Let's go through every single bank account I have with how much money I have in it. Let's start with my checking account. Now this is where all my income goes into. Now I do have two checking accounts, one with chase and Capital One because I have other bank accounts with both of them. So I currently work two jobs as a full time college student. My number one is I resell products online through eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Vintage, those platforms. I also am sponsored by Gymshark, so I do get commission for every sale through them and also just any other brand deals that I have for that month. Now let's move on to the next, which will be my credit cards. I currently have two credit cards. One is my Chase Freedom and one is my Chase Sapphire Preferred. Now my credit cards are what I use every single day to build my credit score, get points back, all those sort of things. Number three is my high yield savings account. This is basically like my emergency fund. So I have about three to six months of just emergency money in case anything happens. So since it is a high yield savings account, it does earn me 3% interest every month. So that's just free money for keeping my money in that account. Number four is my Roth IRA. Now this is a tax free retirement Fund. The current limit annually is 7,500, and I've already maxed it out, so I don't have to contribute anymore for the rest of the year. And number five is my brokerage account. This is a investment account where any growth is taxed, but you can take out everything whenever you want. Now, this is coming from someone who just started investing and saving, so I'm not an expert, but I feel like I'm doing something right. If you like finances and money content, follow me for more. See you guys next time. Bye. | 1:50 | womeninbusinessmoneypersonalfinance | original sound angila.poudall
My full body scan results as a 5ft gym girl trying to put on muscle🫡 #fitness #gym #weightgain | 3,9 k | – | x | 272 | mer. 30 sept., 18:11 | 2 | 13 | This is my physique, and I just got a full body scan. So let's run through the numbers and see exactly how much muscle I really have. So, for context, I'm 5 foot, I'm 104.5 pounds, and I'm 21 years old. So let's look through the numbers. We can see that my lean body mass is at 83.6. My body fat mass is 20.9. My total body fat percentage is 20%. Now, if we look over here, the B M R. Is going to be how much calories I need to survive. And that's 1,001 hundred eighty eight calories. Now, my T E E. Is how much calories I burn in a day, including just workouts, my body existing, digestion. All that is 1,800 and twenty nine calories. And that's all. This is the first time I've ever done this before, and I'm really excited to see what's going to happen in the next couple months. So I'll see you guys then. Okay, bye. | 0:51 | fitnessgymweightgain | original sound angila.poudall

So 20% is taken automatically for taxes, which comes out to three hundred eighty seven dollars and seventy seven cents. Then I pay my credit card Bill, which came out to $762. Next is my student loan. This came out to $150. Next thing is my gas. Since I do drive a lot for work and school, I've budgeted $120. Since I do have my own business that I have to buy inventory for, I budgeted $250 for that. And for my high yield savings account, I have zero dollars budgeted. For my Roth IRA, I have zero dollars. And my brokerage account, I have zero dollars because I've already maxed out my Roth IRA and I've already got enough savings in my high yield savings account. I already invested into my brokerage account. So I don't need to invest anything for this paycheck. And the last thing is a $50 birthday budget because I do have a birthday party coming up. After doing all that, I'm left with two hundred nineteen dollars and seven cents. Now this is money that I can spend on anything I want for the month. Now this is for two weeks. So I will have another paycheck coming and I'll see you guys then. Bye. | 1:17 | personalfinancewomeninbusinessfinance | original sound angila.poudall

5 Money mistakes I made so you don’t have to as a 21 years old with $25k+ saved/invested 💸📈 1. spending first, saving last 2. No investments 3. Used a debit card to buy things (no benefits) 4. Carrying a balance on a credit card (leads to poor credit score) 5. Never tracked my expenses/income (had no real idea where my money was going) #personalfinance #finance #money #savingmoney | 6 k | – | x | 232 | sam. 22 août, 19:19 | 1 | 7 | These are five money mistakes I made so you don't have to. Coming from a 21 year old who's learning to be financially smart. So number one was having the mindset of spending first and saving last, which just means paying for your expenses or shopings or all that stuff, and then saving and investing whatever you have left. Now, instead of doing that, I do the opposite. So I save and invest first, and then I leave money to spend on whatever I need. And number two is having no investments, which is just having your money sitting in a savings or checking account. That's just not gonna grow your money that much. Especially if it's in a checking account, if you were to put it in investments like E T F s and stocks, which have return growth of 15 to 20%, which is crazy. Number three is, I used to use a debit card to buy everything. So if I went shopping, gas, all that stuff, I would just use a debit card. I would get zero benefits, zero points, zero building my credit score, nothing. My money was just going, and I got nothing back. Number four was carrying a credit balance. So I used to just do minimum payments, but that was actually hurting my credit score. And I had no idea. Ever since I started paying my cards in full, keeping my utilization really low, I was able to really improve my Credit score. And number five is that I never tracked my expenses or my income, so I had, like, no idea where my money was really going. But now I'm able to see exactly where I put my money, exactly how much money I get. | 1:38 | personalfinancefinancemoney | original sound angila.poudall

Replying to @nicajgnzls How to use a credit card & why? as a 21 year old with a 740 credit 💸 1. Don’t carry a credit balance - This is leftover money you borrowed but didn’t pay yet and it collects interests if you carry to the next month. 2. Low utilization—spend during the month but before closing date, pay almost everything but leave a portion (maybe under $100) to show the bank you still spend but not too much. Anything within 10-30% utilization of your credit limit is good. It will help you improve your credit score. But make sure to never carry a statement balance. 3. Don’t spend what you don’t have— If you don’t have that money sitting in your checking, don’t spend it with your credit card. #personalfinance #finance #money #savingmoney #budget | 5 k | – | x | 112 | ven. 21 août, 23:03 | 2 | 2 | This is why and how to use a credit card. Coming from a 21 year old with a 7 40 credit score. Now why should you use a credit card? Number one, you get points back on every purchase that you make. So depending on your card you get different rewards. Like for example, one card could give you three points back on gas. So if you're already going to spend money on gas, you might as well get something back from it. Now if I were to use my debit card to pay my gas, I will get zero dollars. They will just take my $30 for my gas and that's all I get. But if I use a credit card, I'll at least get 3% back from that $30. Number two is it will help you build your credit score, which is very important if you have future goals like maybe you wanna own a home one day. Having a good credit score just tells the bank that you are good with your money. You can borrow it and pay it back on time, and you don't carry interest and you don't collect any debt. Now No. 3 is it protects all your transactions. So if anything goes wrong when you buy something online or someone steals your card and uses your money, you can dispute with the bank. Much easier than if you were to use a debit card. So now let's go over how to use A credit card. Now, the first thing I would recommend is to never carry a balance, because if you carry a balance month to month, you can collect interest and debt, which is not good for you. Number two is going to be having a low utilization, which basically just means you can spend the money that you need to during the month, maybe even go over your credit limit. But as long as you pay everything. Well, not everything, but almost everything. Maybe a couple days before your closing date, then you can at least show the bank that you still borrow money, but you didn't borrow too much. So what I'm trying to do right now is keep my utilization 10 to 30%, which is different for everyone because everyone has a different credit limit. But let's say I'll keep it under $100. So I spend $5,000 that month, but a couple days before my closing date, I pay majority of it off and I only have $100 left. That means the bank will see, oh, they only borrowed 1 hundred dollars. Even if I spent over 5,000, the bank will only see 100 and they'll be like, okay, they didn't spend borrow too much of my money, so that's good. Now, number three is if you don't have the money right now, do not spend that money. Because if you don't have a saving in your higher savings account or your checking account and you still buy Something that you can't pay, you may go into debt, which is not good for your credit score. Now, I was able to build this score with only one credit card, but you can also have multiple, which is also good because it can have different purposes. Right now I just got a new credit card, so now I have two. But it is totally possible to build a good credit score with just one. | 3:00 | personalfinancefinancemoney | original sound angila.poudall
How I budget my $8,186.87 paycheck as a self employed, 21 year old college student💸 1. Credit card balance — $423 2. Monthly expenses (gas & groceries) — $300 3. HYSA (high-yield savings) — $3,800 4. Student loan fund — $250 5. Taxes — $250 6. Roth IRA — $1,500 7. Individual brokerage — $1,400 8. Fun fund — $263.87 TOTAL — $8,186.87 I get paid weekly from my business (I sell products online) and monthly as a content creator, so I typically budget at the beginning and end of each month. This is my second and last paycheck for August! Regardless of how much I make, I make sure every paycheck has a purpose. This is my first full month consistently tracking my income and expenses, so I am still learning and modifying my payday routine. Nonetheless, this structure has helped me stay intentionally with my money💰 #finance #personalfinance #money #budget #savingmoney | 24 k | – | x | 1,9 k | ven. 21 août, 18:25 | 12 | 35 | This is how I budget my paycheck as a self employed 21 year old college student. This is my second paycheck for the month of August and the first thing I do is pay off my credit card. So I like to pay off my credit card twice a month, usually towards the beginning and end. this is just so I can try to keep my utilization super low Next thing I do is I pay my monthly expenses since I do live at home, the only thing I have to pay for is my gas and groceries. But even my groceries my parents do buy majority for our family. But if there's anything I wanna make for myself or anything extra that I need, Number three is my high yield savings account this account earns me money every month just for keeping money in this account. My goal is to hit 20 k in my savings, which finally I've achieved. So now every other paycheck moving forward will just go straight into my investments. Number four is my student loan and I have a very small amount of loan which I'm very grateful for. But I do graduate in the spring so I do have about 10 months to pay off my loans which is plenty of time. Number five is my taxes since I am self employed, I do have to file For taxes myself, and I don't have an employer to give me a form, so I'm putting aside money for that. No.6 is my retirement, which isn't a retirement account that grows your money tax free. So you can't just put in money expecting it to grow tax free. You actually have to invest into E T F s and stocks. Now all you need to know about this account is it's a tax free retirement account that you can only take out when you retire, which is fifty nine and a/2. No.7 is my individual brokerage account, which is slightly different than a Roth IRA because any growth in this account can be taxed. But you can take this money out whenever you want. And lastly, anything left over goes straight into my fun fund, which is just money I can spend on whatever I want for the month. Regardless of how much I make. I make sure every dollar has a purpose. And I've been doing this for exactly a month now, consistently tracking my expenses and income and budgeting. So I'm still learning as I go, but this structure has helped me a lot. | 2:21 | financepersonalfinancemoney | original sound angila.poudall

How I buy anything I want with no guilt 💸 1. Pay myself first (monthly expenses) 2. Savings (HYSA) 3. Invest (roth ira + taxable brokerage) 4. fun money (guilt free money to spend) 5. make a wishlist (don’t buy impulsively) #personalfinance #finance #money #savingmoney | 6,3 k | – | x | 189 | jeu. 13 août, 18:44 | 3 | 4 | This is how you gonna buy anything you want without feeling guilty. Coming from someone who just made a big purchase. This is the Polene Mokki Mini it retails for over $600. But I'm gonna show you exactly how I was able to get her without spending all my money. So number one is to pay yourself first. So every paycheck, you're going to set aside a portion for your monthly expenses like rent, gas, and groceries. Number two is to put another portion into your high yield savings account. So this is an account that grows your money every month for just keeping it in there. This is usually emergency money, or if you're saving up for something big, you can put money in there. Number three is to buy investments, whether that's E T F's, individual stocks, or mutual funds. You can do this through your Roth IRA or your individual brokerage account. Once you paid those three things out of your paycheck, anything left over is going to be your fun money. So this is what you can spend on whatever you want. I usually make a list of things that I want, which was my bag and a couple other things, and I'll keep it in that list for at least a month, and if I still want it, I will save up for it. So by doing this every month for the last three months, I was able to save enough to buy The bag in full. Now, I could have bought the bag right away if I wanted to, but that wouldn't have been a smart financial decision. And I'm trying to stop impulsively buying things. So this little routine has helped me a lot. | 1:33 | personalfinancefinancemoney | original sound angila.poudall |
