Replying to @BlessingofGod💓🥰❤️ | 548 | – | x | 48 | dim. 4 oct., 16:05 | 2 | 0 | When it comes to vitamin deficiency, the only way you can actually know if you're vitamin deficient is if you actually go and do a test. You can't just assume and you can't self diagnose and start taking vitamins when you have not confirmed that you are vitamin deficient. Vitamin deficiencies can lead to thinning hair loss. However, you need to confirm before we even get to the point of vitamin deficiency. I feel like a lot of people mistake shedding for breakage and breakage for shedding. They are two different things. Their causes are completely different, and a lot of times the solution is also very different. Shedding means the hair fell out from the follicle. It's natural. No matter the type of hair you have, hair is going to shed naturally We lose about 100 strands a day on average. So if you have a style in for like 30 days and you take it down, you're going to see about 300 strands of hair. And that can be a lot, especially if your hair is on the longer side because it means you're going to have a handful of hair. It might not be excessive shedding. When you should be concerned is when it's not shedding and it's excessive. When it comes to breakage, it might not be the exact length of your hair and it doesn't have that white ball on the side That simply just means that the hair has broken off along the Length of your hair. Various things can cause breakage, but in my experience it can be mechanical, which is how we handle our hair. A lot of hair is broken during the process of manipulating your hair. So our hair needs a moisture protein balance. If it doesn't get that, it can be either not strong enough to withstand the manipulation, causing it to break, or it really dry. Hair is brittle and can't withstand manipulation, so it breaks off. I hope that all explains the difference between shedding and breakage. Shedding is natural. It happens at the roots and you can see the white bulb thingy at one end. While breakage doesn't happen at the roots, it happens at the length of your hair and there's no white ball thingy on either side. Honestly, I don't want this video to be too long, so at this point I'm just gonna have to end it. You want me to explain in detail how to maintain moisture protein balance or how to minimise breakage, let me know in the comments. Of course, you're not going to see the next video of me dropping hair care tips and tricks if you don't follow me. So make sure you follow me, and then I'll see you in my next one. Bye for now. | 2:10 | - | original sound Ehi 💕 | UGC Creator
Inspired by @angelaonuoha on ig. I believe we would treat our hair differently if we knew these things. TikTok video #7684633735672745238 | 137 k | – | x | 7,7 k | sam. 12 sept., 13:03 | 77 | 137 | If your hair has been stuck at the same length for years, the thing your hair might just be missing is a proper take down routine for length retention. I've got almost 2 inches of new growth in two months, and I'm going to do my best to keep all of that length in my hair. So first I'm going to grab a spray bottle, a detangling brush you can use a comb, and most importantly, a conditioner that has very good slip. I'm using this one from Burt's Bees. It's their Defrizz conditioner. First off, I'm going to drench my hair in lots of water before going in with a generous amount conditioner. I just want that soaking a bit before I start the take down process. Just to make sure my hair has enough elasticity for take down. I intertwine between my fingers and a tail comb, basically using the tail comb until I feel some type of resist, dance or tangle, and then I go in with my fingers to gently separate whatever strands are matted up together. Honestly, you need a lot of patience for this, because if you force through, you're going to cause breakage, which is basically going to affect how much length and volume you retain. Once I'm done with that section, I spray some more water, apply conditioner, and then go in with my detangling tool, which is my detang green brush. Then that section gets twisted up just to keep it Elongated and prevent it from tangling any further. I'll repeat that process throughout the entirety of my head. Working in in size sections. And that, my lovelies, is how you achieve perfectly toned arms. I'm just kidding. But for real, this is how I've been able to maintain volume and retain length while taking down my hair over the years. In my next video, I'll be showing you my wash day routine for length retention, so make sure you follow me so you don't miss out to see you in my next one. And bye for now! | 1:30 | - | original sound Ehi 💕 | UGC Creator

Replying to @Amaka Josie🫶🏽 To the lady that said this is genius, thanks boo 🤭🤭 | 1 M | 27× | x | 30 k | sam. 1 août, 13:31 | 187 | 1 k | This is what I use. Basically, it's nothing crazy, it's just a hair tie and Bobby pins. I've been using this for years. Every single time I post a video tie my hair up, everyone asks what I'm using. And it just felt weird doing a dedicated video to this little ugly thing. It is so easy to make. You already have everything you need in your house probably. These are the hair ties I use. I try to use these ones that are like really thick. Be careful not to get the skinny ones, cause this one that just had to work with you can. I don't know if you guys can see the difference. What you're going to do with this is basically cut it open. I'm not going to make another one right now cause this one is still serving me. I don't make another one until this gets lost. After cutting that, you're going to have an end that looks like that. It's not very cute. So what I do is I fold that up. After folding that up like that, then I fold it into itself and I'll thread my Bobby pin through that bit. Like you would pass a needle through just one end. Any of the two ends. It's a bit hard to do cause of the ball end of the Bobby pin. Yeah, that's it. Once it's through, you're good to go. Put that on the other end. That's it. It's not Magic. I bet you guys already have all of the things you can make this with in your house. Trust me, this will make doing, like, styles where you have to tie your hair up super easy. You're welcome. | 1:23 | - | original sound Ehi 💕 | UGC Creator
Saying Africans can't grow Afros, when the word literally comes from Africa is the wildddddddddddddddest thing I've heard in 2026!!!! | 537 k | 10.8× | x | 77 k | jeu. 30 juil., 16:43 | 695 | 850 | Africans can't grow afros. And one would say you guys are so obsessed with Africans. No, the obsession is not with Africans. What is going on is we are trying to make it abundantly clear who we are and why we are not African, even though y'all have labelled us African American. So I saw the video and they were saying Africans don't grow afros. And I'm sitting and I'm thinking, I'm just like, have I ever seen an African with an Afro? And what classifies an Afro as an Afro? Because all I did was wash my hair. This is my hair in its natural state. | 0:38 | - | original sound Ehi 💕 | UGC Creator
Touchy topic but that’s my two cents @Salem King | 49 k | – | x | 601 | ven. 12 juin, 10:07 | 21 | 9 | because no two heads of hair is the same. Every single head of hair is unique in its own way. My problem with conversations like this is that you don't see it happen much with skincare. You hardly see it happen with skincare. People have 10 step routine in the morning, before they step out at night, before they go to bed, routines for the weekend. It's all the same thing. But when it comes to our natural hair, the conversation is completely different. I agree that there's a lot of information out there about how to care for your hair, but that's because that's people's lived experience. That's what works for them. And then they're sharing this information. So it's left to you to choose to take this information or not. Then you ask people who are like, oh, natural hair is so complicated. It's so this It's so that. It's so that everyday let's use this, let's not use it. One, why are you so easily influenced? 2 if you had a routine that was working for you, you won't be so easily swayed by this new information you're receiving. I've had the same hair care routine since, um, I went natural and which was almost 9 years ago now, and I have not seen any reason why I should change it because it's working for me. So if you try something and it's not working for you, then you switch it up. Which products and which routines have you tried that have worked or not work for you? The same way you're experimenting with skincare is the same way you're experimenting with hair care. The only problem is that we don't meet our hair care with curiosity. We don't meet our hair care with, like, Grace and, you know, intrigue or, you know, interest. Instead, we meet it with judgement and, you know, hate. And this whole, ah, hair care routine, oh, this and that. You know, you just do something else to your hair. You know, you have the options of wigs and whatever. I mean, for guys, you can just cut your hair and you're good. So we don't actually put the effort that you need to get the results you want. My point of all of this is that if we can sieve through all of the information about skincare, can do The same for our hair. We just need to mix it with a different mindset. Personally, in my own experience, you only need five products. And these five products are cleanser, deep treatment, leave in conditioner, oil or serum, a butter. And a butter is not necessarily too compulsory, so that's all you basically need. And trust me, even within this 5, I don't use them consistently. But this video is getting too long, so I think I'm just gonna have to do a part 2 where I talk about like all of the products you need in detail and then what my hair care routine looks like. Now, if you wanna see part 2, make sure you follow, like, this video. Engage. I want to know your thoughts, people in the natural hair community, people that have grown their hair, people that are still trying to figure this out. Like, let me know your thoughts in the comment section. Um, let me know what you want to see from me, things you want me to explain. Cause I feel like I have some level of experience for like, my hair type and all of that. So yeah, and I'm very happy to share. I'll see you guys in part two. | 3:00 | - | Manifestation Perfect, so dystopian
I honestly thought my hair hadn't grown, if not for videos and pictures I'd argue otherwise. I've barely put in effort to care for my hair and I've left my hair has been manipulated so much more in the last couple of years than ever. But I'm glad to see I've managed to retain some length😊 | 43 k | – | x | 652 | mer. 27 mai, 13:23 | 22 | 7 | - | 0:14 | - | sonido original NARUTOO V
TikTok video #7640528186727468310 | 36 k | – | x | 826 | sam. 16 mai, 16:31 | 15 | 18 | If you don't know how to take care of your natural hair yourself, I'm sorry, but natural hair salons alone cannot do that for you. I'm seeing it as someone who has gotten heat damage not just once but twice from so called natural hair salon. I've also experienced deep conditioner being applied to my scalp in a natural hair salon. I found this absolutely absurd. But if you have no idea what a deep conditioner is and how it functions, you would have seen nothing wrong with that. Because honestly, if you don't know what's right for your hair, then you won't know when someone is doing something wrong. Our natural hair needs not just delicate hands but personalized care. Not every hair can handle the same level of heat. Not every hair should be blow dried the same way. Not every product that works for your hair will work for someone else's. Even when the salon owners are passionate about healthy hair, if the staff don't share that same passion and knowledge, it never reaches your hair. Am I saying natural hair salons are bad? Absolutely not. But sometimes the challenge might just be that your hair needs personalised knowledge that can be only gotten from your personal experience from caring for your hair. If you don't already know me, my name is eh he. I'm a natural hair enthusiast who has been natural for almost a decade now. And if your hair looks like mine and you Want to know how to care for it? Make sure to follow me and I'll see you in my next one. | 1:00 | - | original sound Ehi 💕 | UGC Creator

Birthday gift unboxing | 24 k | – | x | 160 | ven. 24 avr., 13:34 | 2 | 4 | So I had my first birthday since I moved to the U K. And I got gifts. These gifts are very special to me because I think all of them except two are from people I have just met. It's really amazing because when you move to a new place, no family, no friends, it's really hard to, like, navigate adult friendships. But I was able to find amazing people and amazing community in the Dominican City. Bellevue Circle Cell in Bolton. Thank you guys. You guys are amazing. So let's get into it. So the first thing I have here, this is from Daniel Sin. Thank you so much. This is one of my favourite perfumes. It's from Swiss Arabian shaggy oud amour. That's what the bottle looks like. The second thing I have here, this is from Creed. Creed. Thank you so much. This is also on my wish list. This I actually had not tried. This one is the gold one. This is so cute. It's so adorable. I'm going to keep this bottle as a piece of decor in my room coz it's just so adorable. Love that. Thank you, Curdy. The next thing here, this is from my classmate, if you know. You know. But yeah, this is an iwatch. I already have that one now, so I need to unbox that. The next thing here, this is a camera. I wanted a digi cam, so I put this one on my list actually already. Took this out on Sunday. I went to the park on Sunday. It was sunny, so I took a few pictures. I don't know if you guys can see that. Love that. Thank you so much. And gozzy. This is from my best friend. This is a DJI mic mini. This one has a receiver. I got one because I got a DJI in my, um, camera, but unfortunately, I don't know. That mic is just a bit wonky. The sound is off. It's weird. I've had this one, which I've been using for years. I really love this one, but I wanted an upgrade, so that's why I wanted a DJI. This is from Bulo. Thank you so much. Okay. Outside this, I also got, like, a fur jacket, which I absolutely love for my friend precious. Thank you so much, precious. Mwah! I didn't bring it along with me for this unboxing, unfortunately, so this is the last thing. And this wasn't on my wish list, but this was perfect. I really love this. This is for my friend Debbie from church, as well. This is a Zara bag. I had this Zara bag on my Pinterest. I had saved this, like, I actually wanted to get this. So when I saw this, this was, like, perfect. Look at that. I'm so obsessed. I love you. Thank you so much, Debbie. Thank you so much. To members of my H F C. Thank you, my friends. I'm so Grateful. I really love you guys. My H F C. Especially cause you guys have been amazing. Also, thank you so much. I'll see you guys in my next one. Bye. | 2:10 | - | original sound Ehi 💕 | UGC Creator

Best face moisturizer for glass skin…. This @Neutriherbs Official 4D hyaluronic gel moisturizer is 10/10 my favorite because of its smooth gel texture and benefits. Boost skin barrier, reduces texture, wrinkles and fine lines while giving all round hydration!!! A must have for real | 19 k | – | x | 220 | lun. 20 avr., 07:54 | 12 | 6 | If anyone tries to convince you that they're obsessed with a particular product, ask them for their Empties. Because trust me, if they really love it, they would keep their empties. Because tell me why I have not one, not two, but three empty. One currently in use and one unboxed 4D hyaluronic acid gel moisturizer. If I'm not obsessed. If you think I'm just kidding, these are all my empties cleaned out. I fell in love with this moisturiser because it's a gel moisturiser, making it super easy to absorb into my skin without leaving my skin feeling greasy even when I layer it with other products like sunscreen. If you're someone who likes to wear makeup, try using this before you use your primer. And trust me, you will thank me later. Then there's the amazing benefits of hyaluronic acid like boosting skin barrier, reducing texture, and also reducing fine lines and wrinkles due to dehydration. Trust me when I say this your skin is honestly missing out if this isn't part of your skincare routine. | 0:46 | - | Shadow Glow NathSoulz

The perfect blonde bob wig !! | 13 k | – | x | 215 | mar. 31 mars, 07:23 | 6 | 5 | You guys won't believe what I'm about to do today. Little old me is going to be acting in a play. I mean, there's nothing crazy. I'm actually going to be an extra. But before my printing, yes, I wanted to be an actress. Do my makeup first, because I'm really taking a bold step of what I'm doing today. So I finish my makeup off camera so that we can get to the star of the show. This wig from long, wavy hair. So I got the blonde highlight, short, layered Bob wig. It's a 5 by 5 wig with a natural hairline, and as usual, it came with booties. I use a hot comb to lay it flat. Went in with a little bit of foundation and styled the front. Oh, my god. Can you. Can you see that? Complimenting my skin tone so perfect. I may not be the main character today, but this is the main character. This is how I prep my natural hair before any long term protective style. | 13 k | – | x | 484 | mer. 11 févr., 16:21 | 17 | 12 | You see this hair? It honestly doesn't happen overnight. Before every protective style. I never skip these steps. I always do a double cleanse. The first is to break down product build up and oils, and then again to clean my hair and scalp. The Root Source Revitalizing Shampoo is perfect for this because it suits my scalp, tackles flakes and leaves my hair feeling super fresh. Next comes the part my hair lives for deep conditioning. If you're going to skip any steps, don't skip this because this Rusk Revitalizing Conditioner is tea. It literally melted into my hair and left it feeling so so so so soft. And I hadn't even steamed my hair yet. But I had to still throw on my steam cap and let that chill for about 10 minutes cause I know my next wash day wouldn't be for a few weeks. After rinsing, it's time to lock in all that moisture. I go in with the Rutous Hydrate Leave in conditioner. It's lightweight and doesn't cause build up. Then of course I make sure to seal that in with the moisture. Intense butter. This combo chef's kiss. You literally get super moisturised hair without causing any build up. Lastly, I apply the oil elixir all over my scalp. This is my scalp's bestie. It keeps the flakes away and stimulates growth. Clean scalp Moisturise Strand, 0 build up and my hair is ready to be styled. Save this video for yourself and send To your stylist so they know how to prep your hair right for your next protective style. | 1:09 | - | Big Guy - from "The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants” Ice Spice
