took me a long time to figure these things out but they have helped me soo much and I am glad I established them!!! #businessowner #dogwalker #dogwalkingbusiness #entrepreneurship

my name is Sarah and I've owned a dog walking business for five years here are three things I wish I established in my business sooner number one not continuing walks when the bond isn't there when I first started walking dogs I thought oh I have to walk every dog money money money money no that is not the case you are not going to bond with every single dog and every single family and that is okay it took me a long time to realize it's okay and by me not continuing walks with that dog the family is able to find someone else that will be a better fit for them number two day of cancellation policy for years I did not have a day of cancellation policy and it just got to the point where some families would continuously cancel me day of and that's just not okay so installing a day of cancellation policy No. 3 is premium pricing during non working hours before I would just walk any dog no matter what the time of the day just because like I said money money money I realise no like I need to have work life balance just like anyone else just because I don't have like a traditional 9 to 5 office job doesn't mean I need my own life time you know like my own personal time walking on the weekends the late evenings like nine PM walking on holidays all those are now an additional fee for premium pricing

Meet Bunny 🐰💖!! A 1 yr old Mini Schnauzer!! She was a little reserved at home because I am new but she was VERY confident on her walk and was busy on squirrel duty!! #dogwalker #minischnauzer #schnauzersoftiktok #dogs

honey hi sweetie I didn't expect you to be nervous sweetie come here hello oh you're so nervous oh my gosh you look so cute oh I just scooted away and she ran up to me okay she excited now time to Tinkle were you just doing a full inspection on my shoes you ready okay she's ready let's go girl come on Bunny is a one year old mini schnauzer and I'm super excited to be walking her one because after five years of having a dog walking business this is my first schnauzer ever and two as a kid I used to love schnauzers and this is really embarrassing but I actually had a Webkin schnauzer happy to be here with Miss Bonnie Beans Whoo girl oh my god she sees a squirrel she's locked in oh my gosh are you so tired I have another dog that has these too huh I've never seen him before now I have two dogs on them good girl bunny beans you're so good I'm gonna give your mom a good report card always check to make sure it's locked

i cant be the only one doing this plssssss #dallas #robotaxi #waymo #robots

There's nothing more mortifying than a car stopping to wait for you to cross the street and you giving the car a little thanks and realising you're waving to a self driving car with no one inside it. Like as a dog walker, that happens to me almost every day now. It's so embarrassing.

thank gosh greta was there bc if she wasnt i wouldve had no clue who she is

I was just walking a dog and I was giving the key back to the concierge's desk, and out of the corner of my eyes, I see someone waving to me. And I was like, who is that? Literally have no clue who this person is. Like, maybe they recognize me. And then they come around the desk a little bit more and there's Greta. It's Greta's mom. I never met Greta's mom before. So funny cause this is happened like two or three times when I don't meet the parents before, and then I meet them out in public, but I have no clue who they are, but they know who I am. And I was just thinking today, I wonder what I'm gonna run into her because I walk another dog in their building. So I knew it was gonna happen eventually.

u keep on producing friend

hey someone has to walk the dogs!!! they cant walk themself!!! #dogwalker #businessowner #dallas

its FINALLY fall in dallas and we are having SO much funn in 80° temps!!🍁 #dogwalker #businessowner #diml #dog #dallascontentcreator

this is the reality of owning your own business. doing things you dont want to do!!! #dogwalker #businessowner #dogs #dallasbusinessowner

This isn't something I've said in months, but come with me to walk dogs on a Saturday. I typically don't do Saturday walks cause I think a break is good, but I actually had a couple requests for today, so I'm like, might as well. And this is the price of quitting corporate America to start my own business doing things I don't wanna do. Also, it's raining. Hello? Good morning. Hello? Hey, girl. Oh, my gosh. What? Oh, my.

how okd do you think my 1 tooth wonder Dottie is?? I might have to order a test because i think so is older than 8!!! #seniordog #dogwalker #dogs #diml

I'm a dog walker and this is the oldest dog I walk I think she only has one tooth left this is Dottie she was a foster the foster forgot about her and she ended up staying here she's shaking because it's raining outside and she doesn't want to go walk in the rain this is Dottie's brother Winston Winston's ready to go Dottie come on let's go alright we're up and moving I just know she's gonna be so drama about the rain Dottie come on come on oh sorry girl Winston hang on oh she's pissed okay she's ready to go back inside she's like uh uh we're not doing this okay let's take her and I'll walk you OK chick we'll be back you stay cozy OK oh god it's just you and me pal let's hit it Winston is unfazed by the rain but that doesn't surprise me screaming for attention he's got the zooms from being wet outside yes Dottie yes okay Dottie's mom thinks she's only eight oh you can't like my face right now because I just got micro needled I'm sorry how do I tell her she's definitely older than eight

note to everyone- stop tret prior to microneedling 😅 & thank me later!! #microneedling #dallas #dallasmicroneedling #diml

I just got micro needled. I'm walking a dog. The dogs cannot kiss my face. I can't get sweaty. We're taking it slow. Essentially, they drew blood, spun out my plasma, and put the plasma and the blood back on my face. And I can't wash my face for, like, six hours. So I can't get sweaty, can't do anything. We're walking real slow. Thankfully, it's not hot in Dallas. God bless. That's why you microneedle in the Burmese or laser in the Burmese. I've only micro needled the one other time, and it was at the same place, but it was, like, almost two years ago. Maybe a year ago. I don't know. And at this point, I wasn't on TREP. I'm on TREP now, and I didn't stop the TREP before micro needling today. And when she's finishing up, I was like, my face is on fire. Like, actually on fire. So she gave me a fan. She's like, what? Did you stop your TREP? And I'm like, no. No one told me. She's like, they should have told you, because now your skin is extra sensitive, so it's definitely gonna feel like you just got your face lasered without cooling air. So that's where I'm at.

Next time ill just go ligher because its $1 per oz !!! BECAUSE I AM GOING BACK!!!!!!! its so good #yochidallas #yochi #yochiusa #dallasfroyo

We need to talk about the cost of Yochi. I'm seeing all these videos and not enough people talking about the cost. I went to the grand opening. Here's a picture of the bowl I got, and here's the price. Was it great? Absolutely. It was phenomenal. 10 out of ten. To be honest, I wouldn't consider myself a frozen yogurt person or frozen yogurt girl, but for this, I. I am. I can genuinely, 100% confidently say that Yochi is the first froyo that I was like, wow, I want to come back, but I don't know how often I'll be going back because the cost. I think that's expensive for froyo. My opinion. Teach them.

it doesnt rain here often so this is a very different DIML !! #dogwalker #dogs #rain #dallas

number one is Phoebe Phoebe is recently obsessed with the parking garage which is perfect for today cause it's pouring rain we spent all the time except like five minutes in the parking garage she's soaking wet walk No. 2 Stormy and Greta Greta I'm on walk No. 3 with Arnie walk No. 4 with tape thankfully the downpour still stopped just drizzling on the sixth and final walk I'm hungry I feel like a wet dog I'm nasty I'm gonna go take a warm shower and lay in bed

ive learned the hard way not to wear long layers under the rain gear because then I get super sticky and sweaty !!! #dogwalker #rain #rainoutfit #raingear #grwm

This isn't something I say often, but get dressed with me to walk dogs in the pouring down rain. And this rain is like flood level, right? My reindeer? I actually grew up playing golf, so this is my rain set from like, high school, and thankfully it still fits. But I'll be wearing this all day today. This is the base I'm gonna wear. It's a Lulu set. It'll keep me cool. Underneath my rain gear, I have a specific shoe I wear in the rain. These aren't rain shoes. They're just normal tennis shoes. But they're black, and when the dogs paws get muddy, they won't ruin my shoes. So these are my rain shoes. I always wear them when they're raining. And then I'll probably just wear my Dallas Dog Walker hat. Let's get dressed.

Pilates Addiction just opened up in White Rock Lake/Lakewood!! #dallasworkout #dallasstudio #dallaspilates #dallascontentcreator

Do you think gender theory with animals is true? Boys like girl humans more and girls like boy humans more? #dog #dogparents

a little bit more behind the scenes of my life #diml #vlog #dallasdogwalker #dallascontentcreator

Hi, my name is Sarah. I have been a dog walker here in Dallas for almost 5 years now, and I own a dog walking business. One of the first questions people always ask me is what kind of dog I own. And I actually do not own a dog. I own a cat, and her name is Porky. I love dogs so, so, so much. And I love my job so, so, so much. It's so nice not having to walk my own dog before and after a day of walking everyone else's dogs. So for the time being, I'm just like a fun dog aunt. I take everyone else's dog out, give them way too many treats, do things that their parents don't let them do. But obviously, I tell the parents and let them know that we're doing it, and then I return them home and see them again later. You will see a lot of dog content on my page because it is a huge part of my life. But at the end of the day, I'm a 28 year old girl, and I do have a life outside of work. I like to try new restaurants, coffee shops. I love to travel. I've been to every state in 45 countries. I love new skincare, hanging out with my friends. I'm just a girl.
