I'm sorry, are we seeing these pants? These are 100% cotton. Such a good barrel Chino type of pant. I'm obsessed with them. They're so cute! If you're a business casual girly, these would be so fun to wear in the office. Just kind of like a fun play on a dress pant. Honestly. But I plan on wearing these in work out of work all the time. I fear I need them in every color. I'm definitely wearing a size medium and I swear to you I have a pair of pants that are almost identical to these from the very expensive brand for like $150 so have these links. Oh, my gosh. I am going to show you the easiest way to make homemade bread. This is a bread maker. If you are not aware, you can make bread without having to literally do anything except for four ingredients into bread maker. I'm obsessed with it. This one is from kitchen the box. I will have it LinkedIn the studio. But let's get into it. If you have the pan for the bread maker, and there's this little attachment that comes in, the first thing that you're gonna Wanna do is just spray the inside of this attachment because this will help this to come out a lot easier whenever your bread is done. Next it is time for all the ingredients. I will have everything that written out. It's very important you wanna make sure you put them in this exact order. That's a big key. So let's start. It is going to be the 250 milliliters of room temperature or warm water going in with two tablespoons of sugar. If two tablespoons of softened butter. Next up we have our table salt. We have a 3 cups or 420 grams of bread flour. And then you're gonna Wanna take a spoon and make a little. Well, and you wanna pour your yeast right on in. So this is a third of a teaspoon of yeast. This is what it should look like. Now we are putting this in our bread maker, and then, like three hours, we Are going to have bread. Now, we are gonna set the menu to menu three. So you just kind of toggle through this until you get to three. Then our loaf size, we did a 900 g loaf. And then for color, I'm gonna do mine dark. And now we're ready to go. This will be ready in six hours and 50 minutes. Now we wait. This is going to mix, rise, bake, all the stuff. Be back at around 8:00 to see our creation. It is a 9:00. Our bread is finally done. I'm gonna take it out for you guys and show you guys what we're left with. My gosh. Like, what? I'm gonna stop tapping on the bread, but I'm shook. Okay. We are going to cut in this bad boy, guys. As a healthcare girly myself, let me tell you why this hydro jug is the best healthcare water bottle. For starters, it's absolutely beautiful. Most importantly to me, everywhere where you drink from is completely covered and protected. There are two ways to drink out of this water bottle. The first one is this lid right here, which I love. This is one of, like, those ergonomic straws. Insane. Never seen a water bottle with that. And you click that, if you would like to chug, you can. You just have to open it this way. And here is, like, the chug side. Incredible design. You click that, closed as a grippy on the bottom, so it's not gonna be sliding around your workstation. It fits in any car cup holder. And the best part, fully leakproof, fully spill resistant. If you're at your workstation, you knock this over, you're gonna be fine. And to carry it. Yeah. Obsessed with this water bottle. Okay, I made a video talking about how schnauzers are the best dog in the world. So I'm gonna give you guys a pro and con list of the schnauzer, because you gotta take the good with the bad, right? Chucky? You didn't know? This is Ducky. He's my miniature schnauzer. He is a little over 6 months old, and he's the best boy ever. Starting off with the pros. Schnauzers are extremely intelligent. Very smart dog breed. Okay. You don't have to worry about them being slow learners. They are pretty, pretty quick learners. Ducky Learned sit, lay down, roll over within, like, three weeks of me having him. Very, very smart. Our pro of the schnauzers that they come in three different sizes. They come in miniature, standard, and giant. If you are a big dog person, they do come in a giant size. Third pro is that they have the best personality. They are so funny. They're so unique, but also so predictable. A lot of schnauzers kind of act the same, which I love. But they do all have their own sort of, like, unique quirks, and I think it's so fun. And the fourth pro is that they do not shed. I grew up with a dog that didn't shed. I've never been used to being around like, a shedding dog. Whenever I moved out and wanted to get my own dog, I really prioritized wanting a dog that did not shed. Um, now for The cons, first off, and probably my least favorite quality, is that they are super vocal. Love to bark, they love to talk, they love to growl and whine. Um, and that's just how they are. That's just who they are. Are known for this. A lot of people say you can train them to not be like that, but I haven't figured that out yet. So the second con is that they do require coat maintenance. It's great that they don't shed, but you're probably taking them to the groomer every, like, eight to 10 weeks. Um, probably 10 weeks at most. Um, or else they'll look like a literal mop. I like to have ducky cut every, like, eight weeks if, um. If we can get them there. Third con that they are quite headstrong and stubborn. They have the sweetest personalities. They're so cute, they're so friendly, but they are stubborn. They're very easily trainable, but they're not very bitable. If they do not want to do something, they're not gonna do it. If you're asking them, come here, probably not gonna come. At least mine is not. And then for number four, is that they are predisposed to certain health conditions, as are most breeds. Most dog breeds do have health conditions that they are more prone to. The territory that you get into. But for schnauzers, most specifically, pancreatitis and diabetes are the most common things that they deal with. So you have to make Sure that you're feeding them the correct diet? No table scraps, no human food, low fat diet. Um, just cause they are very prone to that and you do not want to deal with that. That is it, you guys. That is my pro and con list of the chow chow. Hope you guys enjoyed, hope you Learned something. I recommend a chow chow to everybody. So love you guys. Bye.

Hi, gorgeous girls. Here is yet another what I eat in a day as a 25 year old PA. Starting off, we are having some electrolytes. I just have my 40 ounce hydro jug. Might I add that my fiance can't pack my lunch, but I had a granola bowl that he packed for me. So good. 10 out of ten. And then I had it, some more of my water and electrolytes. And then it was at this point that I was very tired, so I had some coffee and then it is already time for lunch. I was laughing because Cam had packed me so much, but I ended up eating it also. He packed me half a sandwich on a sourdough with Turkey, cheddar, pickles, mustard, and Mayo. So yummy. And then I had some hummus and cucumbers. He also packed a little like, popcorn or chips and then hot fries too, which was so funny. And then I had a little baby Diet Coke and then finished up my lunch. And now it is time for dinner. And Cam made it Philly cheese steaks. Kind of. Sort of. They were delicious. Literally 10 out of 10. I did not know that he could cook like this, but it was amazing. Out of side of peas. Here I am hyping him up because this was so good. But yeah, every day of eating looks a little bit different for me. I'm not really the type of person That eats the same thing every single day. I mean, I go through seasons where, obviously I will because it's easy, but for the most part, every day looks a little bit different. But today was such a good day of eats. And then I had some of my vitamins and supplements. These are just the Ali Metabolism gummies, and then the Ali Probiotics, and these are so good. So that's it. Love you, girls. Bye.
