Kasumi is my KNY/Demon Slayer oc, and I've had her around for a while now I think ? As for the lore, Kasumi is around the same age as Muichiro, she lived in a small village down Mt. Kagenobu where Muichiro and his family lived. She had been suffering from tuberculosis for years already, and even with her parents working as hard as they could, finding doctors in this area and with no money was very much impossible. Even then, Kasumi remained eerily calm about it all and seemed to accept her fate early on as she heard her parents whispering all the time about how they were scared she wouldnt make it the next day. On days where her illness felt less constricting, Kasumi liked to climb Mt. Kagenobu, and often saw Muichiro's father and his sons working on wood or cutting it. She always watched them quietly from a distance, and never truly interacted with them in any way, even though sometimes theyd see her and try to interact. (Didn't want to get them sick) And that kept on for months, until one day where Kasumi felt even better than usual (pre-death clarity) and climbed, and saw no one, then walked to their little cabin and saw the mess of blood and everything that had happened. She quickly noticed Muichiro was missing, and searched for hours until nightfall, when she finally went back home. Due to that pre-death clarity, she was found dead the next day in her futon. So, katsumi turned into a Yūrei (Ghost) due to her strong sadness and wonder for where Muichiro was. But, turning into a Yurei made her lose her memory, and she wandered quietly from villages to villages, bringing fog and rain alongside her as she searched for what she couldnt remember quite yet, and fed onto souls of children, such as an Ame-Onna. She also could be seen behind closed doors at night, such as a Kage-Onna. (Both ame and kage onnas are her inspirations) One day, Muichiro was called on a mission due to several children disappearing in a village. Even though he didn't find anything, she did see him from afar like as before she turned into a yūrei and started following him quietly everywhere without completely understanding why. As time passed, she slowly started to remember small fragments of him. tell me why in comments personal opinion : YES. and no. For example, I've been exposed to the instagram art community longer than Tiktok and i believe artists on instagram have more often an art career, or their public identity revolving a lot around their art. Most of the time, theyre adults focusing on their lives and I never really saw any drama on Instagram art-community wise. Yet, on tiktok, I've also met so many talented artists but most of the time they are young kids or teens who don't take things as seriously and/or don't have a public image to maintain, and I've seen a lot more drama such as scam commissions, "artstyles" drama, art theft, problematic creators and so more Other than that, I think the tiktok art community revolves a lot around hypocrisy, or the complete opposite : unneeded criticism. Some will boost a beginner's artist ego asking for tips and tell them "your art is perfect !" while some will be made fun of, if you get what I mean. Eitherway, I love my fellow artists ! ! I dont know if my take made any sense, but I hope some of you understood it #creatorsearchinsights #drawingart #art #speedpaint #artist | 288 | – | 42 | mar. 18 août, 22:28 | 16 | 6 | - | 0:17 | creatorsearchinsightsdrawingartart | オリジナル楽曲 - ちる ちる | ||
