I didn't edit a single second of this video. Claude did. No CapCut, no edits app, nothing. One sentence and the whole video is edited. Watch. I tell Claude, make it more aesthetic. The whole thing warms up. My best videos float in and the titles look like a magazine cover. And I know nothing about video editing. I just drop in the raw footage with the bad take still in it. And a few minutes later, you get exactly what you're seeing now. So I can say make it Moody and the colors go dark and the captions come in huge. And lots of people are doing this right now. My way is a little different because before rendering, it gives me a complete storyboard so I can see what Claud is thinking before it creates my video. And if I wanna make any changes, I just explain what I wanna see. I never have to open editing app. Tighter cut, bigger captions. That's just one more sentence. Anthropic just modeled what AI does to the economy by 2030. And the scary part isn't unemployment, it's that the economy could actually boom while knowledge workers start to earn less. Accountants, marketers, software engineers, lawyers, and a ton more. Their economists ran three separate scenarios. In the modest one, AI is basically like the internet again. GDP is up 1.6%, barely noticeable. But in the extreme one, the economy grows 15% a year. That's the whole US economy doubling every four and a half years. Sounds pretty great, right? Here's the catch. In that world, AI does almost all of the knowledge work and it creates almost no new knowledge tasks for people. Therefore, wages for knowledge workers fall more than 10%. Meanwhile, electricians, nurses and construction workers see their pay go up because when AI speeds up design and permitting, someone still has to actually build the thing. Today, about 60 cents of every dollar the economy makes goes to the workers. In anthropics extreme scenario, that drops to 45. The pie gets way bigger, but the workers get a smaller slice. So the real question isn't whether AI grows the economy, it's who gets the money when it does.

ChatGPT is completely changed these are the five features that you need to make sure you're using properly otherwise you're just wasting your time because with plug in, spaces, Work, Dots, Codex, there's a lot of stuff going on and it's easy to get lost so save this for later cause I'm gonna walk you through what you need to know. No. 1 is plugins. Any of the apps and tools that you actually use on a daily basis should be connected directly into ChatGPT. You'll see why this is so important in a second. No. 2 is ChatGPT work which is the only setting you should be using now. It can do anything a regular chat can do but it can also build apps and tools and websites and use all of your apps on your behalf. No. 3 is dots which is essentially your personal assistant living directly inside chat GBT. The difference is dots has access to all of your tools and apps so it can proactively message you because it knows what's going on. 5 free apps you absolutely need if you want your AI agent to run your business for you. For tracking all your social media performance metrics, use Zernio for managing tasks to do, list databases, even documents and publishing simple web pages. Use notion for sending out emails and newsletters to your leads and your customers. Use Beehive for creating completely customizable forms that you can integrate pretty much wherever. Use tally. And for being able to sign into all the apps that you want your AI agents to have access to without having to do it individually, use Composio. To connect these all to your AI agent, you will use their MCP server. In Claude, you do that by giving it a name and just pasting in the MCP server. And in chatgbt, you add a custom MCP server and then enter in the same info. Three things I would do this weekend inside of chatgbt if I was just starting because even if you feel like you've fallen behind, I promise you by the end of the weekend, you'll have an AI system that actually works. Step one is you need to download the desktop app. Even though it works in the web browser, there are things you can only do and you can get so much more out of it on the desktop app. Step 1.5 is to make sure you're on work and not chat. Chat's just a conversation, but work can actually do things for you. I never use chat anymore. Step 2 is to have chatgbt interview so it knows everything about who you are, your business and everything else. But there are three incredibly important details here. And now it'll remember those rules going forward because it stores those rules in a local file.
