resource with you too with the exact same skills and more where you could just simply copy and paste them and I specifically wanna show you how to build these skills from scratch if you don't have ChatGPT skills on your ChatGPT account by the way, you could do the exact same thing in Claude so Claude also has skills and if you remember custom GPT's that was one of my favorite all time upgrades inside of ChatGPT I actually still have one to this day pinned that creates a description from my YouTube transcripts here. This is what they look like skills are basically a far better version of what these custom GPUs were because in order to use custom GPUs what you had to do is go and find them, click them and they were designed to do a specific task well with skills you could make 50, 60, 70 different skills and ChatGPT will bring him into chat as he needs it he will know how to do it and he won't slow down your account and the nice Thing is you could create a skill and you could record a skill in this case, I'm gonna show you how to create the skill. The recording is useful. I actually made a different video about the record a skill option specifically for Claud but it works the exact same way where you show it by recording and talking through how you do a process and it learns how to create that skill and then repeat it. The very first demo is one that pretty much every single person and especially if you have a business, you're gonna need this one and it's your brand voice skill. So the problem it solves is that every time you write something with AI, it has the voice of ChatGPT or you have to give it a bunch of stuff in the prompt to get it to write the way you want right? That's not really that usable all the time. It takes up way too much time. Well this one we're gonna spend 5, 10 minutes to make a skill and then it'll just pull that in every time to write like us and you could have many different skills for different things you write you could have one for email, one for YouTube, one for blogs so I'm gonna go over here and I'm gonna create that skill here and the skill creator is the skill that ChatGPT uses to build that skill and it will ask you to have a Conversation with it to build a skill. So that's one way to do it another way to do it is you could just simply type out a prompt and then the prompt will have all the information and it's sometimes you will still ask back and forth on what you're looking for but this is typically how I like to do it is with a prompt rather than a back and forth conversation. Now I'll jump into this document for the Brand Voice skill and this is the prompt I typically like to use so you can pause that, read it or this entire page here where I'm gonna get all these skills this actually has 12 of my favorite skills and I put this together myself with all the skills that I personally use so you could copy and paste a prompt directly from this page yourself this is just a free guide that we put together on our website so if you take this right here I just have to paste that over here and it doesn't even have to bring in the skill creator skill because I told it in the prompt to use the skill creator so you could do this with any new chat and you will know exactly what to do. Now when it comes to creating skills sometimes it's gonna ask you to switch to chat GPT work which is actually a different tab so if you started with chat it's okay to Press continue with work because work is a place where you could create all kinds of different files and outputs. So it's packaged up this skill for us here and I could add this to Claude for example, if I want the same skill inside of Chat. GPT and inside of Claude. And then I told it to save that skill. So we moved it to a folder where it's always accessible on my account. So now if I tell it to write something in my voice, it knows what my voice is. You could also bring these into chat too. So while it's writing that, if I type in the edmention sign and if I type in voice for example, I can bring it in that skill this way into a chat if I wanna force it to be used in any chat. But usually it knows if you don't have too many, I usually would have one that's my personal one, couple brand ones here that are named based on my brands. And by the way, anytime you go back into that plugin page and skills, any skill you create, you will see them over here too so you could see exactly the file he created for you. And if you want to make any adjustments, you can always make edits to it and you could always turn these skills off if you don't want to really have a crowded skill and you could always uninstall them and That will remove them entirely from this installed page. Okay, for the second demo, we're going to turn one document, in this case, it's just going to be a YouTube transcript into a week worth of content. So it's repurposing text into other types of content. So this is gonna be for my LinkedIn, for my X account, for an SEO article. We're gonna use this prompt. This is gonna use the skill creator here to turn a raw transcript into week worth of content and it's going to tell it what kind of content that I need created here. So I don't have to tell it every time, make me a LinkedIn post or make me an X thread. So I'm just going to use that one and I'm gonna this time start inside of the work tab inside of ChatGPT. So it doesn't have to take me from chat to work. By the way, when you use ChatGPT work or even Codex here, you have this little guy right here that you could turn on just by choosing this pet option. So it's my pet right here. So you could always show your pet and they actually have different types of pet and it will show you even if you go to a different website, really anywhere else, it will show you when your task is done. So you don't have to watch it do the work. The skill is created and it appeared in my skills section Here and I'm going to go ahead and try it directly from here this time and all I have to do is I have to just upload a transcript with the skill selected I literally don't have to type in a prompt after that the skill knows what it should do for me so I'm going to upload a transcript and just like that it created this text file for us so it has my LinkedIn post in the format that I looked for and all the different LinkedIn post I asked for in this case I have 5 in that skill it has the X threads here or Twitter threads and it has all those laid out and these skills specifically this one does take some back and forth revision after you get an output so this would be my very first test I would actually read through it and if I want something different I would ask for something different I specifically asked for one output but you are inside of chat GPT work it could create on your own desktop if you use the desktop app all kinds of different files too if you want but in this case this is great because I could just simply copy and paste directly from here but if you wanted to use the plugins for example you could actually pull in things from your Google Drive and you could really build out a really solid workflow for what for a simple Workflow, this content repurpose engine works really well. Now this next skill is also really useful if you take any type of meetings and you take notes in those meetings. These days most of us use some kind of AI tool in our meetings and it will email us a transcript or a recap but I'm going to build a skill where it will turn those notes if I took it manually or if I used AI into something that's really useful and clean that I could share with my team or have for myself so I'm gonna build the skill. By the way, whenever you're watching this, when you do build a skill typically try to use the very best model that you have available in your account so in this case it would be just this top model and I usually change the reasoning effort to be high and if I have more time to be extra high you wanted to do its best job when it's building the skill cause it's a repeatable task here for the sake of this I just kind of kept it to this default one but I would typically every time I do this even in Claud change it to the best model I have available when first building the skill. Okay, meeting notes recap is now ready. Let's go ahead and test this out and I just have to upload a transcript from a call here and just like that is Created really easy summary, the decisions here, the action items, the risk and concerns and things that we didn't decide on the call with a simple subject line if I wanted to just send this as an email. So this is a really useful one for anyone that takes meetings. Now this next one is to create an interactive dashboard from a messy DOC that has numbers like scsv. And if you watch any of my videos by the way, this has been one of my favorite ways to use AI for a quite a long time. Now the reason is a lot of times I'm a visual learner. I could grasp things if they give me like a one page well designed document instead of a really messy spreadsheets. A lot of people I work with are also like that. So I typically use this type of skill or this type of prompt and then I just upload a CSV or anything that has numbers and then I give someone a dashboard, a link to a dashboard which this has something called ChatGPT sites that could publish those. But let me go ahead and built this skill here. And the purpose again is to turn a messy CSV into a polished interactive dashboard. Okay, this one is done. And let me just show you this one in full screen. So what it does is you could just drop a CSV file or Excel document inside of a chat and Then it will be able to push that skill if you ask it to create a dashboard from that document. And the dashboard is really nicely formatted. And I usually sometimes just take a screenshot from different things and email it or send it on Slack to my team here. And sometimes I'll just publish this with ChatGPT sites. I also do this with artifacts inside a cloud that has that option to then give you a link to share it exactly as this. So they could use the filters on their own. But these are so fantastic. They're mobile optimized and it's been one of my favorite ways to use AI. Now this one I built off screen, but this one is to help pressure test any decision now. Now the nice thing is I use Claud or Chat GPT to brainstorm and to make decisions. And this one I specifically set up this way. So in phase 1, it will interview me one question at a time. But then in Phase 2, it will argue against the points that I made because ChatGPT tends to agree with you most of the time. In this case, I wanted to find a way to disagree with me, find the kind of the gaps and the flaws in my thinking. And then in Phase 3, it gives me a one page decision memo. So then I have a very clear takeaway of this back and forth conversation. So if you use AI to help you with decision making and help you pressure test that decision. This is a really good one here that I would recommend you install. And on the sheet I have other ones too. So on Brand Presentation Builder is a good one that I recommend just about anyone that does presentations to install. This one you just upload an existing presentation and then give it this prompt and it will build a skill to make presentation on brand that always looks the same as your branding and colors. And there's other ones here that you could explore on your own. And again, this is free to access on our website. Claude Just Took AI Design to Another Level… And You Won’t Believe What It Can Create. You Won’t Believe What Claude Design Can Do Now AI design is evolving fast, and Claude is showing just how powerful these tools can become. From creating polished visuals to turning ideas into impressive designs, its latest capabilities could change how people work with AI. #ClaudeAI #AIDesign #ArtificialIntelligence #AITools #TechTok

Claud design can do a whole lot more than most people think and the recent updates they've added makes it so much easier to use. They have this huge list of templates that they keep adding to. Some of these are new actually as I'm recording this video. So you could with these create things like a mobile app design, entire slideshows that are on brand. Animated videos can even be created, which could really be its own separate platform. You could create 3D objects, you could create diagrams, all kinds of different design. I almost rarely use Canva or Photoshop now. I've used Claude Design for almost all my design needs in the last month or so. And their design system is now easier to create here. So you could create on brand assets. I'll show you that. Then new models that Claude is releasing like the new fable model makes this even better than ever before. So in this video I want to show you not just what's new with cloud design, but I want to show you everything from scratch here in this one video. And I have eight real business use cases here that want to show you live. They're going to include things like creating a sales presentation, creating a website, creating wireframes, different sheets, landing pages, even a roadmap, social media templates. And I also want to show you how to use it to create real high end motion graphics for your videos too. And I have a resource along with this video so I could show you the exact prompts that I use every single time so you could copy and paste it for yourself. And I want to show you how to build design system step by step so you could get on brand creations out of this platform. So to access Claude Design, all you have to do is go to the Claude AI website and then click on design right here and that opens up the new design panel here. They also have it on the desktop app here. You get to it the same exact way and the nice thing is they used to have a separate usage plan for cloud design but now any paid plan you have for Claude starting with the 20 dollar one, you already get access to Claude Design and it's part of your general usage so you're gonna get a lot more use out of Claude design then back in the day when he had a separate usage meter. Now here with Cloud Design you could start with a template. I have many examples here I want to share with you and then you could choose your design system. So the very first thing I want to show you here is how to actually set up these design systems and what they do is they actually create different designs that match your brand or whatever color and style you want because by default Everyone has this option right here, which is none or this default design system which is gonna give you things that everyone else is gonna create. They're gonna look very generic, they're gonna use Claud's colors, you want to create your own. So here's an example or they have other examples here you could choose from so you could see if you do choose a different one, you will choose these type of colors and these type of fonts and design systems have their own page for setting it up and I recommend you take your time here. There's a bunch of ways you can do it. The first option here is you want to describe your company name here and what your company does. So I have a fictional company here called tallybox is a bookkeeping software and I told it that I'm gonna give it a logo, I'm gonna give it a color palette. So I'm gonna give a couple different logo files here, the icon here and this design brief was created in a different clock chat. So I'll upload all these and then I'm gonna press continue to generation to generate it and this may take 5 to 10 minutes. Okay, five minutes later, we got a design system. I just wanna show you how comprehensive this design system is. It's literally created all these different tabs here and as I scroll through here, you'll see it literally describes everything about anything design related. It creates What screens would look like in different apps, different marketing pages, for example, the different logo and how they would look. If something is not okay, you can make edits here. You could just do a follow up prompt and get this design system exactly how you want. And they are also shareable. Okay, now we have a design system and you could just pick it from the design system drop down here and you could also duplicate them and make slight adjustments if you want to kind of see the difference between design system. So I have a couple of the new ones here that I've created and you could now choose any of these templates here to see what it looks like with a prompt plus the design system. I'm going to start with this one example, this workflow that I think works with a lot of different presentations. So in this specific case it's going to turn messy notes into a pitch deck. But you could do this for just about any presentations. So if you use any meeting tools, that thing uses AI to transcribe the meeting or send you any notes from the meeting. You could take that and then turn it into a presentation. So this has all the steps here. So it shows you how to prep your files and it also gives you the prompt to copy and paste. And this is the guide that I mentioned in the beginning. So if You want to follow along this has all the different workflows that I'm gonna cover in this video plus a lot more and we also added right here this section which are just prompts you could copy and paste depending on use cases my partner Kevin from Futureopedia actually put this together and shared it with me to share in this video and I think you'll find it really valuable and this is free to access with the link below in the description so I'm going to upload the text file which is the notes from the meeting and my prompt is going to be a 12 slide pitch deck here it has all the different placeholders that I have in the prompt template filled in here and I told it the different things I wanna cover in this presentation so your prompt in some of these does have to be pretty complete here because otherwise Claude is gonna do what it thinks is best but a lot of times you wanna explain what's best and in this case that's what I'm looking for so I'm gonna send this out again make sure you do pick a design system and you could create multiple if you work for multiple different brands for example and in a few minutes here we got ourselves an entire on brand presentation here all the pages are here and here's one of my favorite parts about creating these inside a Claude design you get this Edit option right here and this becomes basically anything you could do inside like a Powerpoint. You could select anything. You get all these manual options here if you don't wanna just prompt back and forth to get what you want. And then on top of that, these are super easy to share in lots of different ways. One way is you could basically make it into a website with the artifact option and share a link that way. You could download it as a Powerpoint if you prefer to make edits in Powerpoint and you're still inside a cloud so you could still do any type of follow UPS here with your prompt on the left side. Now for this next one, I want to show you how to turn a document into a prototype or a clickable wireframe. They actually have one of these templates for that, this wireframe option. So let's say someone wanted to create an app or even vibe code an app and they were just trying to explain what that should look like. Well you could just upload a text document and use that template and it typically will ask you a set of questions, which is one of my favorite parts of Claude. It doesn't guess. It actually asks you what the different things that you want based on your prompt. In this case, I used a template with no prompt. I didn't even use a prompt from our prompt list here. So It's asking me bunch of different questions that I'll answer. And while it's building that, I do want to walk you through this kind of six step process for every time I do use cloud design. So the first thing is we want to prep our input. So in that case, it was just a word DOC that had the type of things we wanted from that app. Then we're going to start simple. Typically I would start with one of these prompt templates or just use one of those templates that I just showed you that doesn't even require prompt. A lot of times I will start with a simple prompt, maybe 2, 3 sentences max. And then once it's done, I will go through a review process. So I will make sure the first draft looks good and then I will refine. So the refine is usually I'll refine something globally and then jump in and do more local. So this is more like what a drop down should look like. And then I'll finish up with another global refinement prompt. And then I'll ask Claude to actually review. This is a really interesting step where he reviews it for usability and gives me things I should be concerned about, things that I might not catch myself. And then I'll go ahead and export this. You could sometimes just send it to Claude Code in this example or share it via other tools like Canva if you have Those type of connectors and this is typically what those wire frames end up looking like. It's just showing you the different pages here, what they would look like when someone clicks on different things. And these are great if you're going to hand it off to a developer. So I work still to this day with developers and a lot of times I won't even do this type of wireframe. I actually prototype the app. So that's the next step. Or you could actually press share and if you were to do this yourself you could use something like Claude code and press send here and this will kind of prepare it for Claude code and you could just copy the prompt here and sometimes you'll need to download something so in this case you could just download the project and upload that along with that prompt and Claude code will start making that for you. Now another useful one is to make a one page sales sheet or a one page marketing plan here from a rough outline. And in this case it's going to be a simple prompt over here that I'm going to copy and paste. I left these with placeholder but I'm going to use these filled out and it's going to be pretty straightforward to create this one. In this case let me just show you the default design system here and we'll use the best model available. Okay and this one's ready. Here and the nice thing is Claude Design actually tests its own design and makes adjustment right now it's actually making some spacing adjustments here as it's looking through the page and I noticed use the wrong logo so you could use the comment section here and drag like this and then tell it what to change specifically and in this case I used a design system that doesn't know our logo so that's why it didn't know our logo so you could always add images here you could just upload images if it doesn't have it so I'm gonna attach one and then I place the real logo here and again these are shareable that could be turned into artifacts or downloaded as a PDF. Now this next one is gonna turn any type of strategy notes or document you have into a roadmap so I told her I'm gonna attach a strategy DOC that I actually got from Claude from just some back and forth brainstorming and I told it to map this out. They also have a diagram option that comes in handy here and I'm gonna use our Futurepedia design system this time and we got ourselves our one page roadmap here for the next year pretty comprehensive and again easily downloadable. Now building social media assets or templates is one of my favorites here this shows you how to do it. I'm going to use this prompt here and we're going to use our tally Box design system and this is created multiple different templates for social media. So product announcement, for example, looks like this if you post on LinkedIn and he left a placeholder and the size for an image. One thing to note, Claude design is actually not an AI that could generate images. Everything is with code. If you need images, you gotta go to Gemini or you gotta go to ChatGPT and generate images there or use a real image and then you could upload it here to add to any design that you create. Cause these are all created with code, not an image AI model. And a fun one here, especially if you have a 3D printer is the option to create these type of 3D objects with that template that creates 3D objects and they could be downloadable as things like an OBJ file. So that is a file that you could send to a 3D printer. We actually have one here that I'm going to be testing this with and you could print physical versions of what Claude Design creates. And finally, I want to show you this option for animations. Now this I believe could be its entire own platform. It's so powerful. I've been using it more and more. So what I do is I take the transcript from my video and I just give that to Claude and I say make animations for it. So in this case, it ended up creating bunch Of different animations based on the words I was saying in the video. So if I show you this page right here, it has all these different animations he created all in one go. And he created multiple different pages for him. And he gave me this option to switch colors here because I specifically didn't use my own design template or my own design system. I used the cloud 1. But it had all these different options just from that one single prompt here. And you could change the duration of each one. They're fully editable. And when you press share, you could download these as an MP four video file, which is this full animated file in this length. Or you could download them as individual images too. But this is one of my all time unbelievable AI updates. I cannot believe how quickly this is able to generate motion graphics like this. Sometimes that takes quite a long time to do manually. Again, make sure you check out this resource that I linked below. This will be the Claud design in action where I show you all the different use cases I covered in this video and some more. And again, as I mentioned, each of them will have that six step framework so you could see exactly how to get the most out of every single design and that prompt library at the end. Most AI chatbots actually become less reliable the more information you give them and they tend to what's called hallucinate. They basically make up answers. If you've used any of them, I'm sure you've seen this before but Gemini Notebook works a lot differently than that. You choose the sources of information that is actually allowed to use to provide answers. And when you do get an answer, those answers point back to the source so you could check to see where exactly it got that answer from. And it's been one of my favorite tools in the world of AI since 2023. But back then it used to be called Notebook LM and just recently they changed the name to Gemini Notebook. So in this one video I want to show you everything that Gemini Notebook has to offer, including a lot of the new updates that they recently added to it. And I want to show you how these days to set up the notebook the right way so you actually use it to get useful research that really reduces hallucinations. Now if you haven't used Gemini Notebook to access it, it's at notebook dot Google dot com and it's free to use. They do have a paid upgrade for most people though the free version is really fantastic. The paid version just unlocks a little bit more usage and more sources that you could give your notebooks. And I put this together in five parts for you. To make it really easy to see how I set up the notebook and use it the right way. So first we're gonna define, then we're gonna curate and then we're gonna validate, chat and transform. Now inside of Gemini Notebook here you'll see these things called future notebooks. These are typically either created by Google or another publication here and I just want to quickly give you an overview of what these notebooks look like and then we're going to go ahead and create one from scratch. On the left side, these are your sources. So you could give notebooks any source that you want. They could be a PDF, a website, a YouTube video, copy text or you could have a search the web and find the sources for you but the whole point is you want it to be grounded on those sources rather than going to find sources on its own and then adding everything it gives you. In the middle, this is where you could chat with your sources. So all these sources on the left side or if you want individual sources if you select them this way are going to be included in this chat and it's going to give you some recommendations here for prompts to include in this chat. This is powered by Gemini here and on the right side you have something called studio. Now studio creates different types of outputs so for example it could create this nice looking Presentation here. It could also generate entire explainer videos with one click. It could also make flashcards and quizzes based on your sources and one of my favorites is the infographics that it could create. Okay, let me walk you through the workflow here and I'll share some resources with you with prompts that you could copy and paste as well. The first thing we wanna do for step 1 is we wanna define the question that we're trying to answer with our research. So the whole point of notebook LM is you want to create a notebook that is very focused and specific on the topic that you want to research. You typically don't want to mix and match multiple different topics in one notebook. So I would usually create a new notebook and keep it as focused as a niche as I can. So that's where I would start. I would press create a notebook here and this is where I want to create a notebook about the question that I'm trying to answer in this case is when does Janar Tivai improve workplace productivity? When does it fail in doing that? And I want to understand the difference between the two. So the first thing I typically like to do is come up here and give it a name that I'm going to remember because you're going to have lots of different notebooks, especially if you use this more and more. I've been using it since 2023 I actually have a couple different accounts, I jump back and forth, but this is what you want to do first, even though you will create a name automatically after you add a source, but this is typically the very first step. So you've already done step one, you defined a notebook based on the research that you are going to do and you've set it up. So then that takes us to the second step, which is we're gonna curate the resources. This is the whole point of nuptial lem. You want to give it resources that you trust so then the answers could be grounded on that and you could cross reference that. Now that's the main thing chatbots are not good at, right? Any chatbot out there will go search the web for you and maybe give you something you didn't want or trust or you could just hallucinate and make stuff up because it has too many things to look at, right? This is gonna ground that and really reduce our hallucination level. So I'm gonna press add sources and you could have lots of different types of sources so I definitely don't recommend piling on as many sources as possible. That's not really the point. You want to handpick the best sources that you have selected and found useful. So I'm gonna upload some pdfs here and these 4 pdfs are now uploaded and then I'm gonna add other type of sources, in this case, I wanna add websites or YouTube videos. You could just copy and paste different links you found like this here. If you ever get this red error here, a lot of times if you go over here and you open that link, it might be because it's a PDF that you could just download this way. So in this case, I'll download this PDF and use that as a source instead of the website. Now one of the best parts of Gemini Notebook that they've added is the ability to do searches for you. So you could search what's on your Google Drive so you no longer have to go and find that document. You could connect it to your Google Drive and pull in content as long as it's in the same Google account that you're using Notebook. LM. And they also have two different types of web searches. You could do fast research and deep research to give you more sources. So if I just search for use of generative AI at work here and I'll just use the fast research mode, it gives you more resources here to pull into your chat. In this case, you definitely want to take your time to make sure these are reputable and things you want to include that are appropriate for your research because otherwise you would just use Gemini or chat GPT or any other chat. But the whole point of this, you want to ground this on information that you Hand selected so you can unselect all these and then individually select them and then open each one to make sure it's a reputable resource here and then if you do like it just import it and it adds it right over here as your source and here's one of my favorite prompts here when you want to get better sources so I ask you to find high quality research resources here on my topic Generative AI at workplace for productivity here and then I told it on what I want prioritized here and I also ask it for evidence that is for different type of work and I ask it to give me a mix of things and not just things that are positive because it tends to go positive a lot of times if I just didn't really tell it to find me the negative effect of AI as well and then again I could use fast research and a lot of times with these if I have the time I will use deep research to find even more and relevant sources and I found a couple more sources here that I like so I'm gonna import those two okay and next step three we're gonna validate our sources and we're gonna do this with a prompt that works really really well so all we did now is we create a notebook that was well defined right so the purpose for the notebook is the very first step Then we curate our sources to make sure we hand select what we want, not just let it go do research and add every source it finds. It's a combination of sources it found for us that we hand selected after vetting them and the pdfs that I already had from previous research or things from my Google Drive. And validating your sources has three really useful prompts. This one is probably the one I would use right away. So looking only at the sources in this notebook, identify any areas where the sources disagree with each other and any clear contradiction and conflicting claim. So that one I would use right here in the chat. Okay, make sure all sources are selected and I'll send this out just to kind of get a gauge of how my sources are before I dive deep into my research. The second prompt is very useful. This is gap analysis. So based on these sources, what important question or subtopics are missing or barely covered? And an alternative viewpoint is another useful prompt while you're validating your sources. In step No. 3, by the way, this webpage here that we put together, this is a Ultimate Guide to Gemini Notebook here. So I've been going through and putting this video together based on these steps and all the prompts that I'm using here to validate your sources for repurposing content are all included. So if you want a full guide on Gemini Notebook in This written format we just updated this this is available completely for free to access I'll put a link below in the description for that. Now one useful setting I want to show you here, I have this in my paid account is when you start chatting with your sources here you could actually configure the chat so if you wanted to use it as a learning guide you could change it or you could actually use a custom prompt here to change the tone on how it talks to you so this will kind of change the style and role and you could also change the response length so if you want shorter answer you could just change this to shorter answer. Okay now we have a good library of sources here so step 4 is gonna be chatting with our evidence or our sources and I wanna show you a bunch of different prompts here that I like to use to get really good research from all my sources. Now one of the easier ones is just to kind of understand what your sources are all about so this will do that summarize the key themes and it will give you three to five of the most important takeaways then you could go deeper here so based on these sources what are the strongest evidence and then I would give it a specific claim that I'm looking for and then all these follow up prompts based on whatever Is relevant to your type of research. Now as I mentioned, this is grounded on your sources, right? So when it gives you the key takeaway, you'll see these little annotations here. If you click on them, it takes you to the exact point in your resource where you got that information from, right? The whole point of grounding this research on things that you found, So this was a PDF that we had uploaded and he found that information. And the nice thing is with these, you could save them as a note. So any type of note that you take can be saved this way. And these can also be converted back to a source to pull more information from or exported directly into other platforms that Google owns like Google Docs here. So it gets out of Gemini Notebook or you just copy and paste individual section here and then you could just go ahead and add your own note. So these are just a plain text DOC basically that you could copy and paste individual things or type your own. So this is a really nice useful way to research and take notes at the same time. Now here's another useful thing that is relatively new where you could create tables for you, right inside a chat. So I ask it to create a table and compare the evidence here in my sources. And I find these table formats a lot easier to consume here. And again, you could just go see where these sources are from. And these type of prompts are also useful. So using only sources that directly measure worker performance, what are the key findings here? So I could use the prompt to narrow down the sources that is gonna look at because right now I don't remember which source specifically was about that. So I don't wanna go and read a source, select it, I'm gonna use the prompt in order to find that point. Okay, now for Step 5, you have this whole panel here on the right side called studio. The purpose for studio is to turn your research into other formats that you could easily share or consume for yourself. So Audio Overview is one of the very first one they came up with, but now they have a whole different set of tools that I want to show you here. So on this page, we also laid them out this way. Audio Overview is a human sounding podcast between two AI hosts that could go through your content here. And they also have video overview, which is similar, but in video format where one person creates explainer video, one AI person creates explainer video. And they have a lot of different formats for that. So all you have to do is back in here, click on one of these options here, and it will give you all kinds of different settings for them. So the format For example, could be a deep dive or it could be something that is brief, for example, like this. And you could use this prompt box here to tell the AI host what to focus on. And it will do that. And you could change what sources it is using. In that case, I'm going to use all the sources here and I'm going to create a brief here. And you could obviously change your language here and generate it that way. And while it's generating, you could continue to use it. You could generate new things. The video overview works in a similar way. And I've made a dedicated video on this channel all about this option because you have lots of different formats to choose from. And they recently rolled out short. So Tik Toks, Instagram, real, those type of short formats can also be created that way. And I'm going to generate one of those. So you can see they're both generating back to back. I'll show you this one as soon as it's finished. When small businesses adopt generative AI, the immediate fear is massive job cuts and shrinking teams. Take a local plumbing company, the core crew fixers pipes, but they struggle to write weekly marketing emails. To get those emails done, they either overwork their plumbers late at night or pay an expensive external contractor. Then they introduce AI. It absorbs those simple text generation tasks right from the periphery of their workflow. Now Some of the other useful settings report is actually one of the best ones because you could turn your research into different formats in one click. Blog post is one of my favorites and again you have your own setting here with the prompt and you also have suggest a format. This is context that where he knows the type of content you are researching so it's going to give you different formats. Over here as well you have flashcards, mind maps, quizzes but info graphics is one of my all time favorite options and what you could do with this one is create one infographic to represent your research. Now I have an entire video about all these different formats because there's a lot of formats but if you're just starting out landscape in professional mode and I usually like to change the detail to concise the detailed one has way too much going on in one page for example and it could narrow it down with another follow up prompt here that I covered in that video and then you could generate these but they do have a lot of interesting looking options for styling for those two and infographics are easily shareable and downloadable and these Gemini notebooks could easily be shared so if you press share on top they could be shared with people if you just type in their email here and you could share them publicly too. And on top of that if you Allow people to create a copy they could duplicate your notebook and then make it their own and as I mentioned one of the big reasons why they change the name from Notebook LM to Gemini Notebook is because these are also available as notebooks inside of Gemini so you can press new notebook inside of Gemini created in a very similar way that you do inside of the other app that I've been showing you and you could access them the one I just created is right here so you could have the same sources but you could have a regular chat here you could create images from that you could create videos so this becomes a regular AI chat but but now it has all those sources from different notebooks nicely organized here so it makes really independent projects put right inside a Gemini if you use that as your chatbot and if you're not really sure what use cases you have for Gemini I think this resource also has a really good section for different use cases so Research Sprint for example tells you exactly how to do it some of these have prompts included here archiving meetings for example YouTube content strategy if you make content again, this is a free resource that you could access with the link below and Gemini also has another tool that a lot of people don't know yet it's relatively new it's called Gemini Spark and I cover that in This video over here. AI has changed a lot since the release of ChatGPT back in 2022 and in that four years I've tested well over 1,000 different AI tools I've made hundreds of different AI tutorials covering a lot of those tools but in 2026 you don't need to know about a thousand different tools right there are some tools that are worth your time and most are not worth your time so I wanted to make this one video to show you the top 26 AI tools ranked from 26th all the way to first available right now at No. 26 you have midjourney and midjourney is one of the original AI tools that was first up there with ChatGPT this is a AI image generator all you do is you type in a description and it creates a really realistic looking picture for you and midjourney has a lot of controls for you to get a lot of different artistic look out of your actual image and even though midjourney could only create images for a few years today you could also create videos again just from a simple text prompt next you have utter AI and this one records meetings for you and automatically turns them into a transcript it gives you summaries and action items and it works across most of the meeting apps you already use like zoom or Microsoft Teams and the way it works is utter actually will join the meeting that you have scheduled and it will take the notes automatically for you so you don't have to take notes and you could pay attention to the meeting Granola AI is next and it's also another AI note taking but it actually sits as a software on your computer and it could listen to calls and it could listen to meetings but it doesn't actually have to join the meeting it works more in the background and what's unique about it is it will take your notes that you could take before or during the meeting and it'll turn your messy notes into something really polished by combining it with the actual meeting transcript and at the end it will give you action items any decisions that will make and it keeps it all nice and organized for you without you having to type any type of note and by the way I have a brand new resource for you that I thought goes really well with this video we make AI courses and we short form it takes the best moments it finds out what could potentially go viral it will crop it the right way it will make it vertical and it will add captions for you so this should save you hours on editing gamma is next and gamma has been a tool that I use for presentations for multiple years now this basically takes any type of text or any type of topic and it builds an entire slideshow right in front of your eyes it has a lot of different templates to make your slideshow look unique and it has image models so it could generate images based on the text and it has a lot more options like creating entire websites these days too next is Microsoft Copilot this has been around since 2023 is one of the most popular apps out there and this is an AI assistant so if you need it to summarize text for you or analyze a PDF for you create tables and charts for you this is the tool that a lot of people are using and the nice thing is a lot of the power of the copilot is built in to not only Windows but to some of the most popular apps of all time like Microsoft Word Excel and outlook too next is descrip and I've been using descrip before ChatGPT came out so this has been around for a long time and it started just for podcasters to use it to edit their podcast but now it's a full blown video editing suite and the nice thing about this is it will transcribe the video for you and then with one click with their AI called underlord make all the edits for you even remove redundant takes pauses and everything else and it also could transcribe translate and caption your videos too next is Deep Seek it's a free AI chatbot this is similar to Chat GPT this one again allows you to ask questions allows you to do research allows you to analyze any type of documents that you upload to it and this is a good free option that's available right now and it was actually China's answer to compete with Chat GPT Suno could create a complete song for you from a text prompt it could just be music but it could also be music and vocals you type in one line and that will turn it into a full song next is Claude Design now Claude we're going to get into a little bit later Claude is a competitor to ChatGPT it's an AI chatbot Claud Design technically lives on a different link so I made it a separate tool here but with Claud Design you could pretty much design anything by using text you could design entire webpages you could design entire apps you could even design animated videos with a simple text prompt Canva AI is next and Canva has been around for a very long time millions and millions of people use it as their go to design app for creating anything like social media post and flyers but now Canva has built AI right on top of it so it could do a lot of different things it wasn't able to do before it could create product photos for example it could remove backgrounds for you in one click it could generate an entire scene for you and it could create entire ads for you cling AI is a video generator so you type in a text prompt and it creates a video clip from that text prompt and it has a lot of control for example you could change the camera movement you could change the lighting and you could get really creative with your prompt here it's one of the more affordable video models available right now now runway is another AI video tool but runway is actually an entire editing suite but the AI video models are extremely powerful and you could do some things that other models are just not going to let you do so a lot of professional teams are using this one it was one of the very first AI video models that came out back in 2023 hey Jen creates videos of a talking person without the person actually ever recording anything so they have a library of what are called AI avatars that they've trained and all you do is give it some text and then that AI Avatar reads that text you could pick what they look like and you could pick what they sound like the coolest part you could actually clone yourself and then have that AI Avatar create content for you and then on top of that you could get the AI Avatar to speak a different language so I could have my Avatar speak Spanish for example lovable is one of my favorite AI apps of all time I probably use it every single day this creates apps for you it creates websites for you and you don't need to know anything about technical coding you just type in a simple text prompt and this does all the coding for you in this case I asked it to create an invoice tracker for a small business and in just a couple of minutes it built this entire app for me and in one click you could publish the app and then share the link for anyone to use Manis is called an AI agent which means instead of just answering questions like typical chatbots this goes and does the actual task for you so I could ask it to go and research my top competitors and put their pricing table together for me and then when I come back I have exactly what I asked for next we have Groq AI this is one of the top AI chatbots available and this is right now built on its own platform but it's also inside of X the old Twitter and this one actually has something a lot of AI chatbots don't have which is access to real time information through what people post on x.com so if you ask it what type of news broke in the last 2 hours it will be able to pull in post that are minutes old so this is as real time as you could get with AI 11 Labs creates AI voices and they sound extremely real and they have voices in all kinds of different accents across all kinds of different countries and across all kinds of different languages and you could also clone your own voice in just a minute and then you could get it to read anything you want in your own voice and these days they've added a lot more to it so you could actually create entire audiobooks or even answer business phone calls for you next is Google Flow so Google created an AI video model called Veo it's one of the most powerful ones available today Google Flow is the platform they build around it so you could easily use Veo but also create entire videos there too it's almost an entire video editing suite so if I prompt it to create a drone shot for me I could then ask it to create another shot of crashing waves and I could cut the two together next to each other inside of Google Flow next is Gemini Notebook and this was called Notebook L m when it came out in 2023 all the way to 2026 and it's one of my favorite go to AI tools when I'm trying to do any type of research so what this does is you give it all the information that you hand selected those could be your own PDF files reports but also YouTube videos and other things you could search for using Gemini Notebook and then it will create a notebook for you and then you could chat with it but your answers are going to come from those sources rather than just searching the internet so it's a great way to ground the answer of the things you're looking for based on your own sources and then on top of that it has an entire suite to create different things for you so you could create for example infographics but from your own sources but it could create a whole lot more including entire explainer videos or podcasts Nano Banana is next and there's two versions Nano Banana and Nano Banana Pro and I know it has a weird name but it's an incredible tool this is Google's image generator and it's also an editor so you could generate an image from a text and you could edit that image by asking it to add or remove things with a follow up text this one's actually not a separate platform it's built into Google Gemini which is the AI chatbot from Google but all you have to do is ask it to do something with a photo or an image and it will note to call Nano banana in the background for you to do the creation and the editing of photos cursor is an app where AI writes code for you now a lot of professional developers use this app but just about anybody can use it all you have to do is type in a prompt in plain English and this will actually be able to create entire working apps for you and if you really want to build a serious app that you're going to put out into the world cursor is one of the top options available right now for that perplexity is an AI search engine so instead of googling something and clicking through the links this will just give you a direct answer and give you the sources and the nice thing is this is the one AI that was always designed to be search first so before chat GPT or Google Gemini added search perplexity was there first so they really dialed in the search experience and to this day when I want research or search I go to perplexity first Gemini is Google's AI assistant and Google's AI model and this one is really unique because it connects with everything Google so you could pull things in from your Gmail directly and have it respond to emails for you it also sits across all the different Google products like Google Docs and it's one of the best ways to interact with a YouTube video since Google also owns YouTube and as I mentioned Gemini also has nano banana built into it so it's one of the best ways to be able to use a chatbot but also one of the best AI image models available at the same time ChatGPT is next and this is the one that started this whole AI revolution and this is still the app most people should try first if they're new to AI this does a bit of everything right you could use it for writing for research for generating images it also has one of the very best AI image models available they also have something called ChatGPT work that could actually create things for you like entire presentations and entire reports there's also a whole different side of it called Codex this could build things for you if you want to build your own website or your own apps and publish those and it has one of the most natural voice models available today that sounds exactly like a real person so you could talk to it on the go even using the ChatGPT mobile app and number one is Claude now Claude is the AI assistant competitor to ChatGPT competitor to Google Gemini but in 2026 it's the best one in my opinion that is available and it's not just one thing for chatting and for research they have something called cloud co work that could create entire projects for you like presentations but on the other side of it they have something called Claud Code and we talked about Codex we talked about Cursor Claud Code is one of the very best ones when it comes to creating actual programs and actual apps if you want to go that route again without being technical and knowing how to code and a really cool thing with Claude is they have something called Claude skills so you could teach it things the way you want it done exactly and it will remember that so next time you ask it to do something it will pull that skill and do things the exact way you taught it in the very beginning when you made that skill and some of the best tools that I mentioned in this video including Claude including ChatGPT including Gemini they're covered in our free course that I mentioned he walks you through in detail in video tutorials with downloadable resources everything you need to know to get started or I was able to teach Claude how to file expense reports for me by having him watch me do it once and then he Learned exactly how to do it the way I like to do it he also Learned how to pull in my weekly numbers out of a dashboard and drop them in a report and I showed it an entire new client setup process the folders the docs the tracking sheets all of it and I never typed in a single prompt now this is all possible with Claude's new record a skill option so you just hit record and then you do the task the way you would always do it but you also talk loud as if you're explaining to someone how to do it and then Claude learns exactly from that it takes that recording turns it into a skill so it knows how to run it again so in this video I want to show you exactly how to activate it it's a little bit hidden right now inside of Claude I'm going to show you multiple different demos from start to finish so you could actually see it at work and I want to show you the file that Claude ends up creating for you that skill that it creates for you so you kind of see the layout and if you want to customize it even more so inside of the Claude app here if you go to the customize option and you come to the left side on their skills this is where you could create skills so if you press add you could create with Claude and you could upload skills now I've had dedicated videos on this channel all about skills I have multiple different skills video skills are basically a set of instructions to let Claude know how you like to do something so he could repeat it and you could have 50 60 70 different skills and I'll pull it into chat only when he needs that skill so it's not gonna slow down your Claude account the new option is this option right here record your screen so with this option you could click around you could type and your voice will be recorded too as you give it instructions and then Claude will turn that into a repeatable skill so it works like every other skill just the way you created is different and now it has that ability to see how you like to work rather than how it may want to do something if you don't record your screen and show it how you want it done now one more place that might be easier actually if you go to the new chat here and you go to co work and if you press the plus sign you could record a skill directly from here and you could pull in any skills browse skills and manage skills directly from here right now I'm gonna record a skill that's gonna give me this pop up now this feature is not available in every plan right now you need a Pro Max or teams plan right now to record a skill and I recently made this resource this free resource here with my team I put together all my favorite skills in one document with the exact same prompt that I used to create them and the skill dot MD file basically the finish skill and this is really a comprehensive guide on really getting the most out of skills but the section I wanted to show you is over here so all the skills that I mentioned so brand voice to get claw to write like you this is the prompt that you would use just inside of any claw chat to build the skill and then if you wanted the skill dot MD file you can just save this as a text file and upload that to Claudia it has an option to upload a dot MD file that's one way to build a skill exactly like I have it but I recommend you start with a prompt like this prompt right here you add that to Claude because then you could customize it it won't be exactly as mine is because sometimes you definitely have a exactly how you want this done rather than have Claud guess through coworker chat or any other option inside of Claude it's going to do it the way it wants to do it but now you're going to teach it exactly how you want to create an expense report you're going to record it one time and then it's going to do it exactly the same way as you taught it now I wanna organize everything before I press record because once I press record I'm not gonna do the tutorial I'm gonna actually talk to Claude so he knows exactly what I'm doing so what I have is I have a folder here I have this expense report I'm gonna just empty it out this is one I've already demoed so I'm gonna just erase everything that's here and then I have a list of receipts so I need to open every receipt and I need to copy the different fields here into the Excel report and the key about recording a skill is it's gonna do it the same way you wanna do it right so it's not gonna make decisions that Claude typically does because you could kind of do the same thing with Claude co work with a different type of skill or no skill at all but this is gonna actually do it the way it's gonna observe you doing it so let me show you exactly how that works okay the first step is we're gonna open the expense report a blank expense report then we're going to go back to our Finder window and we're going to go through the receipts folder and we're going to open all the receipts that appear in this folder then we're going to open up each receipt here and we're going to take the different fields and we're going to add them to this Excel sheet so we need dates vendor amount category and if the receipt is attached or not in this case all the receipts will be attached so right now the dates we're going to copy and paste the date directly from the receipt section here and we'll put it right over here and then we'll take the vendor the vendor name is right on here and we'll copy that and then the amount here is $49 and we'll put it there and if you see software in the name here or in the description you put the category here in this case is going to be software okay so now I press done it took 65 steps here in order for me to teach it exactly how to do this expense report by itself so once this is done it's going to kind of build that skill for us so I'm going to let this go to work and then I'll show you what happens next okay so that took a few minutes here for it to write this skill so if you look at what it creates it typically creates this skill dot MD file pretty much every skill will have this type of file and this is the instructions on exactly what I taught it to do and to get the best results it's best to not just show it one demo I should have actually went through all those 8 pdfs something I would manually have to do anyway recorded one time so it shows well in some cases the number is off or maybe the vendor has a unique name where it doesn't know if it's software or if it's utility so you'll kind of give it different examples and you'll save it as this name expense report from receipts that's the name of the skill now with skills a lot of times when you chat with Claude he knows how to pull in that skill automatically or you could just type in the slash command I'll go to a new chat here just to show you if you type in the slash command here you'll be able to pull in that skill and in this case it's this exact skill so if you want to force this skill to be used specifically you just bring it this way and then you give it the prompt that you want now the best way to actually use this skill is to combine it inside of co work with a project so that way you could create a folder or add a folder so all those receipts are in the same place and it will just continue to build inside that folder and it'll just be a project that you always keep coming back to and I basically just asked it to create the expense report for me and I gave it access to this folder so it went through here and it created this expense report from that blank Excel sheet and as I went through it I did notice a problem because in my training I did not give it that type of scenario this option right here I think it was this one right here there was no total so it still requires human review but the more training you do meaning the more examples you give it it would know how to deal with things like this so there were a couple of different ones here that were not right and skills could be updated anytime so you want to go back to them and update them and make them better just like training a person right you may teach them one time they may make some mistakes you go back and then you fix it on a follow up now for this next demo I'm gonna show you how to create a weekly numbers report right this is something I actually have to do all the time and I do have a skill inside a cloud for it but I wanna see what it does when I record a skill because now I could actually use the type of template I want and pull in the right number so let me show you what files I'm working with here so I have just a CSV file with some numbers here just kind of made up numbers with sessions and sign up for website traffic right then I have a template and this is let's say your boss wants you to always create something in this format so this becomes your template in this case I want to take things from the CSV and then I want to fill in this template now this is a very simple example but just think of a much more elaborate template and even a third step where then it turns this sheet into some kind of a presentation here which you could also teach it with this skill and have that as a template as a third step and this could kind of just be week to week so for the week of the 13th it was filled out for the week of the 20th it's not filled out which is exactly this range right here so I need to show it how to take these numbers and then fill in over here okay I'm going to create a dashboard where I'm going to take these numbers from a CSV file every single week that are inside of the same folder I'll keep adding the CSV files and what I want you to do is I want you to total these up here and add it to the section so the revenue column here for this week is going to be right over here all these numbers from here to here are going to get added and then you're going to add that to the revenue box right here you're going to do the exact same thing with our sign UPS so you're going to take our new sign UPS you're going to add these every time every single sell here and then you're going to put the total in this box for new sign UPS and then for website visitors you're going to do the same thing you're going to go back to the CSV for that week here and then you're going to take the unique website sign UPS you're going to add all these up and then you're going to go ahead and add the total over here and anything that doesn't add up you're gonna leave a note for me to tell me what happened and while it's building the skill one thing I should note is make sure you close every other tab on your computer because it does record your whole screen maybe some privacy issues you may also confuse it here if you have other things open so just close everything minimize everything and then just show it what it needs to see only and this is one of my favorite parts about building a skill in this case I just pulled in a skill and I just then pressed the plus sign and added the folder where these files are and he also had other files he actually had the stuff from the first example in there too but he knew he knew to ignore those and he actually created everything I was looking for so I just added the numbers to this tab the way I described and I saved the messiest one for the last example because I want to show you what it does where there's a lot of different moving parts here and I won't go through the whole demo process here I'll just kind of show you what I've done so basically the concept is every time let's say you get a new client this will go and what I would do manually is create a new folder inside of that client and then I'll have to take a template this template right here rename the template fill out the template put it in that folder here right I have to take basically things from five different things and then organize them here but this is going to be able to do exactly that so what I told it is again creating the skill I press record make sure everything is minimized I only have the things I needed to say go into the clients folder create a new folder name it this way then copy that template I have in the master folder rename it and then I told it exactly how to rename it and then I told it to create a welcome email template too now I was reading through this skill and it's just super super detailed here so it followed every single part of my instructions here and I think he did a really good job let me try to run this one and again this time I'm gonna keep it really messy so this is gonna be with everything else I've demoed in this video in the same folder and I'm not gonna give it any prompt I just pulled in that skill and he has access to that folder and I'll let this go to work and in a couple of minutes it did exactly what I wanted here so he created this folder it named it the right way it copied that kickoff DOC here it filled it out and it wrote this welcome email and then with connectors and things like that I could actually have it drafted in Gmail and take this to the next level but really I'm pretty impressed for how good this is there was definitely a couple of major misses especially when I was not given enough instructions and when I had to work with numbers but overall I think this specific example I really rushed through the training process I spent maybe 30 seconds just showing it around here and I think it did a really good job with what I was looking for and if you haven't checked out the other video I made about skills I made a video where I show you all my favorite skills and some of those are included in the resource that I mentioned in the beginning of this video that's the free resource where you could literally copy and paste my skills exactly as I have it or use the template the prompt that I used to create it so you Claud skills will completely change how you use Claude right now and I think they're the most underrated and one of the most powerful features inside of Claude but most people are not using them at all. And the people that are using them, I don't think they're using it anywhere near their full potential. And the biggest problem is people don't know what skills they should build. So in this one video I wanted to share the 10 best skills that I use in my business right now day to day that has completely changed the outputs I get from Claud. And along with the video I also made this guide here. This is a complete guide to skills but I also have the exact prompt for every skill that I'm about to show you. So you could build your own with the same prompts I'm using in this video. And I have the skills dot MD file which is a technical file you need if you prefer just to use that and not go through building the skill process since I've already build all these for myself. So I'll put a link in the description to this free guide too if you want to follow along with it. So jump into your Claude account. You could use the desktop app and you could use the website version of it here. One thing we have to turn on to make sure skills are actually working, you have to go To your settings right over here. And then on the left side there is capabilities. There is one thing that has to be turned on under code execution. Just toggle this onto blue because technically skills will have to write code in the background. You don't have to worry about it, but that's how skills get activated. And then under the customize section, there's the skills page. This is all the skills that you will create that were all appear over here. You could customize and edit and delete any of them from here. And if you go to the browse tab, they also have skills that anthropic, the company behind Claude makes. So any of these could be installed on your account too. And the nice thing with skills is they don't really slow down your Claude account. You got 50, 60, 70 different skills. They're in the background and Claude will only bring him into chat when he needs it to. And if you directly call for it, which I will show you if you're brand new to skills, they're just a set of instructions that your account will remember so things can be repeatable. So it could write things in your brand voice every single time that actually sounds like you or create presentations or dashboards or websites that are on brand. Those are a lot of the examples I'm about to show you. Now I'm going to start with this skill, which is to build an Interactive dashboard but every time you create a dashboard inside a cloud, it's going to look different. The skill allows you to create one that is on brand so all your dashboard always looks the same. Now the way I use it is a lot of times a messy CSV file, any type of Excel sheet for example that has data. Those are not really great to view for anyone that is not super technical, not super into spreadsheets. So we want to create a polished interactive dashboard, right that is not just static charts and static columns and rows. I'm going to copy and paste this prompt to build it. Ultimately a lot of these end up making what's called a skill dot MD file which kind of looks like this so I included that here too if you prefer that but a lot of times you could just pause it here and read the prompt or you just get this guide here and copy and paste the prompt into your cloud account and you don't have to do anything specific to create a skill on the customized tab technically if you go here, you could press add and you could create a skill with Claude. It will interview you. You could upload a skill if you found them with that MD file for example you could write instructions. They also have a new thing which I'm making a dedicated video for where you record your screen and it Will learn a skill that way by being able to watch what you did and then repeat it that works for things that are kind of repeatable type of tasks but you don't have to do any of that because you could just say use a skill creator skill to build a skill that turns a CSV into a polished dashboard I kind of told it exactly what I want I'm gonna send this out here. Now typically when you build a skill it will show you a demo output of what that skill will do and then it will give you this right here to save that skill so you wanna be able to save that skill here to your account and this is the name of that skill which you could call if you want but typically it's going to know every time you want to turn a C s V into a dashboard it's going to know to call that skill always update a skill too if you want to make any changes to it later you'll always find that under the customized tab now if I go to new I could just type in a prompt like this turn to C s V into an interactive dashboard now by default it will do that even without a skill but the whole point of the skill is I have something that follows exactly what I want to happened with that dashboard the colors the style the layout all That was part of my skill so I'll just upload a sample CSV file here which looks like this so this knows first clean up the data fix any broken rows handle any missing values and then build me the dashboard and here is that interactive dashboard again it looks exactly like when I made the skill right that's the whole point of building these once and now you're gonna get this kind of dashboard every time I give it a C s V to turn into a dashboard now what's nice about these is these are called artifacts these dashboards so you could just publish and copy the link and share it with anyone you want now the next one is one of my favorites if you create any kind of content this is a skill that is going to be a content engine and I'm going to use this prompt here to use again the skill creator to build me a skill that turns a raw transcript into a week worth of content that sounds like me so it needs to understand my brand voice for example and it needs to understand that what type of content that I'm asking for in this case is a X thread is something for our blog SEO blog post for example so it's very plain here but that's what I recommend you do is typically build these skills with a prompt rather than just downloading a skill dot MD file because then You could really control this prompt and customize it for exactly what you want rather than a skill someone else has created. This is the whole point of these that they're customized. Now just to show you the skill that it creates, he has a lot of information that you would otherwise have to prompt every single time. You would have to repeat yourself. You would have to upload an example of what a LinkedIn post for you looks like. This has all of that in this file and a lot of times it's not just a dot MD file. It has other elements to a skill that it creates behind the scene. But now let's take this for a spin. We'll go and do a new chat. The one thing I wanted to show you is if you wanted to specifically bring a skill, you could press slash and you'll bring a skill this way if you wanted to bring it that way. But by default, a lot of times if you create that skill, it will know to use that skill if you prompt needs that skill. And all I have to do now with a new prompt is to say use my voice profile and turn this transcript into a week worth of content here and I'm going to just upload a transcript to a video and the output is exactly what I was looking for based on that skill. So by the way, if you use Custom GPT's back in the day to create these type of repeatable tasks with a set of instructions. Skills are a much more powerful version of that. So I would recreate what you've created with custom GPT's if you use that inside of chat GPT inside of Claude now with skills. Now if you do any type of research using any type of pdfs, for example, this deep research auditor is one of my favorites. This tells Claude to analyze PDF reports in a different ways to find internal contradictions within a PDF. A lot of times it turns individual pages on a PDF into an image so you could see all the charts and analyzes it in a much better way in my experience. And it creates a really nice looking layout of telling you exactly what it found as far as issues go with the PDF. So I'm going to build this one here and this time I want to show you the building process. Let me just show you with an example. I'll go to new and this time my prompt is going to be super short. I'm going to ask it to audit this report for internal contradictions. This knows to call up that skill and that skill tells it exactly what kind of output I want from it. So I just have to upload that report. It's just a simple PDF report but it could do it with much larger reports too. And this one Creates this type of dashboard here. So it will tell me what the findings are and I could filter it by high, medium and low. And he always creates this type of dashboard. So every time I have a PDF and I don't know really where it came from or maybe it was AI generated and it has a lot of issues, this is the type of prompt I like to run it through here. Now this one is really useful because if you've used AI, you know that AI almost always agrees with you, right? It pats you on the back, you're always right. So if you build one that works as a business partner, this skill is going to tell you where your flaws are in your thinking, something that is just not the default of AI. So this one will pressure test a big business decisions before I would make it here. And I kind of told it exactly the different parts I wanted to test out. So I'll build this one. And here's the prompt I like to use to test this one. Now that the skill is built, I'm weighing a big decision. Interview me one question at a time, play devil's advocate for me and then give me a one page decision memo. This is really useful. It may take a little while, right? Because it has to ask you what questions and so on. But I love this one question interview format. I Use it all the time with AI anyway, but now it's pulling that skill that really knows what I'm trying to get at here. Now I use AI for meeting notes all the time. I use an app called granola for example that does this for me. I have it built in inside of Google meets and zoom also that takes meeting notes for me. So this one, you will paste the transcript for any type of meeting notes, even voice memo and then this will go to work. What it does is it turns raw transcripts or even missing notes into actionable steps. Now for this one, I usually just say turn these meeting transcripts into a clean recap. It knows what to do from there. And I upload the transcript and this gives me a full summary. It gives me all the decisions that were made on the call. It gives me the action items and assigns it to the different owners here and anything that is left as open. Questions? Next one is on brand email writer. If use Claude is probably your favorite AI tool for writing. In my case, I've used Claud for writing ever since it came out. It's been my favorite and my go to AI tool for writing. I just like its natural tone. But with email, I need to tell it more specifically how to write because a lot of times even with Claude emails still sound like AI wrote them. They kind of sound like a template. Well, this kind of fixes that. This prompt here for this skill. And you could build on this as much as you want to here to make it your own. But this will become your brand new email writer here inside a cloud and you'll pull the skill every time you write an email. On brand presentations. This one probably saves me a lot of manual time more than any other ones because I create a lot of presentations. I created to teach, I created inside of my company, I created to show things to my team, to leadership. There's a lot of presentations that we typically have to make, but they have to look consistent, right? You can't just have Claude make a presentation and it looks different, different fonts, different colors every time you want to create one that's on brand. So this skill will be able to create one on brand. And with this one, you also may want to use Claude again to create this type of a brand kit. So I actually asked Claude to go to our website and create a brand kit for me. I use Cloud. Co work for that. It save that brand kit and then I use this prompt. I combined it with that brand kit so he knows our logos and things like that. And I give it a file that is our logo. So he has all of that. So now It could create an on brand presentation. Let me show you what the result of that looks like. My prompt is going to be really simple because it knows that I want one idea per slide. All those type of details, our brand kit, our logo, all that is already part of the skill. So I said turn this rough outline into a finished presentation. In this case, I'm actually going to bring the skill in manually because I actually created this multiple different times. And this is the one I have for this specific brand here. And as you could see, this presentation knows our brand logo here. It knows our brand colors here. It also followed my specific instructions to have one idea per slide really clean here. And you could make this look any way you want. The one other thing you could do is when you build these, upload an existing presentation that you made yourself and it will be able to replicate that really, really closely. Now if you have any competitors, this competitor tear down skill is really useful because you could tell it to go look at a specific competitor website and give you an actual plan, right? A lot of times you may look at a website but you don't have really any clear takeaways on exactly what to do. Well, this kind of helps you do exactly that. So you can build a skill with a prompt that will create a Structure tear down of a competitor. And in this case, he gave me a super comprehensive breakdown of just a couple of brands that I give it here, but really useful and it's in a word DOC here so it's fully shareable and editable. Now this next one here is if you make any type of YouTube videos because if you know anything about YouTube videos, really one of the main important parts of a YouTube video is the packaging of it. That's your title, your description, your thumbnails. Well this skill teaches exactly how you want those to be created. So then it could do it every single time, right? And I have a really simple prompt for this one but every time now I give it a video transcript. Once the skill is saved to my account, it knows to give me exactly the type of title and the type of description that I'm looking for. So then it's just simple copy and paste from there. So and once that skill is saved, all I have to say is build a full YouTube publishing package from the transcript and I copy and paste the transcript. The nice thing is YouTube transcribes the videos as you're uploading the video so you could do the title and all the packaging after the transcription is autocomplete. So I got that from my YouTube channel here. Now you give me a bunch of different titles. This is the one I actually ended Up going with for that specific video. But the Claud features nobody's talking about is also a really useful one. It gave me the description I could copy and paste from here. Okay, this last one here comes in really handy. Even though Claude is getting better and better with memory, this one is a skill to help with its long term memory, especially if you use projects. Projects have their own contain memory. What this skill does is it creates another file dedicated to memory and then as you have a longer conversation, sometimes you forget what you said earlier. Well, this keeps saving things to this file here with this skill. This one I obviously can't show you here but just copy and paste the prompt or pause it here to read the prompt to tell it to create a file to retain more information for specific projects. Claude has actually turned into the ultimate AI super app. But most people are still just using Claude Chat. But you have Claude. Co work, you have Claude code dispatch, artifacts, projects. There's a whole lot to Claude that most people are not using. And it's now under one app. So in this one video, I want to show you 12 really useful and practical ways to use Claude like a pro. And for this entire video, I'm going to use the Claude Desktop app. If you go to Claude dot com slash downloads, you could download it for Mac or Windows or Linux. I'm going to start with one of my favorite all time Claude updates. This is called Claude. Co work. This one will actually do the work for you and it's multi step work. It's not just giving it a prompt and getting some kind of output. This will do entire real projects for you. I use this one more than anything else inside of Claude. Now with Claude. Co work and this desktop app, it has access to files on your computer. You have to give it permission, but you could just point it right here and pick a folder or a project in your computer. So I'm going to choose a folder here. And my folder has set up customer interviews that I have in text format. And with my prompt, I'm going to ask it to go through all my customer interviews in this Folder, pull out the top themes and complaints and write a summary report and turn the key findings into a short slide deck I could share with my team here. And you also have this option right here. This is an approval process so you can manually approve you could automatically approve or you could just let it do its work and skip all the approval process. If you're new this is probably a safer option but I've used it quite a bit here and I limited just to that folder right now so I'm gonna use this option. So he went through all these text interviews here and he created this DOC right inside of the same folder and it's everything I asked for in my prompt and he also created this Powerpoint presentation right over here. So this is a multi slide presentation that I could share with my team and you could use what are called claw skills to actually get the exact type of layout you wanna get out of these slideshows but I'll explain that in a follow up tip. Okay, the next one I wanna show you sounds like it's made for developers and programmers but it's actually not. This is called Cloud Code and with this one you could create websites, you could create apps you could create tools for your business and you don't have to write any code at all this will write the code for you and you just have To start with a simple prompt so for this one I asked it to build me a simple web tool where I could paste a list of leads and he sourced them by priority and flags the hot ones and make it clean and easy to use and in a few minutes it created this little mini app for me that I could use for this very specific purpose that I had right? I'm not gonna go find a tool on the web that does exactly this and I could with a follow up really keep tweaking this one but right here I could just upload a CSV file and just like that everything is uploaded it gave me a lead score it told me what's hot, what's cold and I could see all the details right here in just one click now for this next one I just need to use the Claude app you could build apps inside of Claude Chat that you could share with anyone in one click and it's just a regular chat here it does it through something called artifacts so if I go over here there's a whole section for artifacts where you could create new artifacts and you could just create them with chat and there are some you could create with co work and they have a lot of different examples but if I just create it with chat here it's gonna ask me what kind I wanna build or I Could say start from scratch here and then just type in a simple prompt here to build mine. And I use a really simple prompt, build me an interactive tool where customers type in their goal and it gives them a personalized plan back and use AI. So the answer is custom. So this is going to be an AI powered app right inside of Claude chat. And I'll show you exactly how to share it. Okay, here is our little mini app that we made right inside of Claude. And anyone can type in a prompt here. They could give it the time frame and then press build my plan. And just like that is created a step by step plan here with timelines for each section is created a checklist. You could copy the plan, create another one. And what's nice about this is you could publish these. So if you just publish these, it creates a link like this. And then anyone that gets that link could come to this website and use this little mini app that you made. So you could use it for internal tools, you could share it this way. And what's nice about it is they could press customize and it creates a copy in their own accounts and they could build on this app. So it's just a baseline and they could customize it as much as they want to. And I have 9 more tips for you plus I have A resource that I put together with my team. If you really want to take claw to the next level, this is really the complete guide to AI, especially if you use Claude for work and it has entire sections here that are a lot more details than what I'm covering in this video. So it has a whole section on Claude projects, probably one of my favorite things to use inside of Claude and each sections comes with complete prompts that you could copy and paste that are very detailed and fully tested. The artifact option that I just showed you, for example, has an entire section dedicated to it and it has all kinds of different things you could actually build with Claude artifacts like interactive dashboards and things like that. And again, it's completely free to access. I'll put a link in the description to it. Let's jump into tip number four. With tip No. 4, you could actually design entire pages with something called Claude Design and you'll see that right down here if you click on it, it actually takes you technically to another place called Claude Design, but it's going to use Claude behind the scenes here. And for this one, I'm gonna actually design a landing page for my website with some messy notes I have here. And the nice thing is with Cloud Design, you could create your own design system too. So we've created one that has our brand guidelines here. Our colors, our fonts. And you could also create all kinds of different things. In this case, I'm going to build a website or a landing page where you could create slides. All my presentations are actually made with this. Now you could create animations, even video animations, prototypes. But in this example, I'll show you this. I do have an entirely dedicated Claud design video on this channel too. And in just about 1 minute, it created this nice looking landing page for us here. And it has all the different sections from just my messy notes that I gave it. And he brought in our brand colors. He also brought in our logo. With a follow up. I could ask it to double the size of the logo. And you could also edit manually by selecting different parts of it like this. And this is easily integrated with Claude code. So if you then want to turn this into a website, you can. But it's really nice to be able to have a dedicated design space to get things exactly like you want and then take it to the next step with Claude code. Next I want to show you how to run your spreadsheets with Claude with Excel. So this actually has a really good way to interact with spreadsheets and Excel documents. And I'm going to ask it to clean up this sheet to fix any broken formulas. Build me a summary tab that shows my Monthly revenue and my top customer. And just like that, we got the Excel sheet. He gave that summary page with what I asked for, everything that he did here. He also gave me a recap. And then on top of that, you can also use Excel Powerpoint Word and outlook with clawed directly in those apps. You just have to install them. And just like that, you get this little cloud icon inside of here and you could use cloud just like this with the same prompt without ever leaving Excel. Now what about making presentations? Well, you could do that inside a cloud chat. You could do that inside a co work and you could do that inside of cloud design. In this case, I'll just show you the version in cloud chat here. In this case, I want to turn an outline into a client pitch here and I want to keep the text really tight. I want one idea per slide and I want to make it very professional. And just like that, we got ourselves a really nice looking Powerpoint presentation here and you could export it as a PDF here. You could also go ahead and publish this as an artifact too and share it as a web link as well. And if you want, you could just ask it to give it to you as a Powerpoint if you prefer to open this up in Powerpoint too. But the only thing is this. Doesn't actually look on brand what if I wanna create Powerpoints but every time I create them I wanted to look exactly the same way well you could do that with something called skills I'll show you that with our next tip tip No. 7 is Claud Skills and you're gonna teach Claud your brand once and then use it every single time with skills now skills come into play with the slash command on your keyboard and it will be able to pull in any of these skills you've built before and I have one here called on brand and this will create on brand presentations here and if you go to the customized tab this is actually how you could build these skills so you could click add, you could create with Claude it'll just ask you a bunch of questions to create them you could write your own skills here and you could upload them if you find them elsewhere and I have a dedicated video all about building these skills from scratch on this channel as well okay, the same exact prompt but now we got a different slideshow with all our branding, our logo, our colors, our style and everything was done because it read that skill first and then it created it so this way you could get consistent slide shows, consistent presentations every single time that follows your brand guidelines okay, the next one gives Claude a lot of context about what's going On in your work and your world okay, so with projects we're going to give Claude a dedicated space so that way all your files and instructions are in one place and then we're going to add what I call connectors with connectors it can plug into your Google Drive and Gmail and Slack and pull everything in your world into one place now projects work both in chat and they also work in your co work too so with co work they could actually become a folder on your computer and also become your project so you could create new projects like that. I always recommend you do that when you're using co work. With chat you could just go to the left panel here and you could start a new project from here and name that project and then it keeps things nice and organized within a project so I'm gonna name this one client monthly updates I'll create the projects projects have a lot of different pieces to them they have their own instructions so you could actually get a project to behave a certain way they have their own context and their own memory you could even schedule things but for this one I'll just do a chat here and I'm gonna paste a prompt to use the files in this project and my drive to draft a monthly update now this project still doesn't have those files so I have to give it that inside of The context if I press the plus sign uploading it is one way so I'll upload a few files another way you could do it is with Google Drive which you see down here and I added that through a connector to access that actually while this is working I'll go to the customized tab here and your connectors are gonna show up here on the left panel right under skills here so if I go to the connector section you could add any connector and there are a ton of different connectors so a lot of the different apps you already use you could see Google Drive is the most popular, Gmail is No. 2, Canva is number four so any of them that you use already you probably will have an option to connect to just go to the permissions and I'll be able to pull context into the chat for you and you could see when it's going to work here it's going to have the context in that project which are the files I give it but it's also searching Google Drive on top of that in this case because that's what I give it access to and here's the updates that I asked for it drafted two different options for me I could open up email directly from here but remember it has my context that's the most important part so you have projects, you keep everything nice and organized every new chat about this goes into that Project and then on top of that you have connectors for better context. Now for this next one I want to show you how to catch mistakes hidden inside of long documents. A lot of times I analyze things with Claude and those typically are giant documents with lots of different pages. Sometimes it could be 100 page report but this prompt actually has saved me a ton of different times from making a mistake. The prompt basically says to read the report and find any contradictions here and check the numbers if they don't add up and where a claim changes between the different sections. So I'm going to upload a document here and this is the type of output you get with that prompt. In this case it decided to create this entire dashboard, analyze this annual business review here and it gave me all these different things that I should pay attention to and I could filter them. It's very, very useful especially if use claw to analyze any type of documents. Okay, this one actually goes and does stuff on the web for you. It will click around Chrome and it's a browser agent. So let me show you exactly how this works. This will also be able to go to different forms and fill them out for you and pull in the information and you could watch it or you could just let it go in the background. Now in order to use this one, You just have to get the Chrome extension, which looks like this here. And then you could paste your prompt over here and then you could change your permission. So act without asking or act with asking here. And now I'm hands off and this is literally doing the tasks for me. I could ask it to notify me when it's done, but I could also watch it and see what it's doing. You could see it's putting things into the search bar. It's really interesting. It's a little bit slow right now, but this is definitely the future of AI where you could actually do tasks on your computer. In this case, find me different things and fill out forms on Chrome. With this next one, I want to show you how to teach Claude your actual writing style and your actual voice with a simple prompt, but then you could save it as a skill. So the prompt basically says, here are three things I have written, learn my tone and from now on write everything in that tone. Okay, you could do this as a prompt, but you could also save it as a skill so it knows your voice and just give it three different writing samples. Now I just made a kind of a lazy writing sample prompt, but typically I would give it an entire long transcript or multiple different emails so it has a lot of context. But if you send this out, And then at the end of it, say, save this as my brand voice skill. Every time you write from this point forward, Claude is gonna sound a whole lot more like you. I'm going to show you something that ties all of this together because this could do work on your computer while you're away and you could direct it from your phone. This is called dispatch. If you go to this tab right here, make sure you keep it awake so I have it on all the time. And it also has computer use turned in. And then you could change your permission when it needs code. Now I'm gonna show you how to direct this from your phone because this is where you get the most out of it. You want to download the Claude app on your phone first, and then dispatch will work from that. And you could direct your computer to do things for you. Now on your phone, you have this dispatch over here. This brings you to dispatch. And then this is where you could direct the clod on the computer to go do things for you. And this ties back to our connector. So it has all the context that it needs. But I'm going to ask it to check my unread emails. You could ask it to check your Slack and your Google Calendar for meetings if you have all those connectors turned on and send me a briefing on Exactly what I need to do. And if I go back to the Claude desktop, you could see it's actually running that from the direction I gave it from my phone. So if you're on the train, for example, you let this go, it will do all the things that your cloud app has access to. It will have access to your desktop app on the cloud website. In this case, I have to allow this session. I don't have that permission turned on. And it will give me a complete briefing. And in a couple minutes, I got my answer right here directly from my email. Again, you could set this to be a recurring task. And you could do this with much longer tasks that could run on your computer for hours while you're away. And that free resource I mentioned earlier, that has a lot more stuff about Claude, including prompts you could copy and paste. So I recommend you definitely check out that resource as well. ChatGPT just introduced one of the biggest updates it's ever had. Is called ChatGPT Work. And it introduced that along with three new models. One is called soul, one is called Terra, one is called Luna. I'm gonna show you how to combine ChatGPT work with the best models. I have five different prompts that I don't wanna show you. But first, let me show you exactly what's new with this update. The first thing we have is ChatGPT work. That's what I'm gonna focus on mainly for this video. And this is an AI agent that could go complete tasks for you. So it takes you away from just basic chat inside of ChatGPT, or creating things inside of chat, to be able to do a whole lot more. And it could access your computer files too, automatically. I'll show you how this works. And we have ChatGPT 5.6. We have three new models available. Soul, Terra and Luna. Now, they're available in different plans. I'll mention pricing and different plans in a bit. And we have a brand new ChatGPT desktop app. So this is gonna give you the ChatGPT experience with chat. It's gonna give you the new ChatGPT work and the codex here. Now, ChatGPT work, what it does is it actually thinks in the background based on your prompt. It gets all the context that it needs and it actually hands over a finished task for you. So that's what I'm gonna show you with The five examples I have for this video, and the different types of things that it can create based on your prompt is it could create entire reports, memos, and drafts. It's really good at creating spreadsheets and taking care of a lot of manual things if you work with any type of data. It's really great at presentations. And it could also create web apps. And now it could actually have hosted sites that you could share a link to. A very big update. Now, there's three different models that I mentioned that came out with this, and they specifically are designed to work with ChatGPT work. Soul is the most capable model, then you have a more balanced model called Terra. And then Luna is the fastest model, but the least capable in this lineup. And if you have to choose between the different ones, the soul model, you're gonna want to use it anytime you do any type of coding, typically more complex coding. If you need type of deep reasoning here, and I'll show you the different capability as far as how long it thinks to give you an answer, it has some settings for that. The Terra model is gonna be basically your general everyday model here. Again, it's gonna be less expensive, it's gonna take up less credits here. And then Luna, I typically when I use AI, don't usually use the least capable model, but if you really need something for fast replies, Here, this is a good low cost model for those of you that are gonna build with this and use the API. These are the costs here. So so again the most expensive here. For input and output tokens, Terra is the default at half the price. And then this is the cheap quick model here that's available. Again, this is for API use. I'll explain what happens with your regular ChatGPT account here. If you have a regular free account or a go account, it will use Terra automatically. That's the default model. Again, that's the replacement for the regular ChatGPT 5.5 model. And then if you have a paid version, any of the paid version, you could choose between the different models. So for my examples with ChatGPT work, I'm gonna actually decide if I'm gonna use soul? What kind of thinking capability within soul? I'll explain all that in a bit. Or Tara. Here, and this one also includes the ChatGPT work that I'm gonna focus on for this video. So you do need a paid plan to use ChatGPT work and these better models like soul now the Mac and Windows app also have the same tiers available. The desktop app. The one thing is gonna give you that you can't do on the ChatGPT website is given an access to folders on your computer so it create files on those folders. Otherwise you could still use work inside of the ChatGPT website, which is what I'm going to show you next now, just so you see a comparison if you are a regular ChatGPT user and if you never use Claude. Claude, which is the biggest competitor to ChatGPT, has something called Claude Co work, which is very much similar to what I'm about to show you with ChatGPT work. So I made that other slideshow I just showed you with Claude. This is created with ChatGPT. Same type of slide, same exact prompt here. It took 15 minutes, by the way, to create this. And I asked for an update here to make some changes, and it did. So I thought this had more details here, but almost too much text for a presentation like this. But he did a pretty good job. Okay, so to access ChatGPT work, you could do it on the ChatGPT website. Is coming out right now as I'm recording this. And it's a tab right here. So you have ChatGPT, that's your regular chat as always. Then you have this new work tab that's gonna hand over finish work for you. If you use it on the website, it's gonna create those files and it's gonna give you a link to download it. It also has hosted sites where you will get a link to share a website. I'll show you that as well in couple of the examples I have. And on top of that, you have different models that you could select from. So the different Models are as I mentioned, Soul, Terra, and Luna. For most of the things related to work I will use soul. For couple of them I would drop it down to Terra. Why wouldn't you use the best model all the time? Well, even inside of the ChatGPT website, depending on what plan you have, it will use up credits and you may hit a wall and it's gonna tell you you'll have to upgrade or you don't have any more credits and you have to wait. That's why you don't wanna always use the very best model with the best effort. The effort also could be changed depending on what model you choose. So for the very best the hardest tasks you have, you could choose soul with max reasoning effort and you could also change the speed here to the fastest. That's gonna really eat up your credit, so I don't recommend it for everything, but that's the best available combination right now. Instead of ChatGPT for everyday tasks you may wanna just choose tarot here with high reasoning effort. This is pretty much for most things, and then for soul I would also switch it sometimes to medium and high. I'll show you with some examples. I have five different examples that I want to walk you through. And I also have a free resource for you specifically for ChatGPT users. It's called 5 Essential Resources for using ChatGPT at work. It's actually a really comprehensive bundle That has all kinds of different use cases for ChatGPT with ton of different prompts. In fact, over 100 different prompts included here. So I no longer do sponsorships on this channel. All I do is find a resource or create a resource for you and then I share that based on the type of videos you're watching. So this is actually a perfect fit for ChatGPT work with the new models because this is going to give you everything you need to get the most out of ChatGPT, and it covers pretty much every business use case. So it has a whole section for sales and marketing, a section for customer support, for project management, and one of my favorite parts is this section right here. 100 ways to use ChatGPT today. So it has a bunch of project based workflows with prompts included that you could simply copy and paste or store for yourself for later use. And with this you'll get the most out of ChatGPT work because now you could hand over finished files for you and you'll see those in my examples. I'll put a link in the description. This is completely free to access. Now for this prompt, it's gonna analyze every file that I upload to it. If you do this on the desktop, you could just give it access to the files on the folder. So say analyze every file in the folder and then press the plus sign and give it Access to that folder. And I'm gonna ask it to validate the data, clean the data, do the audit for the data, and then publish a website here, a dashboard, and include the data with the regions. And for this one, the one trick that I found, and I had a little bit of early access, so I've been using it more than most people here. If you choose a prompt like this, you could start a chat with ChatGPT and ask it which model it would recommend. So every prompt, I did that, and then I chose the model based on that. So in this case, based on this prompt and based on this data, it told me to use the ChatGPT 5.6 Soul model. And I wouldn't do this every single time. I'm just trying to get a gauge of what is recommended every single time. So instead of using max all the time and then sold all the time and running out, I'm gonna just take its recommendation here. So I'm gonna go ahead and send this out. And before I do that, the other thing I wanted to show you is you could actually choose a project and create a project. This one on the website is just gonna create a ChatGPT project on your desktop. You could also create a folder, so all those files could be dropped into that folder. And creates new files in that folder, too. And you could also give it Access to plugins. And plugins are gonna be the context for your business, for your company. So over here you could see I have some draft examples here for Gmail. Is because it read my actual Gmail, and it found out the couple of things that I need to follow up with. And by the way, inside of work here, you'll see this little new panel here. So it's gonna show all your outputs over here. That includes any files it creates, any sites that is gonna create here. And it's gonna have any sources. That's your input that I give it. In this case, I give it to. Okay, so this one took about 15 minutes here, and it actually creates a website for you. So before, you used to create something in canvas mode, that kind of look like this, but now you could press open, and this is a hosted website. So it creates a URL, and it's at dot site. And it has all kinds of different filters here. Really easy to share something. That looks much, much nicer now. The site option was part of ChatGPT Codex. It was available in the desktop app, but now as part of work, this makes it so much better. And they're hosted, meaning you just share this link with anyone, and they could see exactly what you've created here. And this was just the first draft. For this next example, I'm gonna show you how to create a Trip planner and actually create a hosted site that you could share. So this is perfect for work, it's perfect for personal. So I uploaded four different files and I asked it to build a mobile first hosted trip hub with a day to day itinerary here. And I gave it everything that I was looking to have included. And for this one, ChatGPT told me to use Tara instead of soul at medium reasoning effort. So I'll send this out. This one is done. And he did something really interesting that I really like. I haven't seen anything else do this before. It asked me which direction I wanted to go with this website here that I'm creating and it gave me three different option. I chose this one here. And this is the desktop version of it here. And I think it's done a really good job. It included everything that I was looking for, including a budget. And if I go ahead and shrink this down just to show you the mobile version, the mobile version also looks really, really solid here. Which is initially what I had asked for for a mobile version with a site that I could share with my family here with this made up plan. Okay. For this next example, I actually want to create a Powerpoint presentation here. And what I did was I gave it a previous Powerpoint presentation here because I haven't build a skill for it. Anything like That, but I wanted to follow what this Powerpoint presentation looks like. I gave it a CSV spreadsheet with all the data here, and he told me to use the best combination possible. 5.6 Sol with max reasoning effort. Okay, here is our presentation here. And it decided to do a 11 slide presentation. I asked for a 10 to 12 slide presentation. It included all the information we were looking for. And as far as design, here, I actually downloaded it as a Powerpoint, and here is the Powerpoint, and it actually looks exactly like the demo Powerpoint I gave it. This is actually the demo Powerpoint that I give it. To find a style and replicate that style. And it was right on there. Now the next one is to create an entire marketing plan. This is probably the most impressive because it will create all the different pieces at one go. The agent will just do them in step by step. So create a launch strategy here. 10 slide presentation, 5 email sequence, 12 social posts, and 3 add concepts. All of this right here, just with this prompt. And this one, I'm going to use 5.6 soul with extra high. This one also told me to use Max, but I don't want to run out of credits for this demo, so I'll just use the one just under that. This one took 33 minutes. So when you do change your reasoning effort to be extra high, Or max. It will take quite a long time. And my prompt included a lot of asks. Right, so let me show you the website first. It's based on some information I gave it, obviously. So it took the sources. So I give a customer feedback guidelines on the brand here, product brief. And it created this really nice looking website that also looks great on mobile. It created a launch strategy DOC here. So this is our 30 day launch plan. And I have been using Claude for this. I've already been using ChatGPT to some extent for this. But remember, this does it all in one go, using this combination of work and these much better models. So the output, the actual information is far more useful to you. And then you have your presentation here. Again, it followed the brand guidelines. It looks just like the website here. And it's pretty comprehensive. It has 10 slides here. And then we got our campaign kit. So this has our emails, our social media post. Really, really comprehensive here. Okay, here's one of my favorite use cases, because it's gonna actually use plugins and create an entire command center. So it says, review my inbox, my calendar, anything else, slack here. And then create a one page command center for me that includes my priorities, anything that's urgent. I'm actually going to use the Luna model and at max reasoning effort, just to show you kind of what that Does. And this is just for this demo here. So I could actually show you the result. And not just pulling directly from my plugins, but typically it will already use your Google Calendar, it will use your inbox, and it will use your Slack. You don't have to. These. Have these exported. That's the only reason I added this export here. Okay, here is our one page command center for the day. The top priorities, anything that's urgent here. Any decisions we need to make. And I could just download this. This is just a PDF that I created. And it also gave me a follow up prompt here to connect my Gmail and Slack and all my actual apps here. And then we run this prompt with a new work chat. So it could pull directly from not my example files for this example, but from my actual sources. So that's when it becomes obviously much more relevant. Is combining those connectors or those plugins with this prompt here. With ChatGPT work. And you could do this on the desktop, you could do this right here on the web. Here. And I think this is one of the best ways to use it. To just get all your context for the day and get a one page report on exactly what needs to happen that day. And I want to combine this with Claude Co work, the competitor to ChatGPT work, which has been my go to app For a while now I want to do side by side comparison with the same prompt, same reasoning effort and see how much credit he uses, what the output ends up looking like, how accurate it is. One wrong step and reality tears and you wake on damp carpet in the endless yellow maze of the backrooms where something is already moving. So grab whatever supplies you find because survival starts right now. Anthropic has just relaunched Claude Fable 5, the Claude model that completely crushed the competition. And to take advantage of that power, we're gonna use it to start a faceless YouTube channel in just 30 minutes. The channels you're seeing on screen are estimated to be generating up to $76,000 a month. And today we're going to try to build something similar, but with the help of Claude Fable 5. I'll show you the whole process step by step. For this example, I want the channel niche to be the backrooms. The recent movie and game releases have pushed attention back into the niche and the topic is getting a lot of views right now, but you can choose any niche you want or even use Claude to give you the strongest ideas before you start. And if tomorrow I find a better model or a better way to do this, I'll test it too. So subscribe and leave a like so you don't miss it. To start, we need access to Claude. Search for Claude in your browser, click this option and sign in. Then in the model selector, choose the new Claude Fable five. Once we have it selected, we're going to paste this prompt. I've built this prompt with a very Precise setup for this Claude model so it can create a video with the highest chance of performing well. At the very top you'll see this section where we write what we want the video to be about. In my case, I'm going to write the backrooms, but you can write any topic you want. I'll leave these prompts and all the links for the tools I'm using today plus free text and image AI tools you can use on my website. In the description, I'll show you exactly where to find everything. At the end of the video, when you send the prompt, Claude will start researching and reasoning across the web. It may ask for permission to investigate certain places and when that happens, just click allow. This can take a little while but it is completely worth it. It is building a video structure that could normally take days of work and you can leave it running in the background while you do something else. A few minutes later, we'll have the full structure of the video. Don't feel overwhelmed by the amount of information because this is mainly so Claude has all the context it needs. Claude is going to handle the creation process for us. You can read through it quickly to understand what the video will talk about and if there is anything you don't like, ask it to change it before moving forward. Now for this model to create images and videos, we Need to connect it to another tool. I researched the best options and the strongest setup I found is Seedance 2.0 for video and GPT Image 2 for images. To connect them, go to the menu on the left and click customize. Then click connectors. Click the plus icon at the top and choose Add Custom Connector for the name, write Higgs field. And for this next field, we need to go to the Higgs Field website. I'll leave the link in the description and in the pinned comment. This is where we're going to use some of the best AI models for video, images, audio and a lot more in one place. At the top menu, click MCP and CLI. Then click MCP. Here we can choose the tool we're going to use. In my case, I'm using Claude. So I'm going to copy this code. Now go back to the previous section, paste the code into this field and click connect. When this window appears, click allow. With that, we don't need to configure anything else. Now go back to the claw chat from before and with this second prompt, ask it to start creating the video. Tell it to use Higgs field and tell it to use GPT image 2 as the image model. When you send it, Claude will start reasoning again and it will ask for permission to use Higgs field. Click allow and it will begin generating the images with the model we requested. A few seconds later, we'll have the images ready. These are the base images we're going to use to create our videos. Now Claude is going to help us turn each one of these images into 15 second clips with multiple scenes and dynamic camera changes so the video feels more intense and keeps people watching. For that, we need to add this next prompt. This prompt will analyze the images and return the video prompts that fit each situation best. Now copy each one of those prompts. In this case, we'll start with the first one. Go to the first image that was generated and click animate in model. Tell it to use Sea Dance 2.0. Then in the prompt box, paste the prompt we just copied. Claude already created this as the best option for animating that specific image so I'm gonna trust it and send it. The generation will start and a few minutes later, we have the first video. Before generating the next clips, we're going to use the Virality Predictor tool to check whether the video is strong enough. When the analysis finishes, it will give us an overall score. This is especially important for the first clips because those first seconds are what decide whether someone keeps watching or leaves. If everything looks good, copy the second prompt and add it to the second image. Remember to write the model you wanted to use, send it and repeat the same process as many times. As needed until all the clips are ready. Now we're going to add this next prompt. With this, Claude will review the videos it generated and check whether it needs to adjust any of the narrator audio lines that correspond to each clip. The useful part is that we have full control over what we're creating and the conversation already has all the context. So if we want, we can ask it to generate more images, improve the prompts, or create completely new video ideas from the same project. And this is where it gets more interesting. If the clips we just generated don't convince us, we can ask Claude to create new videos from scratch. We can tell it to analyze what we're trying to build and create one single trailer style video for the entire project without using any base images. Claude Fable 5 is extremely strong at creating video prompts. I'm going to put two videos on screen. The first one was generated without a fable 5 video prompt and this other one was made with a prompt created by fable 5. Honestly, there is no comparison. Claude is able to understand what we need for each moment and generate the right prompt for it. Let's say we need the thumbnail for this video. Instead of creating it myself or giving it a prompt written by me, that may not be good enough. I'm going to ask Claude to analyze all the content we've created and research Which thumbnails people usually click on in this niche? But I don't want it to stop there. I don't want just one thumbnail. I want it to generate several options, explain which one it thinks is the strongest and give me the finished thumbnail for the video. Now that we have the videos and the thumbnail, we only need to turn these text lines into audio. There are three options. The first one is recording the voiceover yourself, but since I know many of you don't want to use your own voice, the other two are inside Higsfield. Inside Higgs Field, we have audio models like 11 Labs where we can upload these text lines and turn them into audio. From there, we can choose from a wide voice catalog or clone a voice from someone we have permission to use. Once the audio files are ready, go to any video editor. I'm going to use CapCut, but you can use any editor you prefer. First, add the videos we created in order. Then underneath, add the audio that corresponds to each video. I also recommend checking the transitions and effects that do not have the diamond icon at the top because those can be used for free and they help give the video more movement and energy. And with that, our new video is ready. I gave ChatGPT a real task and he went and did the work for me. He opened a browser, he filled in all the forms for me. He did the whole thing. I also taught it a skill to know exactly what my brand is. And now it creates on brand images for me every single time. I give it a messy and confusing spreadsheet. And in a minute, it gave me an interactive dashboard with filters. And almost nobody's using ChatGPT like this. They're still using it like we're in 2023. But in this video, I want to show you 10 more advanced hacks that most people have no idea exist and you don't need any coding or technical skills to follow along. And I'm going to share a lot of these exact prompts that you could copy and paste into your chat GPT account. The first one I wanna show you is called ChatGPT skills. This is where you teach ChatGPT a repeatable task and it will remember that and bring that into the conversation anytime it needs that skill. This is going to totally elevate how you use ChatGPT. Now if you go to your settings here, you'll see skills right over here. And you could go ahead and create a new skill. Now there's a couple of different ways you could create skills here. One is you could create it with chat. So just have a back and forth conversation once you get to the final Result that you're happy with tell it to turn that into a skill you could also create with the skill editor this is gonna let you actually write the skill yourself which is not what I recommend and you could always get a skill from somewhere else and upload a skill to now in my case I'm going to start with this prompt to create a skill that knows my brand colors knows my brand font knows the logo here and then I'm gonna use it to create on brand images every single time so it's gonna remember this and I give it a little bit more context here okay so after a few minutes it's created what's called the skill package here for the Futurepedia brand with everything I asked it for it's a zip file that you could download and share if you want and then he asked me to install it and it's gonna install it to my chat GPT account and if I press try and chat this is gonna open up a chat with that skill like this and you could always go back to the skill section here and you could always bring a skill from here so and then you follow that up with your own prompt that I just typed I use my brand skills to make three add images for the new ChatGPT course that we have coming out and just like that it created three different on brand images so It has our brand colors, the buttons look like I want here. Now the skill is always saved now in my ChatGPT account. So every time I start, I don't have to give it a lot of information. I could just load that skill, tell it to go create and you'll follow those guidelines. Now the next one changes everything inside of ChatGPT because it's actually going to start working with your actual files and not just by uploading files to it. They have something called connectors and you could connect things like Gmail, Google Drive, your calendar, Slack and ton of more options here. So when I press the plus sign, you'll see other things that appear here and that's through connectors. Let me show you how they get brought in. You could go to the settings page here and you want to go to apps right here and you want to connect different apps that you actually already use and you'll be able to bring in information from that so you don't have to always figure out where that file is. So in my case, a lot of our files lives inside of Dropbox, some lives inside of Google Drive and some other ones live inside of notion. That covers pretty much everything we have digitally. But the other important things are your Google account that is associated with your work. So that is one I like to use for my Gmail emails and also my Google calendar where I Have all my information and to connect it you just click on it here and then you'll have an option here to connect so if I find one that I haven't connected by going to add more you'll see a huge list of different things so under future tab for example lovable is another app we use you just press connect here and then I'll be able to connect it via a couple of different prompts after that. Now I've already added my Google Drive so I'm gonna ask it to find my pricing sheet in my Google Drive but even if I forgot where I uploaded that, let's say it was inside a Dropbox I don't even have to mention my drive it will look inside of your Google Drive, your Dropbox and any other connector that he has access to and I'm going to go ahead and send this out and in just 16 seconds he found these files that I actually purposely made for this video and buried it randomly inside of my Google Drive which has hundreds and hundreds of different sheets and different docks and all kinds of different documents in it this is my actual Google Drive here and he found it he told me the latest version here and he told me the answer that I was looking for right over here and with a follow up I could turn it into anything else like in table format or even a dashboard the next one could actually record Real meetings for you and turn it into a proposal. Okay, and this one's actually built into the ChatGPT app that you could download. I have it here for the Mac. And you'll see this icon right over here. Actually, let me open a window like this so you can see it right in the center of the screen. This icon is a record icon. So when you hit this icon right here, it records everything that is being said. It transcribes it live. And when you stop it, it will give you a clean summary. And it looks something like this. This is a demo I created just for this video. But it typically will transcribe every single word and turn it into something that already gets dropped into chat. In this case, I uploaded it to chat. And then my follow up prompt is going to be turn this recording into a follow up proposal for the client and separate tasks for my team, group them by the owner for each task. Now here's my text proposal here. It has the different phases and I actually asked it for the internal team list. So it's giving me the breakdown of all the different owners for it and a step by step on what needs to happen for each of these tasks. And by the way, my team put together an entire free resource for this video. This is going to really take your chat GPT skills to the Next level, not only does it include hacks like some of the ones I included in this video, it also has a full guide of hundred different ways and prompts to get the most out of ChatGPT included it has a decision flow chart so you know exactly when to use it. Next I want to show you how to see everything that ChatGPT secretly knows about you because it has memory and over time it quietly builds a profile on you so it could use it to give you better answers right? But most people don't even know that exists or have no idea where to find it so I want to show you exactly where that is. If you go to the settings page here one more time and go to personalization here you'll see this option right here called Memory Summary view a brief overview of what Chat GPT has Learned about you and you could also see some of it over here but if you press manage it will generate something like this for you and through a chat conversation you could make updates to it you don't have to go back inside of your ChatGPT accounts and tell it To remember new things about you or to make any kind of changes here you could just type that in over here and make sure this memory summary as as complete as it can be if you do go to save memories here this is another place that has ton of different memories about you that you could individually turn off by deleting them and then you could ask ChatGPT to remember new things about you for example the next ChatGPT hack I wanna show you is how to actually wire or connect a ChatGPT project to a live Slack or your Google Drive so what you could do here is you could create a new project I'm gonna call this live connector and by the way as part of the project settings you do have the settings that a lot of people overlook here but if you want to contain the project to have its own memory and not just look at everything inside of your chat GPT account you could do a project only memory so the project doesn't get confused with other things and remain self contained in this case that's not what I need so I'm going to create this project from here so now if I go to sources here I could add a source and my source can actually be a Google Drive or a Slack link that creates that live connection here so I don't have to always upload new files to get up to Date information or don't have to worry about any type of weird connection happening between the connectors that I showed you. This is specifically for projects. So with that project, I just have to go to Google Drive and then you paste a URL to a specific folder typically. So then anything new that happens in that folder, well, that's contained to that project, right? Then in addition to that, you could go ahead and set a project setting here. And projects have their own instructions, right? So I could, for example, type in something like this. You are my account manager for whatever client I'm making this project for. And then I give it very specific things to remember about this project. Always treat the files in this project as the source of truth and ask me before assuming anything you cannot find. Now this is one of my all time favorites to use Chat, GPT and any other AI model. But this turns a messy spreadsheet into a real analysis and something I could easily present. So I asked it to turn the spreadsheet into a visual dashboard, clean the data first if needed. And then I asked it very specific things to include like top performers or worst performers. And I told it to make it visual and easy to read. Now I'll show you a couple of different results. The first version he gave me is he actually created a dashboard here, but it's an Excel dashboard Which actually looks great. It's downloadable. And next, I asked you to make an interactive dashboard inside of ChatGPT as a follow up. Let me show you what that looks like. And here's the interactive dashboard that is created for us. It's even created filters here so we could dig into the data in a lot easier way than just looking at a CSV or a Excel sheet. So I typically like these a lot better than the dashboards that get created in an Excel sheet. Now for this next one, I want to show you the best combination of intelligence and models when you're using ChatGPT to get the very best results. So if you press slash here, it gives you a lot of different options here. One is you could change the model, you could change the intelligence. Another way to do it is you could just go over here and go to the configure tab. So I want to point out a couple of things. One is which model do you use? Well, I would always use whatever is on top just for about every task. Then you have instant thinking and pro for almost everyone. I would recommend the thinking model at all times. If you want a quick answer, the instant one is fine. But just about everything you using ChatGPT for. This one makes the most sense. The Pro model is really if you're doing scientific and more research grade tasks here. And then I would also change the thinking effort from standard to extended. So this gives you the best combination, the best model, the thinking intelligence level here and the extended effort. Now I want to show you how to put things in a schedule. So it runs in the background. This is called chat GPT tasks. And the way it works is you give it a prompt like this. So every morning at 7 or whatever time you want, check the latest news, price changes, product updates, partnerships for my competitors. You could do this for newsletters. You could do this for anything where you want a daily or weekly or monthly update here. And then tell it specifically what to include and what to keep out. And I'm going to go ahead and send this out. And this creates what's called a schedule task. You could get notified too on your desktop. And if you want to make any edits to it, if you click on it, it's going to tell you what the prompt is for it, the frequency time. And if you want it to expire at some point, you could set that as well. Next I want to show you how to make on brand visuals for marketing. For example. This you could do in seconds. And it's one of my favorite chat GPT options because right now ChatGPT has the very best image model available. And I have a product photo here and I said put It in a clean studio background then make 3 more versions in different lifestyle settings for ads and keep them looking identical the product itself and just like that it created four different images here and you could also press edit here and describe any type of edits that you want. You could also change the aspect ratio directly from here. And then nice thing is with a follow up prompt I could ask it to put it on a cover of a magazine for example and I could ask it to color it in my brand and it followed the exact brand color here for this cover. Okay, I saved the most impressive one for the last one where we are going to let an AI agent take over our screen and actually do a task for us. And you need the desktop app right now for this one. And if I press slash on my keyboard and type in agent, this is the agent mode get worked on for you. And my prompt is going to be to actually go to a website. This is a website where you could hire contractors. I wanted to find me the best bathroom remodelers and draft a message for each one. And these are very slow right now so this may take some time so definitely go do something else while this works for you. But let me just briefly show you what it does here when it gets to work. And then I'll show you the results here. Okay, it's partially done. So I want to show you exactly what it did. And I jump into the web version because you could actually watch the video of all the different things you had to do to get to this point. But if I go to my Thumbtack account, this is the project that it created. I did not create this. I've been off the computer this whole time. And if I click on it, it actually told me it couldn't save it as a draft. So it actually had to contact that person in order to finish the job because it just doesn't have a save draft option. This platform doesn't. And I looked at it, it looked right. It did all the things. It decided to fill in some things that I didn't even give it enough information on. And I think it did a pretty good job. And it's still going. So it's still going to take a little bit of while. So if you can let this run in the background, it's useful. If you're gonna watch it, it's gonna be 10 times slower than you are, but every time I've tried it, it keeps getting better and better. So definitely the way of the future. Claude skills are one of the most powerful AI capabilities that's available right now in 2026, and learning how to use them will completely change how you use Claude and the value you get out of Claude and also out of ChatGPT 2. But in this video I want to focus on Claude, and I want to show you exactly what Claude skills are, the best ways to create them yourself from scratch, and plenty of different examples that I want to share with you that you could copy and paste. I'll share the exact instructions that I used to create these skills, and I also want to mention how to use these skills in a safe way. A lot of the one that you create yourself are completely safe, but there are skills on the internet that you could download and they may have security issues, so I'll point that out at the end. So what exactly are Claud Skills? Well, I like to think of skills as a way to upgrade your Claude experience. They're basically a set of instructions that you create once, and then Claude remembers that skill forever and then pulls it in as it needs it. So instead of typing the same set of instruction or the same prompt in every new chat to tell Claude what he needs to know, skills allow Claude to dynamically load that skill at the right moment when he needs that expertise. Now what does a Claude skill Look like. Let me just show you inside, and then I'll break it down for you. So inside of the Claude app or the Claude website, I'm gonna go to the customize section here, and I'm gonna click on skills. And then you'll see different skills here that get loaded up. So they could be skills that you've created, and they have lots of templates. I'll show you in more detail in a second. But ultimately, this is a skill. This is the set of instruction that tells Claude how to do something very specifically. And all they are is what's called a markdown file. So the format for them is typically skill dot MD. MD is a text file that's known as a markdown file. And you don't really need to know much about it because we're gonna use something called a skill builder inside of Claude to create these. We don't have to type every single word in these set of instructions, but if you look at one skill, this is typically what they end up looking like, and then they will appear here in this page. Now, from this section, also, I could go to browse skills. This will show you a template set of skills that anthropic, the creator of Claude, have added to your Claude account. So you will already have the skills here that say, Anthropic Skill Creator is actually a skill to help you build skills, which we're gonna get into in a Second, brand guidelines is another useful one. Building web artifacts is another useful one. But I'm gonna show you a handful of skills that go beyond these that you could create yourself. But this is definitely a great place to start. And these default skills are already part of your cloud account. So if you press the settings icon right here, you'll see right on top is turned on. Now, if I disable it, it won't be able to use that in a claw chat. If I enable it, when you type in a prompt and Claude knows that skill can be beneficial, it will pull that into chat. You could always force it to be used, too. You could call that skill. But by default, you could have 50, 60, 70 skills turned on in the background, and Claude will use that. And it actually doesn't slow down or changes how you use Claude. It just initially loads a little tiny bit of data, and it knows that skill exists, and then it pulls in the full skill and the set of instructions, even if they're really heavy set of instructions where he actually needs it to complete a task. So it's really something that happens in the background. Okay, let me show you how to turn on skills, and then I'll go ahead and show you how to create them in the best way possible. But to turn it on, you just have to go to your settings. Icon here, and then you need to click on settings. They have a section right here called capabilities. And in order to use skills, you actually need to have something turned on, which is called code execution and file creation. This needs to be turned on in order for skills to work. Now, that may already be turned on if you already use Claude, but if it's not, make sure this is toggled onto blue. Next, let's create our very first skill. So I'm gonna go back to customize here, and I'll go to skill. And we could create our skill from here. So if you press the plus sign, browse skills. I already showed you that page. Those are skills available. A lot of them are created by anthropic. Create skills is how you can create a skill without knowing how to code or be a developer just with plain English. And you'll see there's multiple ways to create a skill. Writing a set of instructions is the one I don't recommend because you'll have to just type it out. You can do this with a back and forth conversation with Claude, but this is definitely the more difficult part. If I click on it, it basically gives you this blank canvas and a little bit of instructions on how to do it. Now, you could also upload a skill, because as I mentioned, there a dot MD file, basically a text file that you could download from somewhere. Else and upload. And there's marketplaces. There's all kinds of different ways you can get skills, but you got to be very careful on where to get skills. I'll talk about the safety of skills, but right now, let's go ahead and create with Claude. Now, this basically just loads in a prompt. Let's create a skill together using the Skill Creator skill. That's the one I mentioned that Anthropic has created. First, ask me what skill I should make. This creates just a back and forth conversation, and it interviews you to figure out exactly what you're looking to do. Just one question at a time. Right. And once you answer those clarifying question, you could go ahead and draft and test and then save that skill so it gets loaded into chat anytime it's needed. Now, just for this first skill, I'm gonna show you one of the most common skills you could build, which is something that could mimic your writing style for whatever you wanna do. Now, I would recommend creating different skills for different things you write. So one for email, for example, one for a sales letter, one for a newsletter. This one is going to be for my video scripts. And you basically just told me to upload text from one or two different scripts, so I'm gonna do that next. And then it typically asks a set of clarifying questions. So go through those, and after a couple of questions here, it Asked me to test it out, so I asked it to write a script about Claud Skills in my tone, and I think it did a fantastic job here. It actually had a better intro than, I think, what I had in this video. But this is ready to go ahead and download or just copy and paste from here. Or since you're inside of Claude, you could open this in your Google Drive, too. Now, the next thing you do is you tell it to save that skill here, and then it will show you the set of instructions that he wrote to create that skill, and then you could go ahead and press save that skill. Now, once this skill is saved, let me start a new chat here. It will automatically know to pull in that skill anytime I ask it to write a YouTube script in my tone of voice. But if I really wanted to have more control, I just type in slash, and I have one called YouTube Script Writer. It's gonna show you a preview of the set of instructions for that. And then I could ask it to write me a script. This script is now going to be written with this set of instruction that I just created with that skill. So this is the sure way to know that it's gonna use that skill when it's doing that task. Now, if you go back to that skill section under the customize Tab here. This is where you could turn it on and off if you want. You could always download it too if you wanted to share this skill with someone else. It simply downloads the marked down file here that you could share. You could go ahead and edit it anytime with Claude, or just edit it simply on your own and make any of the changes to the set of instructions. So it typically has a name, it has a description, and these are the set of instructions. And you could see they're quite long. But I didn't really do anything. I just copied and pasted couple of my YouTube scripts and it decided that this is the typical way I make YouTube scripts, and it created that skill based on that set of instructions. Next, I want to show you five different skills that I think you're going to find really practical. And I'm going to show you how to build each one, and I'll share a lot of these with you. Me and my team actually put together an entire resource just for this video, completely free. And it shows you everything that you need to know to get the most out of skills here inside a Claude. And by the way, chat GPT also uses skills. Any AI agent also uses skills. So skills go way beyond Claude. It's just one of the more useful things inside of Claude that I like to usually teach people And in the guide I also include the prompt I used in the video and some other ones. They both include the prompt that I used to build the skill. So what you give to Claude? Skill Builder. And I also included the skill dot MD 5 files. So if you want to use that text instead of building it, you could also do that. And he also has a lot of the things I covered in this video in text format if you prefer that as well. I'll put a link in the description. So you grab that resource. Now let me show you some of these examples. Now this first one I wanna show you here is called a deep research auditor. So this is gonna help us build that skill. So I just said use the skill creator to build me the skill. And it audits long form PDF reports for internal contradictions. So this is great for any type of research where you have it do all the work in let's say 100 page PDF that you upload to it. Right? So it's not just summarizing it, it's not doing things that you could do with Claude, it actually converts it entirely in a different way. So you could actually see all the different things, charts and things like that. And cross reference the data from Figure A to the claim in Figure B and find any type of contradictions. Now this time it gave me Save the skill by default. I didn't have to specifically ask for it, so I'm gonna go ahead and save that skill. But let me show you something about this skill. Because I did mention the skill is a dot MD file. That's a set of instructions. But sometimes skills are actually a lot more than that. So in this case it created a folder structure with different MD files too. So it goes beyond just creating a dot MD file. Skills dot MD file is created Python files, for example, in code. And you don't have to worry about all this. But it creates kind of a comprehensive package to make the skill work, because it does need quite a bit of data here for it to be able to do what I asked. Now this is how easy it is to use this skill. I don't even really have to type much of a prompt. But this time I will bring in that skill on purpose. I'll just put the slash and then bring in that skill. And then I'm gonna upload a PDF file that is going to follow the instructions of that skill. And here's the PDF that he needs to go ahead and analyze. I'll upload that. And that's the great part. I literally didn't even have to type out a prompt. This skill has the instructions, so it knows what to do with this PDF. And here's the result I got from analyzing that PDF with my skill. It's showing me all the findings. Sierra could see all of them based on high, medium, and low priority here. And it's very, very useful in this nice dashboard format here. These are called artifacts here on the right panel, and they're also downloadable as well. And you could always share these by publishing them and sharing your findings with any of your team members. Now, this one is called an interactive dashboard builder skill, and it's actually one of my favorite ways ever to use Claude. But now you could turn this into a skill. And I actually have a longer set of instructions for building this. As you can see, I'm not going to the skill builder. I'm just doing it right here inside of chat. I just say, use the skill creator to build the skill. Or you could just press the slash sign and bring in that skill. But this knows how to bring it in. This turns messy CSV into polish interactive dashboard. That artifact dashboard builder is already built in to Claude code, and it's already built in to your Claude website, too. So this is a really useful type of a prompt here. And then it'll take you to that interview format where he's gonna ask you some clarifying question. Now, in the document that I created with my team, I have all these first prompts included. So how to start building these and the exact instructions for the Skill, too. If you want to see how those are laid out, they're included with the examples. But I'll go ahead and show you this one here. I'm gonna jump into the results of this one. The interview questions are pretty straightforward. I'll show you what this one ends up looking like. And we got a couple more to build out to. Okay, our CSV dashboard is created. It will basically create these type of dashboards just from a simple CSV upload. So if I go back to a new chat, and if I bring that skill in this time, this way, and if I upload a CSV file, which looks like this now, just like that, I got myself an identical looking dashboard. Because in that skill, I told it specifically how I want a dashboard to look every single time. So if you start a new chat, you can turn things into a dashboard like this. But it's always gonna look different, right? This skill is gonna make it always look this way on brand in dark mode. And as always, you could go ahead and publish this artifact here and share it with anyone you want. This next one I called the Hyper Personalized Content Engine. So I showed you how I created YouTube scripts with it. Well, this one will create all kinds of different assets for me across all kinds of different formats. So a SEO blog post, for example, a LinkedIn post, a Twitter, Or X post. And I'm gonna upload a raw transcript of information here along with this to build the skill. So sometimes you can have a set of instructions, press the plus sign, add any file that needs to go with your instructions and build that skill that way. And our content engine is ready. turn 1 raw video scripts into a full week of ready to post content. That sounds like a real person, not AI. So let's go ahead and take this for a spin. Our content engine. I'm just gonna give it the transcript of my Claude for beginners video from YouTube. And there we have it. We have ourselves three different LinkedIn posts, four different LinkedIn posts. We got ourselves an entire Twitter thread here and an SEO optimized article about cloud features that I covered in that video. Now, obviously, I'm just going quickly through it, but if you take your time and you teach it the right writing style from your own examples and take your time to tweak it, these skills are the best ways I found to create content from your existing content. Now, I'm still gonna mention the security flaws and the marketplaces to get more skills. But right now I also wanna show you this last example. So this will create on brand presentations for you. The way it does that is you're gonna describe exactly what you want. Again, get this from my guide here and tweak It. But you have to also upload things along with it. So I give it our logo. For example, I gave it what a slideshow should look like. So I took one slide from a slideshow that I already made, and I also gave it this other dot MD file, which is our brand guideline. It looks like this. And again, I didn't create this one. This one Claude created for me. All I said was go to Wikipedia dot Io and create me a brand kit, and he created that, and then I uploaded that. So this was part of a different claw chat, but then I'm going to build the skill from that. So I'm going to let this go to work, and then I'll show you a presentation that it could create. The skill got created here, and this is an example of what the skill should look like based on some of the references and some of the design ideas that I gave it. So this is for cloud code. I asked it to create a presentation for cloth skills for beginners. And you could see how close is that to our template, using our brand logos, using our brand colors, using the exact style of how I want this presentation to go. And these are pdfs here, but let me go ahead and just present it in full screen. I mean, this is the exact type of presentation that that skill was designed. To make. Now every time I create a presentation, it's gonna look like this, which is a huge time saver. I don't have to have back and forth conversations. I just simply brought in that skill into chat and I said, create me a six page presentation on brand about Claud Skills for beginners. And I give it some context on what to include and it's pretty much right on. Now you could also Google Claude skills marketplaces. This is one that just popped up. I don't know it at all, but in this one, if you click on any of these skills here, you can download them. They download as a zip file or you could just copy the prompt here and install it. Now I should warn you, this is where the security flaws come into play. Because there's ton of marketplaces, is really hard to vet them. The ones I show you that you build yourself, well, you're in control. The one from anthropic in the beginning that I showed you, well, they're vetted by anthropic. These pretty much anyone could give to it. And they're set of instructions for claw. So I downloaded this one to show you what you get. You get this folder here. So the skill dot MD file is like this, but you should really read through it and make sure it's not telling the computer to do something that you don't want. Because sometimes, yes, they take place right inside a Chat, but this is also Claud code. It could write code, it could access files on your computer if it's in the instructions. Claud doesn't know that. It shouldn't do that if it doesn't seem like it's harmful and it might leak information you don't want that's sitting on your hard drive. So definitely read through this. I also recommend the same thing when you're using Claude, just to do the same thing with your prompt. Read through the prompt so it just doesn't go. Use up all kinds of different credits here and just follows the instructions. Sometimes these really long instructions do more than they need to to get an outcome for you. So read it, trim it, change it, and then you could use that skill. Let me know if you found this useful. This is ChatGPT Codex. Right now, it's one of the most powerful AI tools available. And I know it has the word code in it, and it did start as a coding app, but it could do a whole lot more now. And just about anyone watching this video is going to be able to use it. You don't actually need to know anything about coding in order to get a lot out of this app. So how is Codex different? Well, instead of just being a chatbot, Codex could actually do the work for you. It could handle knowledge work, and it could also do coding tasks at the same time in the same chat. And the unique thing about it is it works inside of folders on your own computer. And it could connect to the apps that you already use, like Gmail and Slack. And it could even take over your computer and do certain tasks inside of different apps. So in this video, I wanna show you exactly how it works. I wanna show you exactly how to set it up the right way, the app itself. And I wanna show you lots of different use cases that I have that is going to make it worth your time. And I'll include the prompts that I use as well. So the first thing is you need to download the Codex app right now. It's not included in the chat GPT experience on the web. Or if You have the ChatGPT app? Just go to this website link that I'll put below in the description. It's just on the ChatGPT dot com website. Now, I have a brand new install of Codex here. Once you install it, it may ask you some question to personalize the experience for you. And on the left panel here, it's gonna feel like ChatGPT a little bit. You could start a new chat from here. And there's some other things that we're gonna cover in this video, like sites and plugins and automations and projects here. And your recent chats will show up here. But let me show you the center of this for a second. Because what this does is actually uses the files on your computer and creates files on your computer. The best way to organize everything inside of Codex is something called project. So if you click this right here, you typically wanna start from scratch. So that allows you to create a folder on your own computer. Now, the way I like to work with it is I like to pretty much isolate everything I do inside of those projects and not really cross contaminate different project. It just keeps things a lot more organized as you use this more and more. So you'll press start from scratch right here and create your first project. Now, for this very first project, on our first demo, I'm gonna turn bunch of different receipts I have into a Really nice presentable Excel dashboard. So a lot of us have to do this to make expense reports, for example. So I'll start here. The few other things before we go on with this project is you'll see some few other settings that appear. One is says, work locally. So this is what I typically like to do. This works on your own computer, but you can actually connect this to Codex Web if you want to go beyond just working locally on your own computer. But that's kind of the power of it. I like to work this way. And then you'll see some other important options inside of the chat box right here. The first one is this one. That's really important to understand. So this is based on permissions that you're willing to give to Codex. Now, Codex is called an AI agent, so it will do things for you. Well, sometimes you want to make sure you kind of hold its hand, right? You don't want to give it free reign to do whatever it wants, because it does have access to folders on your computer, but that's only if you give it access. So let me show you how it works. So the way it goes to work right now is it only has access to that project or that folder that I created. It can't go beyond that right now. But it also, as it goes to work, it's gonna ask you for approval. Always when it's using external files, editing, or using the internet. You could ask it to approve for me. So this only ask for action that are potentially unsafe. I think this is great for most people. And then you could give it full access unrestricted access to the internet and any file on your computer. If you're watching a beginner's guide to Codex, I highly recommend you don't choose this one and choose this instead. On this side you could choose your chat GPT model that is driving this. Now I didn't mention this, but this codex is available for free. Everyone has access to it. But it is usage based. The more you use it, it's gonna use up credits and then at some point it's gonna give you a pop up that you ran out of credits and you need to pay more for a higher plan. Now the reasoning efforts the ChatGPT models if you don't know anything about that. Basically the higher the reasoning is. Right now 5.5 is the best model, but you know, new models come out all the time so that is gonna pick that for you by default. But the reasoning effort depends on how complex of a task you're doing. Typically I just have a set to high because extra high will use up a lot more credit. You could also alter the speed. So right now set to fast 1.5 the normal speed. But again, that's gonna use up More credit. So that is totally based on your plan, how much you're paying and how much you're gonna use. This if you want to keep things on the lower side, standard speed is good with high reasoning effort. And obviously you always want to use the very best ChatGPT model available, which is 5.5 for just about anything that you do. Now, when you do create those projects, they typically appear in your documents folder, and they look like this. They just look like a folder on your computer. Now, the next thing I did is I put these receipts here inside of this folder so it could access it. Now, remember, there was a permission where you could access your whole computer. Now, that's the ultimate superpower of this app. If you do give it that kind of permission, because you don't have to, then put those receipts into that folder, they could be scattered all over the place, and you could capture the different things it needs from those different folders, like your download folder or your desktop. But right now, I want to keep it self contained and organized, so I put everything manually into this folder. Now, I'm gonna ask you to read all the receipt images, pull out all the vendor names, dates, the total for each, and build me Excel sheets with a simple dashboard that shows me my spending by category here. Now, if you have it access your whole computer, you Have to tell us specifically where to look if you wanted to work faster. A lot of times, you bring down your usage by being very clear in your prompt. And by the way, if you press the plus sign here, you can add files and folders directly from here. And you still use the project folder to create things inside of that folder. And there's more things like plugins, which is access to different apps, that we're gonna get into in a second. Right now, I'm gonna go ahead and send out this prompt right here. Now, as you could see, Codex is gonna go to work. And you could kind of watch it work. Go through his thinking process. It creates steps for itself, so it's gotta go through these four steps here. So sometimes I just let this go, and I go on about doing something else on the web or just using ChatGPT for a different task. In just a couple minutes, it's created what we asked for. And it's asking me to open this in Excel. I actually created an Excel file. So I'm gonna press open in Excel, and here is our Excel file. So this is the dashboard he created, and here's the spreadsheet. So he pulled in exactly what I asked for. The vendor, the date, the total, the category, and it took about two minutes to do this. When I used to travel for work, I used to do this all The time manually. And it definitely took a whole lot longer than two minutes. And I actually never had the skills in Excel to make dashboards. I pretty much just was able to do something like this and then send it out. And if you go back to that folder here where we had our receipts, you'll see a new document was created called output. And then within that, you could see that Excel sheet that is created here. And you could see this dashboard was also saved as a PNG. Something I didn't ask for, but obviously really useful to have things like this. So that's a very basic example to show you how this Codex app actually works. And I have lots of different examples for you. And we're gonna also get into plugins, how memory works, and some more advanced things towards the end of the video. And my team and I put together a free guide just for this video, specially focused on getting the most out of Codex. It actually includes five copy and paste prompts for everyday business task. That includes things like creating entire briefs, data cleanup. That I'm showing you here, some of my prompts there, workflow audits. And you'll find the prompts really practical and easy to use, especially for Codex. I'll put a link in the description so you could access that guide completely for free. Now, actually, let me get into the memory explanation here on how this works. Because with Codex, you actually don't have to explain things over and over again. So they have some things called skills that we're gonna talk about in a bit. But it also has long term and short term memory that I want to explain here. So there is a file inside of Codex called agents dot MD. So think of this file as your onboarding document. If you were hiring a real assistant, right, you want to give him as much context as possible. So every time you start a new chat or create a new project, Codex could actually read that file first. So it already knows things about you, about who you are and things that you want to get done. Now, in this case, I'm going to create an agents dot MD file specifically for a project, and you could create a new project from here. Remember that I'm a YouTube creator. I'm going to have all my spreadsheets color coded by priority. If I write code, I want it done in Python here. So anything you specifically want or want it to know about, you just say that. Or you could actually have the interview format where you say, interview me and then ask me 10 questions to learn all about this project. Or you could have a general agents dot MD file, and if you send this out here, it creates this file, typically in that project folder. If you chose one, or if you Didn't choose one. It will just remember that long term. So when it does create it, if I click on it, it basically is system instructions or back in instructions for how this agent should behave. And you could see that right here. So it says I'm a YouTube creator here. And it give it more information than I actually had in my prompt here. The coding preferences laid out here, the spreadsheet that I had and the working style. And it's pretty short. You could have these be much, much longer. And by default it will actually know how to keep its instructions. Like this one. Like an agent SMD. Now this also has an automatic memory where it quietly learns from your past chats over time, but you generally don't actually need to touch that or even see where it's at. That will do that in the background. Now for this next demo, I actually wanna show you one of my favorite ways to use these AI type of agents. Like Codex Claude has another one that does this type of work called Claude Co work. So if you have messy folders on your computer, like a download folder, you almost never have the time to figure out what's going on in your downloads folder, right? So I'm gonna have this take care of that for me with this prompt. Look at every file in the download slash mess folder. This is just a folder I just made But figure out which client each one belongs to, what it is, name it or rename it clearly sorted by different folders for different clients. And give me a nice folder structure. So now you're gonna give it access to go do things on your computer and move things around in different folders. And in this one, I actually already have the folder. So I'm gonna say, choose an existing folder, and that's the folder. And I'll open that folder here. And this is what that folder looks like right now before it's done. And I'll show you what happens after it's done. This is the file structure that it created for us. So let's go over here. And this was the messy download folder. Let me go back into it, and now it's nicely organized, and things are renamed with the dates. But it kept every single file I had in that folder. It just restructured it in the way I wanted organized. And if you look right here, this is the folder structure. And it looks exactly that way on my own computer. Now, for the next use case, I'll show you how I actually works with Pdfs. Because a lot of times we need to extract information like we did with the receipts, but we need to do it with Pdfs. I have a lot of Pdfs, invoices, for example. Here. And I ask it to pull the invoice number, the dates and so on. Okay. So we got ourselves another spreadsheet here, and this time it extracted from Pdfs, turning invoices into a spreadsheet. Something a lot of us still have to do to this day manually. Again, this did it in just a couple minutes. Okay, let's go to the next stage of this, which goes well beyond what I'm showing you so far, because this becomes a super app when you actually start using these things called plugins. And then something called skills. Plugins connect your ChatGPT Codex into all the different apps you already use. You just got to give it permission, typically one app at a time. If any of them show up right here as added, that's because your ChatGPT account already had access. Now, Codex get access by default here, and you'll see some things like computer use. This can control your computers apps with Codex. You'll see Chrome. This could control Chrome with Codex. And browse the web. You'll have to give it individual access to some of these. Now, Gmail, obviously. Calendar, your entire Google Drive. Those are some of my favorite ways to give it access. But again, remember, you are given it access to go read, write, and sometimes delete files on the things you're given it access to. So definitely be careful. Be very elaborate with your prompt to give it very specific details so you don't burn through credits very quickly. But the Gmail app, for example, in order to add an app, I Uninstall this one. But you just have to press add right here. This will install the plugin or the connector. I'm on a business plan. That's why it says approved by your admin here. So if you're in a business plan, you may need to get permission, but on a plus plan, it should be done by default. This is something I've been using AI for for quite a while. So all you have to do is type in the advent sign. And you could bring individual plugins like this or individual apps like this. In this case, I'm gonna bring in that plugin right here. And I just ask you to look through my inbox. I give it access to my Google account that is associated with this business here. And find any sponsorships here that send me emails and research them and put them in table format. And I'm gonna reduce this to high. Typically that should be fine for this one. And by the way, I forgot to switch projects. So if you don't switch projects, it creates it within the other project. In this case, it doesn't matter all that much, but you could always go to the chat option and start a chat from here if you don't need it to be inside of a projects. And in this case he gave it to me right inside of chat because I asked it for a table, but I didn't say give me a table in An Excel document. So you can actually use this like you would use chat GPT and not always create things. That also reduces your credit usage. In this case. I just wanted to quickly glance through that and this is what I ended up getting. Which is perfectly fine. I don't actually need to create a document from it. Now let me show you something called skills. One of my favorite ways to actually use any AI tool. If you also use Claude, you might have come across skills before. But if I go to plugins and let's say I wanna create Powerpoint presentations right? One of the things you'll see is the plugins, but the other thing you'll see is called skills. Let me just click on this one to show you what it does. What skills are are basically recipes. You are saving the recipe. So ChatGPT or Claude or any other AI tool that uses skills could refer back to it. This is enabled by default right here. I could always disable a skill, and I could always open it to read it, but the skill is the set of instructions for how a presentation should be created, and as you could see, they are usually super elaborate. Well, most likely no one sat down and wrote this skill word by word. Best way to create it is by actually having a back and forth conversation with ChatGPT. And then when you get to a point where You really love the output. Say save that as a skill and it will save that as a skill. So inside of a new chat, if I type in slash, you'll see I could bring in ton of different things inside of my chat here. Inside of Codex, skill will be on the bottom. And there's ton of different skills already available in my account. A lot of them I've actually created myself. A lot of them come from my ChatGPT account. But you could bring any of them into chat now a lot of them are enabled. So if it needs to use it, most likely it will. But if I specifically wanted to bring in a presentation and use that skill, especially if I made one myself, that's how you bring a skill into chat. And then your prompt will be to create a presentation and then it will follow every set of instruction that skill document has. I'm working on a very detailed skills video because inside of Claude is very relevant. Inside of Codex is very relevant. Set up. Pretty much every AI tool is becoming more and more relevant. AI agents use skills that you could custom create. So I'll get into that a little bit later, but just wanted to show you that's how easy it is to create skills and to bring him inside of a chat conversation. one of the best parts of Codex is remember it could do knowledge work. It could also do coding. It could also generate images. Right? ChatGPT has right now the very best model when it comes to generating images. I could type in a prompt, like create three product photos, someone wearing a custom knit sweater in a professional studio. I wanted in PNG format. And it created those three images for us and it saved it to our download folder here. So that's the three that I could use. And then I could then with a follow up prompt, ask it to maybe put that in a thumbnail for me or create some kind of design or a sale for me here for an ad I'm running, for example. So remember, you are inside of a chatbot, so you can actually have a follow up. To keep building on this, which I haven't really shown you, I've shown you one off tasks where you send a prompt, you get an output, but you could just continue this conversation to you get exactly what you want and reiterate. Which is especially useful with an AI image model that's also an AI agent inside of Codex. Next, let me show you one of the best parts of using CODEX, which is something called computer use. That's when CODEX could actually take over your screen, move your mouse around, click on things and even type for you. And use the apps on your computer. And you could also do this with the browser. So if you Didn't turn it on already? You just have to go to plugins and you have to turn on computer use. And I usually turn on the Chrome use with that too. So this controls Chrome so it could open up browser on your computer and do things for you. Let me go back to this previous chat here, and I'll type out this prompt. And you could type in the admention sign and bring in computer use. Like this. You could choose this plug in here. And my prompt is going to be to open Canva, start a new presentation, and put each of the images we just made into their own slide. As a follow up conversation here, and I'll send this out. So you'll see something like this. In the case where Canva is not installed on my computer and it's the browser, it will go use the browser. But it did first check if I have that app installed. So if I had Photoshop for example, it will try to do something in Photoshop, which I haven't had a lot of luck with. But in this case it gave me something elevated risk. Allow Codex to use Google Chrome, so I will allow it access now. At this point, I'm hands off. It actually opened a new tab, it went to the Canva website here. And from this point it'll do everything on its own now. Computer use right now and the browser use right now is Pretty slow, so I don't really find it as useful. It's an option that just keeps getting better and better. It's been around for some times with different parts of ChatGPT, but this is still a little bit gimmicky. I'll let this finish up here. I'll show you the results in a bit. Okay, it finally finished the three slide presentation. It opened Canva, it imported the images, it created this slideshow here. And obviously I could take it from there. But for the amount of credits you use here and for how slow it is, I don't find it very practical. But it's really impressive the first time you see it at work. And I think this is gonna be the future of AI. It's just not quite there yet. Next I wanna show you automations, which is probably one of the best parts of Codex, where you could do things on a schedule so you could let it go to work while you're sleeping. Some of the really popular ones are this daily brief, a weekly review, a project monitor. So I'll just show you this one as an example. So this sets up an automation that gives a morning brief each day. And it will do things based on what's on my calendar, what emails I haven't read yet, and anything that needs my attention. Now this one, you really want to give it access to a lot of different connectors, if you're comfortable with that, because These automations don't really work well if they don't have context from your actual life, right? You wanna give it information that is relevant to you. Now, automations. I'm working on an entirely separate video, so I'll make that as a part 2 with some other things that I'm saving for a part 2. This one I wanted to still keep it relatively short, but definitely check out the automations tab and if you go to view templates, you'll see a whole lot more of them over here. And then in my follow up video, I'll show you these in action. Next I want to briefly show you the coding ability. This is after all, called Codex, and it's one of the best coding AI tools available right now. So there's a couple of different options. You could build sites with something. They have sites. You could create new site and it will build a site with basically that site skill. Or you could just type in a prompt here to build you real working apps here. And these could run actually on your computer too, and you could publish them with more advanced settings. So if I type in a prompt like this to create a modern professional website for a video production company and give it a little bit of more context, I could go ahead and send this out and this will go ahead and create that website for me. Now, while our website is getting built, I want to show you this slash command. If you just type in slash on your keyboard. These different options that I showed you a few of are really useful. One of my favorite ones is this personality option where you could change the personality on how this response to you. You could also build skills and bring in those skills to change the tone and the personality of Codex. The other one that's really useful is this option right here called pets. So if you bring in the pets, it will just create this little pet in the corner that shows you everything that you got going on to notify you when a task is done. So while I'm building this website, for example, you can see this is going to work, and then the pet will notify me. So this is something I would turn on if you are going to create things, specially mini apps or entire websites. Here, just have the pet so then you could do other things. Use Codex with a new chat, and then the pet will remind you here with this little check Mark when something is ready. Okay, after a bit of time, he created a website and he also gave me the link. Let me show you this link right here. And this is the website that he created for us. Now, I didn't give it a lot of context. I didn't give it a business name, but just kind Of show you the style of it. He also created this background image. It looks very, very professional. I obviously wanna give a YouTube links or Vimeo links here to replay some of these videos here, but overall a really fantastic looking webpage with multiple different links to different sections of it that I asked for. By the way, if you go to the settings section right here, you could look at your usage remaining. So you usually get a usage for every five hour block and you also have a weekly. But you also typically have a reset option depending on what plan you have, that will reset both your five hour limit and your weekly limit. But you only get a couple of these typically. But I did use that reset to actually make this website with our business plan. And some of the other prompts that I showed you throughout this video. It did require one reset. Now for part 2 I'm gonna get more advanced where we cover more things related to plugins and automations and some more coding example to show you the coding possibility that you have with Codex. Google has a brand new AI agent called Gemini Spark. It runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, even if you have your laptop or your phone turned off and it could do a lot of really impressive things that I wanted to show you in this video. It's part of the Gemini app. So if you go to Gemini dot Google dot com or if you use the Gemini app on your phone, you'll see a new option here called spark. Now I had early access and it just got rolled out to very few people that have the Google Ultra plan but if you don't have it yet it will eventually come out to everyone. So I wanted to make this video now so you could see what it's capable of because it could do some really impressive things. And when I was doing the research for this video I came across this article by The Verge. Gemini Spark is the most impressive and terrifying AI experience I've had yet. And even Tech Crunch and other publications had some really good things to say about it. But I'll have a handful of demos here to show you exactly what it's capable of. Now before we jump into the demos here in this blog post they actually did a pretty good job breaking down exactly what Gemini Spark is capable of. So let me briefly mention a few of those things and then we'll take it for A spin here, the one thing you could do is because this is part of your Google ecosystem, this is especially going to be useful for you if you already use Gmail for email and if you already use the Google ecosystem like Google Workspace with Google Docs and Google Sheets because it will be able to sync across all that in the most seamless way possible, right? Other AI tools like Chat, GPT, Claud, they could tap into the Google ecosystem, but obviously not like Google can. you could basically keep track of anything that comes into your inbox like subscriptions, summarize any critical things that are showing up, valuable insights, and it will just run in the background. It's on a scheduled task. Now it also connects with Google Sheets so it's going to be able to see new sheets that get created. So a lot of these we could do before, but it required more complex automations. Here this makes it a lot more seamless, a lot more accessible to people that never Learned automation tools that connected to different things like this. Now inside of Google Gemini, I also need to show you how to connect this to other things to make it actually useful. And in the onboarding process, it will ask you to do that. I actually skip the onboarding process because if you skip it, you could still do that. All you have to do is go to the settings. They have A Gemini settings page for Gemini Spark. Now this will do things like turning off Gemini entirely. You could delete browsing data and you could also delete any type of code so if you wanted to turn it off this is the place you could turn it off. Now if you skip the onboarding that's how you could bring it back up you could just turn it off and turn it back on again. It's going to tell you exactly what Gemini Spark is and how it works. It's going to tell you that right now it's experimental. I'm making this very early. It's only available in the Ultra plan and then more about privacy here and when you say use Gemini here you're gonna get this pop up so it says connect to these Google apps with Gemini. The whole point of this is this is not like regular Geminis Spark needs access to your personal information across the things that you use so you could connect it to Gmail, Calendar, Drive, YouTube, different Google services here so I'm gonna choose this option, choose apps and then here you could choose specifically what you wanna connect to so if you don't wanna connect to YouTube for example you could choose not to connect to YouTube or you could connect to everything it is trying to get access to and now it's actually ready to go to work and it has some other things here. The task is the task That you're gonna send out to AI agents. So where that's where you created you could also schedule tasks we'll talk about this too and one of the best part of it is skills so if you wanted to learn your writing style for example, you could set up a skill for that and it will write in your tone here so we'll get to this in a bit in an example and one more free resource that I have with this video too that I thought goes very well with this video it's all about using Google Gemini for work and it's a really comprehensive guide here in all kinds of different use cases with Google Gemini so when you start using Google Spark for example it really makes sense to really understand the Gemini ecosystem that's what this guide is designed to do it has an entire section for using Gemini as your whole marketing stack it also has a section on research to get smarter insights using things like deep research and Notebook Lem that's now part of Google Gemini 2 and he also has a section for creating content in scale and a lot more I'll put a link in the description of this video you could access that guide completely for free I'll start with this first prompt here where it's gonna turn research into content this is something I have to do but a lot of us are subscribed to different newsletters so in My case, I'm subscribed to bunch of different AI newsletters that hit my inbox. So this is gonna scan the newsletter in my inbox. I could tell us specifically which ones or what genre of newsletters and pull the top three recurring themes, create a Google DOC summarizing those themes with bullet points, then draft three LinkedIn post based on what you found. So this is going to do the research, but it's not just doing research with deep research inside of Gemini. It's not going to find sources for me. This is something that I've already chose to get inside of my inbox. I subscribe to those newsletters manually and every week I do read them or glance through them. This is gonna help me speed that up here. Now what this does is this actually goes through my actual inbox, right? A regular chat, GPT or Gemini conversation is not doing that. This has access to my inbox. You could see specifically what's in my inbox. You could figure out what I mean by newsletters and it will be able to extract the information I asked for. Okay, it took a couple minutes and I had exactly four newsletters in my inbox, one from our own company, futurepedia, run down simple AI and future tools here and it found these themes here, the transition into the agent era. This video is a good example of that, moving from simple prompting to shipping deliverables. That's the whole vibe coding Shift that we're getting into and high stake business policies and legal realities in AI. It found those three themes and it summarize them in such a clean way here, right? Reading those newsletters, I think couple of them had more than one draft sent that week. So how helpful is that? And then turning that into an idea in the same agnostic workflow post idea 1, the rise of the shipper. So the super high impact person that could create things with AI. We got the idea too. Stop blaming AI for layoffs. That's again not what I wrote or not what I came up with. That's the themes from the top AI newsletters right now. And then the prompting versus using artifacts. Basically, instead of talking to chat GPT or Gemini or Claud, you're prompting to artifact for building different things. This shows you exactly how to do that. That's actually something that we covered in the Futurepedia newsletter this week. Now, am I gonna copy and paste this exactly into LinkedIn right now? Well, no, because I still feel like it doesn't sound exactly like me. It sounds generic. And that's because I haven't really taught spark how to write like me. So we're going to fix that with its next feature, which is skills. That's where you teach at once and then reuse that skill forever. And it's very good use case for actually writing things, writing content for the internet. So now I could ask Gemini to continue anything related to this task or I could create a new task. And for this example, I want to show you how to create that skill. Now I'm going to ask it to read the last 15 emails here. Well, it has access to my emails. We already saw that. And create a style guide based on my writing voice and save it as a skill called my ghostwriter and apply it to whenever I draft or edit text. Now you could have multiple different variations of this depending on what you're writing this for. But just for a catch all, I'm going to go ahead and create skill right here. Now creating skills has become a really useful part of using AI. You could create skills inside of cloud for example too. And they kind of work the same way. They're actual instructions for doing specific things. And you save those instructions and these AI chatbots like Gemini or Claude, they could just call that skill whenever it's necessary. This is kind of funny. This is the first time I ran this prompt here. But it says I'm ruthlessly conscious. Your messages are exceptionally brief and direct. Micro paragraphs. You write in single sentence and two sentence paragraphs separated by double line breaks. Your emails are clean and plain text and emojis are avoided. And then he saved this ghostwriter skill for me. So apply Saager's personal writing voice, So if you wanna kind of see with some examples and over here if you go to the skill section here you'll see that skill is available and is active. So anytime you could use it, you could force use it by clicking this you could edit it with Gemini or without or you could go ahead and download and replace it here. So if you press use it it just pulls it in into a chat like this. Since I'm already inside of Google Spark it's going to know to pull that inside of Google Spark as a skill. Now let me also go back one page here on this same skill page you could also create so you could press create manual and then you could create these things called skill dot MD file manually like this but what I like to do is actually use Gemini so create with Gemini and then it could walk you through exactly how to do that and you could do it the same way I showed you before where you start with a prompt and then have it look at things that you already have inside of the Google ecosystem in my case was email but it could look into Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Slides and pull in different things for you but a back and forth conversation with Gemini is one of the best ways to create a skill and then you Could pull it into Gemini Spark anytime that you need to and it knows how to do that on its own too. For the next prompt, I want to show you the schedule option because the whole point of this personalized AI agent is it runs 24 7 and you don't have to have your laptop running or your phone running for this to work. So you want to set some things on a schedule so it just does the work in the background for you. So that very first example I showed you here where I manually ask it to check my newsletters here. Now I could say every Friday at three PM, scan my newsletters from the week and send me the short recap with the key points or I could get a lot more specific if I need something that is more specific about what I'm trying to do this for. Okay, now this is already set and if I go to my schedules, this is always going to be running now, right? So anytime I could make any adjustments to it if I wanted to or pause it here. But the nice thing is I don't have to think about this anymore. I could just come back and it will always be running in my account. Now here's an example that might be more useful for you. So when I get an email asking about my services, pull out the sender's name and the date they Mentioned add a row to my client tracker sheet this is a Google sheet that I've already made and create a new Google Drive folder named after them. Now this is the automation it created for me so it's gonna trigger a filter for my inbox that has the word service or services in the email in the subject line here and then the semantic conditioning is going to verify if they're actually asking about services and then the action performs here so now let me just show you exactly what ends up happening I'm going to send a demo email to myself here and it's going to hit that inbox that is connected to my Gemini Spark let me show you what happens when this comes through. Now I went back to that same chat here and this happened automatically so I noticed a new email came your inbox I have processed your request this was the subject line this was the made up sender's name I made here the date mentioned again this is just made up information for this demo and it did two things it created that row in the spreadsheet and it created a blank Google folder here in my Google Drive so if I go to my spreadsheet this guy created through that automation I didn't create that and it's always running so every time something comes through it will create that and it created this folder for me here that is empty right now but I could build on this automation, right? I could have it analyze things based on the content of the email to go search a website, for example, if a website is mentioned. You could really build this based on your use case. And it's always now running on a schedule. Now here I could go back to that chat and I could type in a prompt like this, rewrite the three LinkedIn posts, but this time use my ghostwriter skill. So I just had mentioned the ghostwriter skill here and it's going to try to match my tone based on what I trained it on, which was any previous emails that I had sent out that this analyzed. And I'll show you some other skills here in a second. And already this is a huge improvement based on how I like to write. Now I train it on how I like to write emails. So maybe I need to train it on how I would write a LinkedIn post. So let me show you this under the skills tab, it usually has recommendations for other things that you should build here as far as skills go. So matching your writing style is one of those skills or generating fresh ideas. So if you click on this, this is the set of instructions for creating the skill and you could kind of read through it and you could edit it as much as you like to. And then you could go Ahead and create that skill from here. That's just one of the recommendations and I'm actually working on a really in depth skills video that will work across any AI tool Chat, GPT, Gemini and Claud so once you actually figure out how to build skills and it's really easy to do that with Gemini with a back and forth conversation it's gonna really go a long way for you now for Google Calendar users this is a really handy one especially if you have any type of meetings throughout your week which most of us do so and all it says is look at my calendar tomorrow which I give it access to already for each meeting find recent emails and any dry files connected to that person I'm meeting with then build a one page briefing report on the key background and three smart questions I should ask so again it makes sense to create documents it makes sense to store information here in a way inside of your Google Drive that's really accessible for this but I already have created a DOC and I have a meeting with just one person for this demo so I'll show you what this ends up looking like and if you want to see how the agent is working you could see what it's doing it's checking Google Calendar he found the meeting here then he's checking Google Drive he found the sheet here and then he created everything I needed so the Meeting brief this is the details these are the key background information and these are the different questions I need to ask and the timelines. And in this case I forgot to ask it to actually save that to the folder that we created the empty folder. So I just said build me a one page briefing DOC but I didn't specifically say make a Google DOC of that and then put it there. So at the end you could always do a follow up prompt inside of this chat and it will do those things for you. So now it created that Google DOC in this folder here. So if I go to it here is the save briefing DOC here so I don't have to come back inside of my Gemini Spark conversation. I could just see this inside of Google Drive. Now before you jump in and you use this for yourself I should mention this is an experimental product right now and you are giving a lot of sensitive information here and you are given it permission to do things for you inside of your actual Gmail account inside of your Google Drive inside of your calendar. So make sure you actually do this with enough supervision to see exactly what what it's doing. And I've only been testing this in my secondary account. I still don't have access to it in my main Google account but that is something to keep in mind is you are giving It a lot of access to a lot of information inside of the Google ecosystem right now and I'm actually making a much more elaborate video to show you a lot more use cases with this and I'll release that when this becomes available to more accounts. Right now it's only available in the Ultra accounts and I'm also working on an AI skills video because with AI skills all these agents are gonna become a lot more useful so that's all coming up really soon and make sure you grab that free Google Gemini at work resource that I have listed below to really take advantage of Google Gemini.
