Something major happened this week and most people didn't even realise that if you own a website this may be the worst security bug in modern history it was so bad government websites had to be taken down this was all caused by a programming language called P H P which is the code that sits behind 70% of all websites don't worry, I'm gonna explain this in the most simple way. Think about it this way 70% of the entire internet's doors all use the same lock which is P H P here's the crazy part security researchers used a I to find this vulnerability where essentially you can open a lock with no key essentially this allows a burglar to enter without leaving any signs or traces like a broken glass or any sign that anything was missing this could mean customer data, passwords, logins. Now they were planning to patch this all up but before all of this someone leaked a video on how to actually do it so all these burglars sent all the a I agent swarms to try and get in now luckily the P H P Foundation released the patch a day early. There haven't been any confirmed breaches but I'm not sure if we'll ever know. Five easy steps on how to edit in Claude Opus and no, there is no guide that you need to comment on. You can screenshot it and just upload it onto Claude. Step 1, get Claude and instead of the chat go to Claude Code on new chat, choose a photo on your local computer. Step 2, screenshot this and upload it into cloud code and tell it to download it. Now you're ready to make videos. Step 3, upload a raw video of yourself talking. Now this is the part we're gonna steal like artists, if you see a video on Instagram or TikTok that you love in terms of editing style, grab that link, gonna throw it in there and say watch this Instagram video for all the video techniques and apply them to my video. Step 4, if you wanna save on tokens and time, make sure you ask for a storyboard first and all you need to do is just say create a storyboard. Essentially it's gonna give you images and a storyboard on what it's thinking of doing and I'll give you a couple of options to choose from instead of rendering the entire video. Most of the time it's not gonna be a one shot thing. You're gonna have to go back and forth a little bit to adjust and this is where step 5 will help you. After you've done a video that you're happy with, literally tell Claude to turn this into A skill as well as a visual style menu. And I wasn't expecting to learn anything about a I there. But here's what blew my mind. The coaches aren't allowed any tech except for one thing. and that's Microsoft and that matters because cultures only get 40 seconds to decide what to do next while 100,000 people are watching them now over 10 years ago they literally had to print out Each play on paper and run it onto the field and up until last season they were still yelling it down the radio now there's an analyst in the coaches box with the no phone and the internet. It's only for game data. Analysts can see through the game data manually but now they can ask co pilot what's the trend based on all this data and where's the best opportunity? So now they're gonna spot the trend faster, Mark it up and send it straight to the coaches tablet on the field to make the final call but here's the thing, these coaches did not learn a I. Microsoft spent over 10 years fitting the tech around how they work. The coaches still coach, the analysts still find the insights tech just gets it to them faster which is kind of the whole point of a I right? I can't believe Elon Musk announced that you can use any model inside of Rockbot as long as it's best suited for that task. This means Anthropics Opus 5.5 Mid Journey Sonar a I which is a music generator basically anything that gives you the best outcome and apparently all bots will be on default Opus 5.5. Now you might be wondering why is he doing it? Well, back in May, Anthropic signed a partnership with Space X a R where anthropic will be able to rent their supercomputer, which is more than 220,000 Nvidia GPUs. So essentially every time you use Rockbot, you're also using anthropic and anthropic is a customer of Space X a I. So there's a nice ecosystem going around there, which could be a good thing or a bad thing because some people switched over to Rockbot because they wanted to avoid anthropic but because Rockbot is using anthropic for their models, this means they're sending the data over to them as well. We don't know the specific terms just yet, but I personally think it's really cool because I don't think any other agent harness does this and I think it's a very clever play by Elon Musk cause now instead of switching to different models every time they improve, which is every week, which is what it feels like, we may be able to take a break from switching different models and different companies all together. If you're an Android user, Google just made a laptop just for you. I had no idea either. So when Google called and asked if I wanted to fly to New York for their launch, I hopped onto the first plane there. Honestly, I thought the line outside was for a club, but turns out I casually walked past Superman. I mean, Henry Cavill. But he wasn't the reason why I was there. I was there for the Google Book because this is the problem I have everyday. My day starts on the phone and then ends on my laptop. So with a continue on feature, you can take a photo on your phone and instantly pick it up on your laptop, which is super handy for filling out forms. Or same goes with cast my apps where your phone apps open on the laptop screen so you can switch between the two. The Magic Pointer was the funny one where you literally, if you wiggle the mouse, it will activate the ability to click on literally anything on your screen and ask Gemini Intelligence anything like what is this bird called? And to my surprise, it told me it's not even real. It's a I pretty cool for Android users now that a laptop finally works as one setup and not two separate devices. There's a really cool hack that you can do when you're on the plane but during the flight I couldn't access Wi Fi but you were able to access messaging apps like WhatsApp and imessage but I wanted to talk to my a I's and I didn't have my laptop what I realised is you can access instinct through WhatsApp and through instinct it was able to access the internet it was able to search things up for me and send it back to me through WhatsApp and it even created P d F's and documents for me so we worked out a whole brand identity plan so for those that don't know instinct is kinda like Rockbot chat, G BTS dot or Metasphere but that was the only one I could access in the sky without any internet only messaging apps. Quality wise I think it's quite good but I haven't fully tested it yet. I did download it a while ago but um in terms of finding stuff for me to buy it wasn't great but I was quite impressed with the business side of things anyway. I built a team of bots for my business admin and work trips using Rockbot by Spacex AI. And apparently my kids have been paying attention to my trips because when I finally caved in and gave them a yes day where they could request anything at all and I had to say yes, their first ask was a luxury hotel in the city. So I was like, hold up, we need to set a budget because this could get out of hand real quick. So I texted my usual bots, scout, who takes care of all my work and travel admin, and Mint, who handles my budget. Okay, so let's go with the budget of $1,000. And while we're at it, let's sneak in some math questions for the kids. So Scout and Mint talk to each other in a group chat. And what's really cool is they share a computer in the cloud, which means that I don't need to carry my laptop. So it's able to find and book hotels for me, block off my Google calendar and proactively send me a brief on the day without me having to scour through my emails. Thank goodness she did because I didn't realise you couldn't park at the hotel so quickly gave me cheaper options. But we end up going valet parking anyway. So I quickly drafted and sent off an email with my booking and car details. As we spent money, I would snap a photo of The receipt or the invoice and send that off to Mint. She would automatically extract all the transaction details and pop them into Google Sheets. For the kids, she made a fun little card with math problems. So if they wanted room service, she would ask them how much budget would we be left with and which is the best value option. Once we knew how much we had left over, Scout would also give us pictures and options to tap on directly on our phone. So when the kids asked me to go into the pool for the first time ever in years, then the gym, scout quickly told me what level it was on and what times it was open for the kids only to having my grok bots handle all the logistics and admin meant that the day ran a lot more smoother than if I handled it myself. I wanna be the type of person that use the last of the toothpaste and just walks away. So I made a tiny mum that lives in my phone, actually three of them. And they're all inside a group chat, inside a rock bot, which is built by the team at Space X AI. Meet Claire. I tell her everything. And this is really bad because I keep forgetting when I need to change my contacts, if I've taken my vitamins or if I've booked the kids haircuts until it's booked out for weeks. So now every time I start something new, I just snap a photo and send Claire a quick voice note that I'm starting a new pair of contacts. I don't think I've ever been more excited to edit videos in my life. This is what Opus 5.5 did for me without much prompting at all. This is my original video. It even dragged in b roll and did all the captions. If I had to do this, it would have taken me at least a day. It also grabbed in relevant articles and highlighted it nicely. Yes, it could have done this ages ago. But what I noticed was it is a lot more accurate and you don't need much prompting at all. But literally I saw something that I really liked and I sent the link to it or I screenshotted it and told it to make that. And it did like this. I wanted to animate it. This is the end result. Or I wanted to make a text overlay. It made this, which is the one I use at the very beginning of this video. So if you're a solo printer, do you think that video editors are cook this time? So open AI released dot today and it kinda looks like Grokbot and Meta's Muse. And if you're super tired of listening to all the new releases like I am, let me give you a quick rundown so you can make a decision on which one to choose. Starting with Grokbot and this was the very first launch of the proactive AI agent and this is the one that I use every single day for my business admin. Reason being is that it feels like you're having a whole team of a I bots that can talk to each other. I love how right inside the chat you can edit emails and send it off directly. And I've used this on all my business travels. So when I'm in the car texting it, like which terminal am I in? They're able to quickly message me back like as if it's texting a friend as opposed to long list of text. It's fast, it gets to the point it remembers things. Other tools could do this, but it took a ton of setup and it wasn't very reliable. Then Meta's news came out, saw it being used for personal finance, which I'm not a big fan of. I think it's improved a lot. Love that they made it more personal with the mascot and great if you use the meta products like Instagram and Facebook, like grabbing in your analytics and data. But ultimately I view that as more of a Personal consumer product because majority of what I do in a I relates to this a lot of my contacts is also stored inside of chat G b t so dot is over here and it allows you to customise your dot which kinda looks like these rock bots. The only thing is that instead of being able to create multiple bots you only have one bot which is one thing that I wish that it would have like multiple bots you could use that could talk to each other and when you drop up emails you can't actually edit inside the chat so you have to go back to your email anyway but there are a couple of things that I think that chat g b t does as well without me asking it created me a personal scratch pad it was nice because it gave me an overview of what we're trying to achieve and crossing off thing it makes it feel a lot more organised the ability to call it which chat G b t is best in class for voice this is something I wish Rockbot would do also like being able to chat to it through my mobile and it does do that but it's not as good as chat G b t's one in saying that I still use Rockbot because of its reliability the ease of use being a non technical person and just being able to get things done quicker so overall It's kind of the same thing, but which one do you choose? If you want free and for mainly consumer use as opposed to business use, go with Metamuse. The web browsing is very smooth and fast. I just wanna put my finances in there. For business use, that Rockbot has been great at $20 a month. Even if you have no contacts at all, as soon as you link it up to your Gmail, it's really fast at getting up and running. If you have a bit more budget, you can start at $100 a month with G G B t, which is also an advantage for you if you use Ch G b t already. And it has a lot of context behind it. I mean, overall, Ch G b t has one of the most comprehensive toolboxes. So what are your thoughts on this and which one are you use?

What's gonna be the future for juniors entering the workforce with AI? This is really important question, especially if you've got kids or you're hiring the next generation that grew up with tech and a I. So I just came back from a Microsoft event where they had a bunch of panelists in the corporate and small business world and there was one thing that caught my attention and that is what happens when juniors come in and expected to work with a I, but now they don't need to do note taking, summarizing emails or writing reports. And this is the boss's dream, right? They can get a I to do it. But here's the issue. These juniors are coming in with absolutely no experience at all. And mind you, they might be very switched on and brilliant and I don't know about you, but when I first started working, I did all the boring stuff, but these boring things were the ones that taught me the most. I would spend hours going through all the data, writing investment memorandums and although these took me ages to do, it actually taught me judgement, what actually looks good in terms of quality. So although a I is giving us more time back, the question becomes, are we giving juniors the right opportunities to be able to develop critical thinking and judgement or are we essentially just outsourcing this to a I and hoping for the best? Why you should pay attention to Jev - NEW category of AI model that doesn’t “chat” and never hallucinates? Interesting one to watch as we may be using it as the decision layer between AI software that executes. Every action AI takes requires a lot of micro decisions which costs a lot, takes ages and is kind of like asking a lawyer to waste time making a decision on what Colour the light switch should be. Jev is basically a “decision” model that uses probability to make decisions based on many things to consider in parallel with confidence scores. Being able to do this 400x cheaper and 200x faster than ChatGPT could be a step forward in specialized AI models forming the stack instead of just 1 powerful AI model. Why is everyone talking about Jev and what this could mean for everybody that thinks that a I cannot make judgement? Cause even though this new model is 200 times faster than chat G b t and cheaper, we should not be comparing the two because one of the most important differences with Jeff is that it is tailored towards decision making around probability and confidence can make lots of micro decisions simultaneously but with traditional L L m's it has to go through this series of sequential steps which takes longer and cost more and it's not always accurate. But so what? Think of a high stakes situation like a pilot landing in an emergency for one correct decision they have to make thousands of tiny calls under pressure like the weather, fuel, engine, runway. Each one of these are very small decisions but stack them together and we call that judgement. So instead of the L m writing a bunch of text saying that the customer is having an issue with billing potentially Jeff will cut straight to the point and say 97% billing issue. So the really interesting thing about Jeff is that because it's so good at making decisions accurately based on probability, future of a I software may not be just one model doing everything but different specialised models doing different things within that layer. So in this case it makes fast decisions that software can actually use. Ideally it sits between chat G b T and the decision making. So at what point does a I stop making just decisions and start having things that look like judgement? And if it does, the question is, is a I judgement really different from ours?
